26/10/2025: We spent four nights at Dormelletto. This was by far the best restaurant experience we've ever had! Perfect, friendly service, amazing food, and a cool atmosphere. La dolce vita, that's what Italy should be like 🤗. Compliments to the team, keep it up 😘 We highly recommend it 👍

23/09/2025: The food was excellent, service not so. We asked for one item as a starter and got it together with the mains. My friend, who didn't want a pizza, ordered from the page of the menu which DIDN'T have pizzas on (we are aware that English is the second or third language here, so he thought that he made it clear by pointing at the menu when he ordered), but was served a pizza! I ordered a drink at the beginning of the meal and, all the way through the meal I kept on glancing around to see if I could get a fresh drink, to no avail! In summary, fabulous food, mediocre service

20/10/2025: I went to lunch with five friends. We had high expectations since it had been recommended to us, but we immediately noticed the tomato-stained tablecloth from the previous service. We asked for a change, and they did, justifying themselves by saying that our colleague had had lunch shortly before; an apology and a change with a smile would have been enough. We ordered our dishes, repeatedly specifying that we wouldn't like pepper on our dishes since two of our friends don't eat it for health reasons. The waiter assured us they wouldn't add it. The three appetizers were full of pepper. We then politely asked again to leave the pepper out and bring it on the side, but one of the two main courses was again full of pepper. They replied that's how they prepare them. We don't recommend the octopus salad because it was quite tough. The grilled catch of the day, however, was good. In the end, they didn't even give us a small discount or offer us a coffee or liqueur. The bill was €32 each, including a liter of house wine.

24/09/2025: Claudio and Ivana, the two owners, are kind and helpful. They offer excellent quality dishes featuring typical Salento flavors. Orecchiette with turnip greens and lemon sorbet...unparalleled!!!!!

15/11/2025: Unacceptable Service and Poor Professionalism Our visit to Bar Nazionale this Saturday morning, for a family reunion, was marred by an instance of poor professionalism on the part of a waitress. A relative of mine, originally from Southern Italy, requested a simple coffee served in a glass and received a dismissive response: "What a strange request." Although the customer pointed out that the request was not unusual, the waitress insisted in an arrogant tone, suggesting that coffee in a glass was a custom limited to "her area," demonstrating a complete lack of courtesy. Regardless of who is technically correct, a fundamental principle of customer service is that staff should never argue or argue about a customer's legitimate request, but should instead try to accommodate them. For the record and to inform the staff: drinking coffee in a glass is not an oddity, but a common taste preference. Glass changes the visual experience, the consistency of the crema, and the temperature of the drink compared to ceramic. Glass allows you to admire the coffee, its thick, dense crema, and can promote a more "direct" and immediate tasting sensation. However, it cools faster, while the cup retains heat longer. In short: a very disappointing experience due to inadequate and contentious service.

19/10/2025: From the Modena Apennines, between September, October, and November 2025, we've been and will be in Arzignano. We arrived at Caffè Nazionale by pure chance, and immediately noticed a beautiful atmosphere with wonderful people, both at the outdoor tables and at the bar inside: extremely kind, courteous, polite, friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful; always smiling, which never hurts; in fact, it welcomes and captivates. Currently, we only visit the establishment during brunch hours, and I must say that the menu is well-prepared and appetizing; the items we've ordered have never disappointed. The price... for coffee and other drinks, it's in line with other establishments, while the brunch prices might seem medium-high, but I prefer to describe them as spot-on and in line with the quality of the food served and the service provided. I will continue to visit Caffè Nazionale whenever I'm in the area, hoping to be able to try the Bistro menu as well. Well done, everyone.

12/10/2025: Everything was perfect. Excellent meat and a wide selection, with many unique delicacies. The desserts were also exquisite, with special mention for the salted caramel ice cream and the tiramisu. Truly excellent. One caveat: during these first cold days, it would be helpful to turn up the heating a bit, as the place was chilly at times. But it's really a small thing, as the atmosphere exudes warmth and a welcoming atmosphere.

21/09/2025: The meat is of sufficient quality. The side dishes are unmemorable. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. A more engaging and cheerful service wouldn't hurt.

18/10/2025: Great restaurant with extremely friendly service. We were in the area and had pizza here for dinner. Everything was absolutely top-notch. Top-notch service, definitely worth a visit.

13/09/2025: On our way back from a hike in the mountains, we stumbled upon this pizzeria, so hungry we decided to stop. What can I say?!? The atmosphere was lovely, there was no wait, and the result was fantastic! The pizza was truly delicious, with high-quality ingredients that were immediately apparent. Plus, it was light and easy to digest. I highly recommend it!

16/10/2025: The location is great for motorcyclists, the storage and parking options are good but that's about all the positive aspects. However, the price-performance ratio is not good at all. The rooms are old and sparsely furnished; mine didn't even have a closet and the bathroom is tiny. I had a double room to myself and space was tight; how two people were supposed to live in it is a mystery to me. The breakfast is okay but even that doesn't match the price you pay. The term steakhouse is misleading. Although there is something to eat six days a week in the evening, you have to choose from three dishes in the morning and there wasn't even a steak while we were there. But what was there was tasty. Bottom line: there are better alternatives for the money.
