21/06/2024: Risto/Pizzeria in the center of Lavello, which offers local, simple and very genuine dishes. Rustic location and affordable cost. I tried some penne all'arrabbiata, the quality of which was not exceptional (tasty sauce, but the pasta was rather overcooked for my tastes). The hot bread produced 'in house' is exceptional. Attentive and quick service. To try again.

20/06/2024: Ho ordinato da poco una pizza in questa attività chiamando al numero indicato su google. Ho telefonato alle ore 19.30 per ordinare una pizza per le 9.00 e mi è stata consegnata alle 22.20 Nel frattempo ho provato a chiamare mille volte senza che mi rispondesse mai nessuno e ad un certo punto hanno iniziato a mettere giù il telefono senza rispondermi. Alla fine mi hanno risposto quando ho provato a chiamare da un numero diverso dicendomi persino che avessi ordinato la pizza ad un altro orario, e quindi da parte loro il ritardo c'era ma non così tanto A dir poco vergognoso La cosa peggiore è stata la scelta di non rispondere al telfono, è plausibile un ritardo, ma non rispondere a tutte quelle telefonate e riattaccare il telefono è davvero da maleducati Fortunati che la pizza sia buona, ma non avete compreso che con questa maleducazione rischiate di fallire lo stesso!

22/06/2024: Difficult review. The room was very good but there was a lot of noise from the manual car wash stations outside, even had one at 4:30am. Didn’t have an evening meal but the restaurant was full every night with local people. They advertise a “Very good breakfast”, but it is not even a half decent breakfast, unless you want cake. No cooked food, plastic ham, plastic cheese, cheap bread, cheap cornflakes, cheap jam and warm milk. OK coffee. Overall the worst Italian breakfast I’ve experienced. The beer in the bar/cafe at the corner downstairs, is fantastic, as are the snacks/pizzas there. I don’t know if they are part of the hotel. Good service at reception. Decent price.

18/08/2024: 1 star for the service because you can't give 0. We arrived and they told us they had no room, rudely telling us to "look around, there wasn't room". We were leaving and they called us back screaming saying that they had forgotten there was a free table for 2. They didn't bring us any menus; the premise of the head nurse was "take a single thing because in short" (I think he meant that we had to take one simple thing because there were many other people). He listed 2/3 first courses of which we understood nothing because he didn't even pause while speaking, so we ordered the first "dish" of which we understood a word that was familiar to us. We inappropriately waited for 2 very simple pasta dishes and while waiting we pleasantly noticed that no fish first courses had been listed for us because they were probably not "simple and quick". Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED experience and NOT TO BE REPEATED.

15/07/2024: Innanzitutto è la mia città natale dove ho passato la mia infanzia,ristorante senza pretese, ma per chi volesse mangiare e tanto, allora è il posto giusto, pancie vostre fatevi capanna. Tutto all’insegna della tradizione, ottimo cibo , ottimo vino da prendere in considerazione quando passate da queste parti

22/07/2024: Excellent food, very attentive service and great availability. The location close to so much greenery is understandable but more attention should be paid to the presence of many flies, which are annoying and invasive on food, during lunch. Perhaps with mosquito nets for internal rooms the problem could be solved. For the quality of the food it is to be recommended.

17/08/2024: In questo ristorante siamo venuti con la mia famiglia. La location molto bella e accogliente, e come si sa dopo la location c'è il cibo. L' antipasto era buono forse un po' troppo costoso. Dopo l'antipasto come sappiamo c'è il primo, ma siamo stati ad aspettare quasi un ora e mezza per mangiare solo 3 piatti di pasta. Solo per farvi capire che noi eravamo i 3° che ci dovevano servire ma ci hanno servito il primo dopo un ora e quindi dò al servizio un voto molto scarso. Il cibo che abbiamo mangiato era stato cucinato all' ultimo secondo, quindi mi dispiace ma devo dare 3 stelle

20/08/2024: Very bad experience. I ordered a pizza and, to my surprise, discovered that it was unexpectedly SPICY and had chilli pepper, a key detail that wasn't even mentioned on the menu. It is UNACCEPTABLE not to indicate such important information. When I pointed this out to the staff, they responded in a rude and annoyed manner. In the end, we agreed to make me another pizza, but without mozzarella, since I had specially brought my own lactose-free mozzarella, since they are not equipped for this. Furthermore, the disservice of being served after the others at the table had already finished dinner. Well, they wanted to be paid for both pizzas! Even though I then agreed with the manager that I would only pay for the pizza consumed, when I was leaving the pizzeria they called me from inside, demanding the carton I was holding back. This, despite the fact that they were the ones who suggested I consume that pizza, and despite the fact that there were both pizzas left inside the box. At the end of this continuous 'take it and leave it', I left the cartoon to them, but I will never set foot in that place again. Such behavior reflects disorganized management and lack of respect and empathy towards the customer

27/04/2024: Today I was in Potenza on my motorbike, and as I usually do before leaving I look for a place to eat something for lunch, I chose this one, nice place with a nice external view, the food is really good, the tongs are made with an excellent mixture the best I've ever eaten, the delicious cured meats. I advise

18/02/2024: Honestly, I was very disappointed by the reception. Potentino restaurateurs should learn to be more smiling and welcoming towards customers. Arrived for a quick aperitif, which wasn't bad, I don't recommend the place.

16/03/2024: We felt like we were in Morocco! Kind and welcoming staff, Moroccan foods served in their typical ceramics. I really appreciated this. We will definitely be back.
