18/04/2026: I can tell you it's hard to find staff as attentive to your needs as they were tonight. We arrived and before we even had time to let them know, our little girl was immediately tucking into the spicy nachos. A waitress with rare kindness immediately brought water, then recommended what to eat, and finally accommodated a personal request that might have been obvious but always responded proactively and with extreme professionalism. The food is the same as many similar chains, but the real difference is the service. And what's not to be taken for granted: immaculately clean. Truly excellent, 5 stars well deserved.

11/05/2026: I booked a table for Mother's Day through App. When we arrived at the restaurant, a young lady greeted us very politely. The table was already set for 9 people, so there was no waiting. The children's area wasn't open that day, but they do have a beautiful playground with slides, swings, and games. We opted for the ribs, impeccable service, and finally excellent cooking, because we'd had a pretty terrible experience at other restaurants. The waiter was very polite and helpful. When they paid, they gave my kids some goodies, and they went home with huge smiles. What can I say... a super great experience.

02/05/2026: They managed to bring the Smash Burger undercooked. We say no pork, but they bring pork in the product. There's a shortage of staff. The prices are expensive compared to the quality and service. Those who ate chicken were satisfied, but my friends who ate hamburgers and meat left dissatisfied.

14/12/2025: Good beers, but the food is definitely to be avoided. It's a pub, sure, but I find it unprofessional to serve a burger completely soaked in cheddar and hope it doesn't come back. 03/05/2026: An evening with embarrassing music, to say the least... Dinner started at 8:00 PM, and they brought the appetizer at 8:45: two slices of prosciutto, two squares of fried gnocco, and two pieces of pizza bianca. We waited another hour for the first course, which arrived cold and overcooked, the lasagna completely overcooked, and not to mention the dessert, a trifle messed up, horrendous both to the eye and to the palate. The cream was almost runny, the Pavesini biscuits were all crumbled, and there was a block of chocolate on top. The most embarrassing thing was the price: €35 for an appetizer, a second course, and a dessert.

There's a children's play area and a wide selection of beers and desserts. The all-you-can-eat days are also interesting, for example, on Sundays you can eat as many ribs as you want. Prices are average, but if you have a membership card, you can take advantage of attractive discounts and promotions.

02/05/2026: It's more than fine for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is very American, and the staff are friendly. If you like meat, you'll find a good selection. The quality is good, but you have to know what to choose. The prices are always higher than they seem for the service.

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The Caesar salad bore little resemblance to a classic Caesar salad. Instead of the typical dressing, it simply contained vinegar, oil, and five small dollops of avocado cream (?). The pizza was, sadly, the worst we've had at Lake Garda. The toppings were very unevenly distributed and consisted partly of large lumps, making it neither visually appealing nor tasty. This is all the more surprising since the pizza at the neighboring restaurant, Il Porti (?), was delicious. The steak was okay, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Overall, the price-performance ratio is completely off for me. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. However, the service was particularly disappointing. Actually, one should ask: What service? No one was attentive or present. No one asked if we wanted more drinks or if we enjoyed our meal – the latter probably because they didn't want to hear the answer.

22/04/2026: My partner and I went to Bisteak for a dinner that, more than just a simple outing, felt like a scene inside a dance studio painted by Edgar Degas: soft lighting, everyday movements, and that suspended atmosphere of a rehearsal room, where the dancers still move between imperfection and grace. The evening opened like a well-executed choreography: a simple but successful appetizer, followed by two convincing main courses. The Milanese cutlet was good, as was the tagliata, both solid and well-executed, like the main steps of a dance that holds the stage. Completing the scene were two side dishes: the focaccia with prosciutto and mozzarella, soft and harmonious, like a gesture repeated in the rehearsal room until it becomes natural, and the pan-fried chicory, along with the thinly sliced ​​French fries, both very good, small lateral movements but perfectly integrated into the choreography. The service, as often happens in rehearsal rooms, wasn't perfectly timed, but it was certainly human and pleasant: the waiters were friendly, pleasant, and helpful, with that attitude that puts you at ease even when the rhythm of the room isn't yet fully balanced. More than a flaw, it was a slight timing discrepancy in an otherwise welcoming dance. The dessert, the wild berry millefeuille, was the most poetic and slightly ironic moment of the choreography: it was drizzled with wild berry syrup, without actual pieces of fruit and without the expected layering, like a simplified finale compared to the imagined show. However, it was fresh, the cream was good, and so even the final gesture remained sweet, even if less theatrical. We spent around €40 per person without alcohol: an average amount for an evening that felt more like a ballet rehearsal than a fully finished performance. In short, we had a good time: a tender and slightly ironic painting by Degas, where the dance is there, you can feel it, even if some steps are still being settled in, and this is precisely what makes it curiously authentic.

14/05/2026: The food was fine , the waiters were very rude from the start . We are 7 people and he started rolling his eyes actually the restaurant was nearly empty . Kept rolling their eyes more than once whenever we order something . Screaming the orders like we dont understand .. bad attitude, never asked for drinks and left then we asked for drinks and rolled his eyes and starting showing angry attitude ??! Adding to this came and we didnt finish asked us if we finished so he starts to take plates . Brought the bread and olive oil without sharing plates at least small ones ?!! Asked for it brought only 1 . Neverminded us and kept ignoring . Never repeating this experience eventhough the food was good it . Didnt put name tags on theirs i think theyre used to bad attitudes …
