07/02/2025: Trattoria a gestione famigliare , la signora Pina è un ottima padrona di casa, se sei indeciso su cosa mangiare fatti consigliare da lei, sarai soddisfatto. Siamo rimasti una settimana in paese e abbiamo cenato da loro ben 4 volte, ci hanno sempre accolti con calore e serviti sempre con cortesia e sorrisi. Abbiamo sempre cercato di ordinare piatti della tradizione e siamo stati accontentati alla grande, tutto ottimo e abbondante, buonissimi i cannoli a fine pasto che Salvatore riempiva a più non posso! Grazie per l'ospitalità

08/03/2025: Petty is an understatement! Unfortunately my experience at this place was very disappointing. I had to wait because there was an event with a buffet for €35, and when they finally let me in, they still made me pay the same amount. It's a shame that, unlike those who had arrived earlier and were able to eat without limits, I found the waiters already busy taking the dishes. Basically, I paid full price just for the free cocktail. When I asked for explanations, I was told that I would have to wait another quarter of an hour to pay less... too bad I had already waited 45 minutes to avoid paying that amount. Lack of transparency and incorrect management, not recommended!

08/03/2025: Uncommentable. Shameful behavior of an employee towards polite, patient and above all paying customers, despite the attacks against us. I waited to review because I deluded myself that an apology would be forthcoming from the owner who wasn't present that evening, but evidently such behavior only upsets polite people.

07/03/2025: I had the opportunity to come last week, a disappointing experience both for the service (extraordinary expectations and general disorganization) and for the manners of the staff, as at a certain point an employee lashed out at some customers, verbally attacking them in a rude way, a truly surreal scene! Taking a look at the other reviews on Google I also notice a certain resourcefulness in responding to the more negative ones, some of which I must say are even funny and creative, I suggest (provided it is ever possible to evade passive aggressive responses, otherwise the effort is appreciated) to invest this energy in organizing and understanding any criticisms from customers. 10/04/2025: Esperienza eccellente in questa cucina romana autentica! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara: il personale è estremamente cordiale, attento e professionale, capace di farti sentire davvero a casa. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata la trasparenza assoluta sul peso della carne, dichiarato con chiarezza e confermato al momento del servizio, cosa purtroppo non sempre scontata. Ma il vero trionfo è stata l’amatriciana: semplicemente strepitosa. Il guanciale croccante al punto giusto, il sugo ricco e saporito, e la pasta perfettamente al dente. Un piatto da standing ovation, che da solo varrebbe il viaggio. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca sapori autentici e un servizio impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

26/02/2025: Place run by incompetents...I'll tell you about my experience....I called at 4pm to book a dinner with my children, who I see twice a week, specifying that the intention was to order steaks for which I asked for availability and it was confirmed. Having arrived at the restaurant after having sat down I was told that "unfortunately" the steaks were no longer available...now judge for yourself....at 8.10pm...considering that the business starts at 20 no longer have the steaks that I had booked well in advance....a steakhouse that no longer has meat at this time cannot be considered as such...so I strongly advise against it

26/02/2025: Lack of service and courtesy.. zero professionalism on the part of the manager.... I book a table for three to have dinner with my children, who I see twice a week, at 4 pm, specifying in advance the choice of steaks for each of us at the time of booking. The girl confirms availability but at the time of dinner around 8pm at the table she tells me that they no longer have steaks available. How can a steakhouse no longer have meat available at the beginning of the service despite a precise reservation? Judge for yourself....I gave one star because I couldn't get zero.

01/04/2025: We were eating there with 6 people and wanted to order 5 western plates. The waitress explained to us that it wasn't possible. We got 2 plates for 5 people. It was so little that we had to order BBQ ribs for 5 people.

12/04/2025: Tuvimos una comida fantástica aquí hace 2 noches. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente! Preciosa decoración y ambiente, gran vino local y deliciosa comida! El servicio fue fantástico, Eleonora era nuestra camarera y ella era tan amable y acogedor. Ella nos dio algunas grandes recomendaciones y maridaje de nuestro vino perfectamente con la comida. Tuvimos el compartidor de charcutería entre como entrada (que era enorme pero delicioso! ) , luego compartimos el queso azul y los raviolis de pera, seguido por la carne de res en rodajas con salsa de vino tinto que estaba tan tierna. ¡La mejor comida que hemos tenido en la Toscana hasta ahora!

30/03/2025: We went here for dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only problem was the food; we got 2 wraps, one with hamburger meat and one with chicken. Both meats were so dry that it was hard to chew (especially the chicken). The fries were the usual frozen fries, which had probably been fried for a while since they were also dry. For dessert we got the chocolate cake which in itself was good but was served in a bath of chocolate syrup. Not to be boring but even the sparkling water was flat. We paid 41 euros for two. I don't think we'll be back for a while.

27/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes, all prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Among the dishes I tried, the burrito was really delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors, and the mixed grill of meat was succulent and tasty. The service was impeccable: the staff was fast, attentive and very kind, always ready to satisfy every request. The atmosphere of the place, with its western theme, is really welcoming and makes the experience even more pleasant

Servizio impeccabile, i ragazzi che servono ai tavoli sono sorridenti e ben organizzati. CARNE cotta in maniera impeccabile e qualità eccellente. Consigliatissimo

08/04/2025: Typical old-time trattoria. I'll focus on the positive aspects: whoever wrote that the staff and owner are rude perhaps had a bad day or perhaps had a bad attitude towards them. They were all courteous. I'm used to being kind, smiling and saying thank you if, for example, I'm informed about the waiting time. And we know: smile calls smile. They immediately warned us that we would have to wait for the eel and I would have been surprised otherwise because if you grill a 1kg eel in less than half an hour there is something wrong. I informed them of my allergy and they immediately came back from the kitchen to tell me that what I had chosen was not worth taking and immediately presented me with an alternative on the same basis. The portions are far too generous, the prices normal. Not all the fish is caught, but the menu is clear in warning that there may be frozen products. I must admit that the mussels marinara were not cooked expressly but they were still fresh and very good. Probably prepared in quantity before starting the service. You can park comfortably. It should be noted that despite the enormous fireplace that is always active, there is no smell of embers or grilling at all. Thanks also to the grill chef who allowed me to take the photo. One last thing... the trifle is stratospheric.
