02/11/2025: I went here for a quick lunch with my partner, who is celiac. The place offers a wide selection of gluten-free and gluten-free products. We were craving a burger, so we opted for that. I must say, the quality of the products is high: excellent meat, very good burger buns, both regular and gluten-free, and the fries that come with them are also good, fried well. For starters, we had a portion of fried mozzarella sticks (both gluten-free and lactose-free). I must say, the breading was really tasty and crunchy (highly recommended). We finished with a tiramisu (also gluten-free), which really amazed us. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, and the staff are very kind and attentive. A great discovery, we'll be back next time we're in the area.

19/10/2025: Nice place, welcoming atmosphere. Good and varied food (sandwiches, pizza, first courses, second courses, etc.). Prices may be slightly higher than average, but it's worth it.

06/09/2025: The wait times were ridiculous! We waited several minutes to be seated (others preferred to leave since no one came to greet them), 15 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks (after a reminder), and 30 minutes for food. The fries never arrived. The meat was decent, although the ribs were a bit burnt. One waiter was working incredibly hard, one of them looking like it was his first day on the job (he hadn't put silverware on the tables and took too long to bring our drinks), and the girl barely did anything. For a restaurant like this, this is unacceptable. I highly recommend going elsewhere; there are plenty of places nearby.

30/08/2025: It used to be one of the best RH restaurants in the province. Today, unfortunately, the standard has fallen well below the minimum acceptable threshold. I return here only out of affection for the location, hoping for a new revival that, I fear, will never come. Only two rookie waiters remain in the dining room, forced to handle an increasingly dissatisfied and complaining clientele. Perhaps the management is simply waiting for robots to take over, so that staff costs will become a thing of the past. In the meantime, we've been waiting 55 minutes for our orders 😊

21/09/2025: What an evening thanks to the staff, kindness, friendly, excellent service... a banquet with 10 out of 10, both mountain and fish starters, plus fried ones... first courses with an abominable flavour, cellitti chestnuts and wild boar from the record, and I constantly go around Lariano, Ariccia, Rocca di Papa, this one beats them all... sublime paccheri allo scoglio, beautiful tasty fried food, baked potatoes, salad if you wanted, even sliced... you make a great impression, go with your eyes closed, well done, but keep it up, I'll be back for confirmation 😉

07/11/2025: A historic venue with a beautiful atmosphere. The fireplace is lovely. I've been coming here for many years, and it's confirmed to be one of the best grill restaurants in Campania. The excellent selection of aged meats and their knowledgeable staff can recommend the best ways to prepare them. The cooking is also excellent. The wine list is very good, and the food and the platters of cured meats and cheeses are also excellent. Attentive service and reasonable prices.

02/11/2025: We went for lunch this Sunday with friends. The appetizers were rated 5, the pasta and potatoes were a little bland but rated 5. The meat was top-notch! The service was super friendly and helpful.

11/10/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter was amazing. The meatballs in tomato sauce had an indescribable flavor. The raw meat platter was excellent. If you want quality meat at a reasonable price, you absolutely have to come here. The owner/chef is truly down-to-earth, friendly, and welcoming.

07/07/2025: Veramente un peccato!!!! Cibo ottimo pizza carne bruschette tutto…. Ma il servizio è dei più scarsi mai trovati, oltre due o tre gl altri ragazzi sono scortesi e disattenti. La sala è quasi sempre sguarnita di personale, sedie e tavoli sono rimediati. Un vero peccato perchè la qualità del cibo è suprema. La proprietaria una persona squisita a differenza della ragazza che prende le comande. La prossima volta? Take away meglio

06/11/2025: A truly fantastic experience!! Core d'Zia is a top-notch grill restaurant. We had a 1.400kg steak. Amazing: so tender, it literally melted in your mouth like butter. The appetizers were also superb, especially the porcini mushroom carpaccio and the sweet and sour onion. The service was impeccable; the waitress was extremely kind and attentive, and she looked after us every step of the way throughout the meal. I was truly impressed, highly recommended!! 06/11/2025: We were greeted by a very kind waitress who made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. It was obvious she was new, but despite this, she was extremely professional and always had a smile on her face. She was truly attentive throughout the service, even when we repeatedly asked for water for the dog. She never lost her composure or smile. The place is truly charming and welcoming, with attention to detail. The food was excellent, tasty, and beautifully presented. I'd love to see more waiters like her around: kind, helpful, and eager to do well. You can tell she's talented at the job. I also speak as someone who works in the dining room, so I know how difficult it is to remain calm and courteous with all the customers. She did it perfectly! Congratulations indeed. Sometimes I can't understand how you can write a review only about the food you eat and never about the person who actually makes you feel at ease while you wait and eat. We'll definitely be back soon!

20/09/2025: We stopped by for the city festival. Good burgers, classic mixed fried fish. Good beers. The waitress was helpful and friendly. The place was a bit too hot inside (September), but the outside area was set up with tables and beer gardens.

09/11/2025: An almost obligatory stop when going to the movies. The food is generally good; I recommend the meats or, for those on a budget, the wraps. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is young. Thanks to Ilaria (if I'm not mistaken, that's the waitress's name) for quickly finding us a table despite the restaurant being packed, and for her willingness to check on our order so we could eat before the movie started.

26/10/2025: The place is crowded, but the service is still pitiful. The food quality is poor. Avoid. The Coke Zero on tap is anything but zero, pure sugar.

16/07/2025: A beautiful place in the middle of a pine forest, it offers a private beach. If there are four of you, like us, they force you to take two umbrellas with two loungers each, the cost for the second row is €40 + €40, which is normal considering the prices in Castiglione della Pescaia. Unfortunately, to get to the sea you have to cross the public beach in front, which is dirty and the water is full of dead algae, as you can see from the photos. Given that you spend €40 a day for the beach, they could go to the trouble of at least cleaning the access to the sea for their guests, in my opinion. The food is nothing special. The place offers self-service dining (small and undersized for the structure), where as soon as more than six customers arrive, they are overwhelmed with the food availability and therefore have to wait. Considering that the structure is very large, it is not clear why they made it so small. Another option for lunch is the restaurant, where I didn't eat, but I saw from the menu that the dishes available were more or less the same as the self-service option, only they cost more, probably due to table service. For example, fried seafood at the self-service restaurant cost 14 euros, compared to 18 euros at the restaurant. You can take long walks on the beach and find cleaner water and other beach clubs. But nothing quite like Casetta Civinini.

21/09/2025: We were here for lunch. 8 adults and 7 children. The owner willingly arranged a large table for us, giving us plenty of space outside. We ate pizzas, pasta, and salad. Although they don't normally serve pizzas at lunch, he fired up the pizza oven for us. That was very kind and we really appreciated it. For that alone, it gets 5 stars. The food was impeccable and we enjoyed it. The only drawback is the location on a busy, noisy street.
