A seafood restaurant with an overall good rating, but with a few flaws. The quality/price ratio is decent; the dishes are generous, but not all are of the highest quality. The staff is friendly, although the service is occasionally lacking in attention or delays. The location itself is a downside (not a great one, to be honest). Overall, it's a positive experience.

Well done, well done, well done! I finally found the place where a dinner of truly fresh, local, short-chain fish, cooked to perfection in its simplicity and without frills, won us over. Mussel sauté, well-made and dry fried local fish, simply divine salt-baked grouper with garden vegetables, finally spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and monkfish to die for, finished with Pizzo di Ercole truffle and spirits. Impeccable service, professional, fast, calm, and just the right amount of friendly, but never intrusive. Good wine list, priced accordingly. We'll definitely be back!
Less to say about the place, definitely from the '90s that needs updating. Looking at it from the outside, it doesn't make you want to go in, and it doesn't convey the warmth that their cuisine and friendliness exudes. Instead, surprise, here the sea reigns with a beautiful counter where the first fruits are displayed and described like wines and spirits, the substance is all there at Galileo, a new point of reference.
