A small place on the riverbank. Extremely welcoming staff, excellent food and generous portions. I personally loved the trout, and the salad the second time. Their tiramisu was wonderful.

Dinner featuring locally raised trout cooked on the grill. Truly delicious and healthy. The salmon steak is top-notch!! With a side of vegetables. Homemade desserts are a must-try!! Especially the cheesecake.

A wonderful restaurant in Bormio. The location is very beautiful with great views of the town and mountains. They have their own fish farm right next to the the restaurant. The food Was really good and the portion sie was also really good. They have really good seating options both inside and outside. The owners are very friendly. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bormio.

We started with a truly fabulous trout appetizer, offered in its various interpretations: smoked, marinated, and pickled. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, especially since the fish comes directly from the fish farm adjacent to the restaurant, guaranteeing absolute freshness. Next, we chose grilled trout with salad and potatoes. Perfectly cooked, the meat was delicate and flavorful, completely boneless, and prepared with great care. Without a doubt, one of the best trout we've ever eaten. A place absolutely worth a visit for those who love freshwater fish and authentic local cuisine. Try it and believe it.
