21/09/2025: I had the "Cheese Burger 48" with French fries and a DOP pinsa. I had a Leffe Ambree to drink. I found the burger and bun a bit dry, the bacon was very good, and the fries were neither good nor bad. The real plus was the mayonnaise, which in my opinion was homemade and truly excellent. As for the pinsa, what can I say? The dough was really light and crispy, and you could tell from a mile away that it's been left to rise for a long time, making it very digestible. The tomato and mozzarella were good but not exceptional, and overall a bit salty. The beer selection was limited, but there's something for everyone. The final bill for six people was €140, so in line with the average for other places in the capital. (If you overdo it with the drinks and order desserts and sweets, the price goes up significantly.) Regarding the location, I really appreciated the bathroom, which was meticulously clean. However, I found the Christmas lights on the wall on September 20th a bit out of place. The service was quite quick and efficient. Overall, it wasn't my best dining experience, but it certainly wasn't bad. I might have to come back to try something else. See you next time.

06/09/2025: Nice place, great outdoor seating, but better table lighting is needed. Contrary to what I've read in various reviews, the prices aren't low, but they're average; the meat is good, and the sharing plates are good. The options are lacking, however: there's gluten-free, but no lactose-free options; a shame in 2025, because the buffalo mozzarella alone (which isn't lactose-free, but is low in lactose) isn't a sufficient option for those with lactose intolerances.

08/11/2025: A truly disappointing experience! While the dishes arrived promptly at other tables, some of our orders never arrived. We waited, asked several times, but nothing—dishes just disappeared! It's absurd to pay for such disorganized service.

09/08/2025: Very negative experience for me, we are numbers for them but not refugees. Everything you see in the photos did not match the reservation, the lady did not show up on arrival but only by telephone, attic, so low that I banged my head continuously, small window, very narrow bathroom without window and without ventilator and what's more it was not specified to me that breakfast would be outside at the bar far away saying, only a cappuccino and croissant, I had to make the coffee myself, truly mean, I do not recommend it to anyone.

02/08/2025: I stay here every year for the holidays and it's always a pleasure to return. The B&B is equipped with every comfort and is strategically located right in Maratea's main square. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also highly recommended (excellent pizza).

26/07/2025: After a long three-hour motorcycle ride, this pub at the Monticchio Lakes was the perfect stop for a rejuvenating lunch. We were greeted with great warmth and kindness by a truly friendly host. The view of the lake is simply enchanting: relaxing and evocative, ideal for enjoying a lunch surrounded by nature. The traditional food is delicious and authentic, perfect for those seeking genuine local flavors. Recommended for those who want to eat well in a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature!

07/11/2025: A place to spend time with friends. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating on a sunny day isn't conducive to enjoying company, as the sun beats down relentlessly. The prices are a bit higher than average, making them less seasonal. The staff, though not all of them, are friendly and helpful. Some of the young people could be a little less arrogant. The food is acceptable.

12/08/2025: Despite the restaurant's excellent location, my experience was negative. A long wait for two simple piadinas—nothing special. The staff was inattentive and uninteresting.

01/06/2025: More than a hotel it seemed like a disco. I advise you, before going to stay overnight, if they have parties banquets or other that same evening otherwise do not sleep. I had to call the reception twice both times after midnight because the music was too loud, and to top it off around 2 am fireworks. Terrible service, poor breakfast.

17/05/2025: A truly fantastic hotel. It's located on the main road, so you can quickly reach the nearby cultural highlights: Melfi, Acerenza, Potenza, Rionera in Vulture, Abbazia San Michele, Venosa, Muro Lucano, Picerno, ... Very friendly, very nice staff at reception and in the restaurant. They are helpful with any questions. I felt completely at home during my three-day stay. Thanks a million, best regards Josef

10/10/2025: We stopped by by chance while on vacation in Matera. We found a wonderfully welcoming place. We immediately became acquainted with Marco and his parents. His mother is an exceptional cook. His father is a dedicated advocate of local produce, a warm and proud man. Kudos to this family and the food they offer. 08/11/2025: Collodi Pizzeria 2.0, so it's UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I can't rate the food or the atmosphere, but if it's anything like the service, I wouldn't recommend it! We're expecting three pizzas at home. Delivery was scheduled for 10 PM, but it's 10:50 PM and there's no sign of the pizza! I tried calling the pizzeria twenty minutes ago and they told me the driver left with the last deliveries at 10 PM... The numbers don't add up. Delivery is scheduled for 10 PM, but the driver leaves at the same time... how can he possibly arrive "on time"???!?!? Okay, 10-minute delays are tolerated, even a quarter of an hour, but not an hour late!! I was told to be patient, but don't consider that there are people who have to work very soon!!!!! When you take orders, if you can't handle them all, don't take them! My €30 won't make you rich, given the dissatisfaction of the end customer who rates you negatively. UPDATE I ​​called the pizzeria again at 11 PM, and they told me they were just packing the pizzas away… But you told me something else earlier. Oh well, the pizzas arrived at 11:25 PM! The fries were "seared" in oil, clearly raw. The pizzas were edible. Total €30, and yes… they didn't even offer a discount on the fine; in fact, they didn't even issue a receipt. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

02/11/2025: ⭐️ Disappointing Pizzeria The pizza dough wasn't bad, but unfortunately it was too salty, completely covering the flavor of the ingredients. Furthermore, the wait was really long: over an hour for a pizza. It's a shame, because expectations were high, but the overall experience was disappointing. I don't think I'll go back.

21/09/2025: I've read other comments and can't explain them: - the owner was welcoming and friendly, - she warned us that the appetizers would be very generous. If you want to try more, I recommend ordering them, but for a few less people than the actual number. Everything was really good and fresh. We'll be back to try other things; highly recommended.

15/10/2025: I absolutely do not recommend this trattoria... My first question is: do you take tourists or people from Bernalda who come to the town every year for idiots? Do you really think you're going to find them fools? We went to Trattoria da Fifina for the second time to try some local or homemade dishes, as is customary in trattorias. The lady who served us from the start made us feel unwelcome and even reacted very annoyed, leaving in her kitchen clothes and jackets. There's no menu in this trattoria. There's basically a blackboard with the price of the first and second courses written on it. The lady will tell you the more detailed menu of the first and second courses verbally. The first order, just for drinks, was already mixed up. The drinks were missing or incorrect. We're talking about simple soda cans. We asked for the menu and chose from various dishes, including an appetizer and meat main courses. Let's forget about the wait for the dishes, which is now a well-known fact in Italy. The appetizer arrived, looking edible, but it was anything but. The entire plate was soaked in vinegar. Then the cured meats, etc., were all covered in vinegar. Meanwhile, the pasta dishes also arrived. In addition to various other dishes, a pasta dish with vegetables had been ordered. (Unfortunately, you had to search for the vegetables, because there were none, or let's say very little, on the plate) for €10. To be honest, the flavor was good. After the pasta, the meat main course arrived. We ordered a mixed meat main course and a sausage-only main course. But do we realize that for the sausage-only main course shown in the photo, we were charged a whopping €14.00!!!?? That's absurd... While the mixed meat main course was also €14.00. The lady explained: "And the sausage also needs to be grilled." 🤣 Unfortunately, it started raining during the evening. The owner, unfortunately, didn't offer us a table inside to spend the rest of the dinner. In fact, when it stopped raining, the lady came over three times to tell us it wasn't raining anymore. She basically made us understand that we had to get up and leave. P.S. The atmosphere and bathrooms inside were clean.
