04/10/2025: Tourists from Pisa were very dissatisfied with the service. They entered the pizzeria at 8:30 PM for a pizza and left at 11:15 PM.

04/10/2025: We arrived at 8:30 PM and left at 11:15 PM: we basically had time to digest... before even eating. Snail-like service, bewildered waiters, and no excuses for the endless wait. When the pizza finally arrived, it was so cold it looked like it had been transported from another city. An experience to forget: more than a dinner, it was a test of patience. If you're hungry, bring a spare sandwich.

30/10/2025: What can I say!!! Fantastic place, and the food is truly delicious! It's become my favorite place! Kudos to the owner, Vito, who is incredibly kind. We'll be back whenever we can! A round of applause also for the fried crusco peppers, which not everyone knows how to make the most of! Crispy and cooked to perfection. I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give more, but it deserves more! See you next time

When you meet him for the first time at his restaurant, you'll find a passionate, meticulous, and very organized restaurateur in his small, open kitchen, where he reigns supreme. He knows how to guide you through your choices, offering a rich platter of appetizers, enhanced this season with porcini mushrooms (which he himself picks in the Sila mountains), roasted and sliced ​​into carpaccio. The menu also features excellent first courses, just the right number (3), and a wide variety of meats that you can already enjoy with your eyes, all on display in the aging cells or at least displayed at the counter. The wine selection is good. The bill is fair. Thanks Vito, we'll definitely see you again.

06/09/2025: A simply surreal experience. There were 12 of us, including 7 children, and we just wanted to order pizzas for dinner. I showed up at 7:30 PM to place my order and pay in advance: the response was, "We don't take orders. Come at 9:00 PM and we'll make them for you." Unusual, but I trusted them. At 9:00 PM I returned, hoping that at least the children could eat. The lady at the cash register—rude and clearly annoyed—didn't even have the courage to look in: she disappeared. After minutes of waiting, I asked the pizza chef, who started counting the dough balls and candidly told me, "I can't make them for you." No explanation, no alternative. Just a dismissal with, "Go ahead, there's another pizzeria." The result? A broken promise, no professionalism, total disorganization, and zero respect for families with children. I've never had a similar experience at any other pizzeria. If you want a quiet and reliable evening, the advice is only one: go elsewhere.

16/09/2025: Terrible experience. It felt like a coffee and beer bar that turned into a restaurant. Perhaps the worst place I've ever eaten. All the fish was definitely frozen and badly cooked. The service needs to be reconsidered, the wait staff definitely not up to the job they're supposed to do. The lobster packets should be renamed "some pacchero al pomodoro," the octopus tasted like chewing gum, the wine was even warm, the fried fish tasted like cardboard. We're talking about "nightmare kitchens." It's only worth a visit because it was the only restaurant open in town.

20/08/2025: The menu offers a wide variety of dishes. The quality of the platters is, in my opinion, the best in the city. The owner is very attentive to his customers' needs. Wait times are short, with a few exceptions on busy days, but the friendliness and kindness of the staff deserve that extra star. I was extremely satisfied, and my friends were equally satisfied. We will definitely be back.

04/10/2025: Very nice place, but it's a shame about the food: the portions are small, the selection is limited, and the prices, in my opinion, are a bit high. If you choose the €19.90 set menu with a choice of dishes, you basically have to eat within the limited circle they specify.

Rescinding someone's opinion without a real reason or logic is neither a sign of good manners nor respect. Courtesy, especially in a business open to the public, should be a fundamental value. It's always possible to learn it, if you really want it.

28/08/2025: Terrible service thanks to the staff you choose. We've been customers for a long time and have always had a great experience thanks to the other employees. But this morning at checkout, we had to wait a half-hour for the shift employee to come and settle our bill, making my partner late for work. Despite this—and I hope you have cameras to monitor it—she displayed extreme rudeness and even threatened to charge us extra. I had to call the police to explain what was happening, and then she stopped raising her voice and made us pay what we owed. It's painful to deal with rude and incompetent people. So if you don't want to lose customers, you'd better choose only those who can serve the public. Someone this rude certainly isn't capable of it!

19/05/2025: Sunday lunch. Booked in advance. The place was packed beyond capacity, even blocking the wheelchair ramp. The food didn't arrive. After the appetizer, which wasn't enough for the number of people we were, we decided to leave. It was impossible to continue in that chaos and we had been at the table for almost two hours. The owner treated us terribly, very arrogant. We paid too much for the misery they brought us.

12/05/2025: It was an experience to forget. Since the restaurant was full, the staff immediately seemed very annoyed at having to be there, but apart from that, there is no menu so you eat what is told to you verbally without a price or an indication of allergens or whether it is frozen or not. After ordering, we first received the pasta with tomato sauce for the children (cold), then the appetizers in measly portions because, we discovered later, they had mixed up the table orders and so we ate (and paid) for a table of 8, but with portions for a table of 4. The worst is yet to come, in fact the second courses arrived before the first courses and despite this the meat was cold and we had to send it back because it tasted rancid, as if it had been cooked and left there. Disgusted, but still respectful and polite, we wanted to address the problem to the cashier, but avoiding unnecessary confrontations; except that the lady at the checkout started shouting, pointing at us and saying "they're waiting because they want to argue". Well dear lady, if we had wanted to argue we would have had every reason, because you don't give spoiled food to people, especially at a table with two two year old children. We (over)paid and left certain that you will never see us again because that's not how you work in a serious way, I'm sorry for other unfortunate people who, like us, will stumble upon your ineptitude.

22/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una serata durante la settimana con amici, siamo rimasti molto delusi dalla lunga (40 minuti circa)attesa delle pizze visto che la pizzeria era quasi vuota e dal prezzo finale. La location è tipica dei sassi e la pizza è 4 su 5 come voto. Abbiamo pagato 13€ cadauna per una birra artigianale e 30€ per 10 sporca musso. Diciamo che abbiamo considerato il prezzo finale alto. Inoltre nell'attesa delle pizze abbiamo notato che il proprietario tra una comanda e l'altra stava mangiando accanto a noi, scena poco cortese per un cliente. Sicuramente la prossima volta eviteremo questo locale.

21/10/2025: Magnificent overnight stay in this magical place. An old cave transformed into a bedroom with a small alcove. The exterior facade is sublime. Comfortable bedding. High-quality amenities. Look carefully at the period photos to learn about the work carried out (7 years ago) and the living conditions of the local population at the time. Special mention to our host who spoke impeccable French. Bravo

18/08/2025: Top location, beautiful rooms in all categories (even the standard category, and the upscale categories as well), delicious and plentiful breakfast, and friendly and impeccable service. Highly recommended!
