Nice and welcoming atmosphere, good meat. The only flaw is the owner, Tito, who is self-centered and unclear. In fact, there was a lot of leftover meat. He was generous, especially because he had two little girls.

We had dinner here tonight at the recommendation of friends. The meat was excellent, from wild boar to goat, and from the tiramisu fillet. Everything was delicious, thanks Tito.

I've known and frequented this place with my family, often in company, for over 20 years. You may or may not like anything, but from my point of view, it's SUBJECTIVE.
It's not subjective, but the quality of the meats, selected by a true master butcher, is a given. Then there are homemade side dishes prepared with love, etc.
I'll conclude with the absolutely FAIR prices.

Come on, rare meat is fine... but not completely raw... there were 7 of us and we ordered a bit of everything... good, yes, but too raw... the cooking wasn't even a millimeter... the service? Well, it was fast, but the waiter couldn't answer, I don't understand Italian very well... so he brought the dishes and the rest, you couldn't understand anything... the meat is excellent quality... the cooking needs to be reviewed a bit... yes, Florentine style, but at least pink inside... not red... with live meat.
