Vincenzo is a sure thing when it comes to good food, delicious pizzas but also fish, especially pizza nocciolata and senisese.

If you're passing through Senise, a stop at Vincenzo a' Bomb is practically a must. It's not your average pizzeria, but a true reference point for those who love good food and things done right. • The pizza: Simply amazing. The dough is incredibly light, easy to digest, and has a perfect honeycomb crust. You can tell there's a lot of thought behind the flours and leavening process. The ingredients used for the toppings are all top-quality, with special mention for the expert use of local produce (the peperoni cruschi here are a must!).

We arrived without a reservation on Saturday evening, April 25th, and the place was packed. They welcomed us anyway and served us a delicious dinner with traditional appetizers (excellent quality) and a spectacular pizza with Neapolitan dough (easy to digest) and delicious toppings...all at a truly reasonable price! We'll definitely keep this in mind when we return to Senise. Thank you.
