We went there for lunch...everything was excellent

Excellent quality lunch, extremely friendly and efficient service.

We chose this stay to be immersed in the Pollino National Park and easily explore the nearby hikes. The staff were incredibly welcoming, starting with our first phone call. Once we arrived, we found a lively restaurant with lovely people and traditional Calabrian music... dinner with entertainment included! The room was clean and super heated. The staff are available for any need, even after hours. These are the people and businesses we should cherish and develop! Thank you.

We spent four days in this refuge immersed in greenery and surrounded by mountains. The cuisine at the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. A place where you can relax.

A strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine: typical Calabrian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors of local tradition. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying some good traditional dishes

The excellent quality of the ingredients makes each dish incredibly tasty and authentic, showcasing local products (cured meats, cheeses, crusco peppers, truffles, 'nduja). The attentive staff is particularly friendly, but never intrusive, making our stay extremely pleasant; we felt right at home. We'll be back soon ☺️ PS: The amaretto semifreddo is UNMATCHABLE 😋😋😋😋

Magnificent place. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Impeccably clean, I've never found rooms so meticulously cleaned. We had dinner and lunch there, and both the pizza and the restaurant menu were absolutely satisfying.

We stayed at Rifugio La Principessa in Campotenese and had a truly enjoyable experience. We were greeted with great warmth and spent a day in wonderful company, in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine won us over: unique and homemade appetizers, prepared with quality local products that reflect the local area. Everything was delicious, but a special mention goes to the lamb with mpacchiuse potatoes, which we absolutely recommend: flavorful and perfectly cooked. Warm regards to the guests celebrating their sixtieth birthday, with whom it was wonderful to share the table, and best of luck to the new managers of the refuge! We'll be back soon.
