27/02/2026: I went to the Old Wild West for dinner on February 26th. I don't usually write reviews, especially such negative ones, but this time it was absolutely necessary. Initially, I ordered an appetizer, which arrived after the main course and was cold, completely different from the photo on the menu. Overall, the products were truly subpar, almost inedible. As for the service, it's clear they need much more serious training and a need for more professionalism on the part of the staff. The atmosphere was dirty and poorly maintained. Terrible experience, not recommended!

08/02/2026: A valid alternative to the various fast food restaurants in the area.

01/03/2026: The food remains up to the standard of the entire chain. A year ago I gave it 5 stars, but today I have to change my mind. They've changed a lot of the staff; the new guys are very young, through no fault of their own, and unfortunately, they're not yet ready to manage the dining room. There's no customer service, very long waiting times. I hope this review can be a warning for the future. The atmosphere remains unchanged, but still welcoming.

01/03/2026: I stopped by Road House while passing through, being a guest in that town (I live in Milan), and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative. The food was very disappointing. I ordered a chicken cutlet that clearly seemed frozen: the texture was strange, almost fake, and the chicken inside was stringy and not at all pleasant. It was absolutely not the quality you'd expect in a restaurant. I then asked for a change of course and ordered a beef steak, well done. It was served completely burned, with a bitter taste that covered any flavor of the meat. Impossible to appreciate. Regarding the service: one of the waitresses was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, trying to politely remedy the situation. Another, however, had a completely opposite attitude, unfriendly and not at all welcoming. I should point out that I don't live in that town but was simply passing through. I'm writing this review because I had a really bad experience and I think it's right to report such an experience.

19/03/2026: I often order with Glovo and I always order the rooster menu which includes, rooster, chips and toasted bread crouton... never never never once do they manage to put that crouton in those boxes, even by chance, even by mistake, one day that crouton will fall in there which by the way I pay for!!!!

14/03/2026: Waiting for half an hour standing to get a table for 2 at 7pm seems a bit excessive to me, you decide if it seems like organisation to you

05/10/2025: I don't think I have to add much to this place... I didn't know it... I had lunch here for the first time today... everything was very attentive... from the welcome to the service to the excellent food... ...now I've learned the way... see you next time thanks.

30/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in Maddalena, large and welcoming. We had rib-eye and fillet steak with side dishes and dessert, all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

14/02/2026: Crowded and noisy place, with double shifts. It feels rushed while eating. In short, not exactly a place where you expect to spend a lot of money if you eat meat. They have a good selection of meats, for God's sake, I won't deny it. But these days everyone has dry-aged meats, just like many have Prussian heifers and other trendy fare. However, they charge more than average. If you're a man of average build, have a good appetite, and want to eat meat with a couple of glasses of wine, forget about staying under €80-90.

31/01/2026: Good pizza, nothing to complain about. Terrible service: total disorganization, endless waits, and little customer service. The experience was ruined by the service.

08/03/2026: The food was excellent, but the prices, in my opinion, were very high. You can't reserve tables if there are only a few of you, but you have to wait for one to become available, and the wait can be very long. Give your name right away, otherwise they won't sign you in, and you'll see people walk past you. I had an experience like this just yesterday. I said I was expecting people at 8 PM, and no one told me to give a name. I waited outside and watched people come in, then leave, and then they were called before me. So I asked the staff, and they replied, "Did you leave a name?" I said no because no one asked me. What happened?! I had to wait a while longer to be seated.

12/01/2026: Family atmosphere. Excellent food, always a hit. Friendly staff, attentive to customer needs. A significant plus. I'll be back soon.

11/03/2026: About 15 minutes after I arrived, I wasn't contacted for my order, but I saw other people who arrived after me and were already eating. I'm very sorry, but I shouldn't be the one to look for the staff to take their orders. I'm now in an adjacent restaurant that's only available after. Within a minute of my arrival, Orca took my order, and within 5 minutes, I was already eating. I think that at certain times, like lunchtime on weekdays, speed of service should be the priority.

10/03/2026: The experience was exactly what we expected from the chain. The place is saloon-style and clean. • Food: The burgers are good, and the fries are generous. The meat was cooked properly, though the flavor is standard for the chain (without that artisanal touch). • Service: The staff was friendly but a bit rushed. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our main courses, which was acceptable but not particularly fast considering the place wasn't packed. • Price: Fair if you use the coupons or app promotions, otherwise a bit high for a fast-food/steakhouse.

25/01/2026: Not impressed by this place at all. It's sort of American style but like vampire'y, metal, biker bar which is NOT a comfortable place to be in America unless you're a vampire, metal rocker, or biker. So, no thank you! The food was all fried. I think they even deep fried the hamburger. A few guys got steaks and chewed for hours. And the live music was insanely loud. Way. Too. Loud. That said, servers were nice. Please don't think the majority of us eat like this in America because we absolutely do not. Only vampires, metal rockers, and bikers. Ick.

13/03/2026: 2 Guinnesses for €22. Prices are typical of a 5-star rooftop bar.

09/03/2026: This restaurant is near Caserta city center, easy to reach on foot or by car. Plenty of parking is available. The restaurant is comfortable, beautiful, and meticulously maintained, with a wide selection of board games. They also host themed evenings. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. The food, what can I say, was excellent. I absolutely loved it, and will definitely be back. I left feeling satisfied and full. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: The food was awful. The pizza was wet and had hair inside it. The waitresses couldn't speak and didn't understand anything. If you want to spend your money on terrible food, go.

15/02/2026: The pizza base was frozen, it wasn't good and we found it a bit too hot.

10/01/2026: Unfortunately, this was a negative experience for those with lactose intolerance: the restaurant doesn't offer lactose-free mozzarella. It's a very popular alternative these days and would be greatly appreciated. It's a shame, because it severely limits the choice for those with this need.

18/10/2025: The first two times we came here we ate well, today Saturday they made a pizza that was not good, practically raw, the table we had reserved was given to someone else and the person who served us was not very kind. The only thing they did was not charge us for my pizza. So I didn't ask for ice but my husband did. I asked for the ice afterwards because if the Coke is not exactly cold I only know when I taste it. The first two times we came we had a really good time, today not even for the service.
