17/12/2024: Dinner on 20 October 2024. Place located next to the Marsala train station. Outside is a street food kiosk selling kebabs. The interior is reserved for those who order (also) the cut. Very spartan place: basic structure in canvas and tubes, uneven flooring, plastic tables and chairs, paper napkins, disposable cups. Acceptable waiting times from ordering. Two types of meat for the cut, served on a wooden cutting board with a bed of mixed salad and grilled bread: scottona (more ordinary) and t-bone (marbled and matured). In this second case, after a passage on the griddle, it is prepared in a very choreographic way on the trolley in front of the customers' table. The owner has no difficulty in providing, to his satisfaction, explanations about the animal of origin. The t-bone is truly exceptional. Those who love meat, if they don't try this dish, have lost something: you need to try it at least once in your life. The intense and delicious taste, and the extreme tenderness of the meat, compensate a thousand times for the absolute basicity of the place. 2.5* skewers (well made, tasty meat even if a little tough), 3* spiral fried potatoes (choreographic, well flavored even if slightly oily), 5* with honors t-bone (worldwide from raw and cooked ). 2 potatoes, 900g of t-bone, 3 beers, 2 coffees, 2 bitters offered, total €85

19/10/2024: Very good evening in this establishment: very warm welcome and service. we ate very well the meat is certainly perhaps a little expensive but frankly when you eat it you quickly forget the price: a treat ☺️☺️☺️ we also recommend the very good arrusticceria red wine

20/03/2025: I love this place, very nice with very kind and fast staff. Pizza in 3 variations: superfine called alla romana even if in Rome I don't know, anyway I'm Roman, then tall and finally with cereals. Honestly this very thin one that is so popular in Tuscany I don't like, so I took the normal/tall one, and I liked it a lot, crunchy and soft, overall very light; I took the Martello, super spicy, and I cured my flu with it 😋😋😋😋 many other variations, from focaccia, to calzone, from traditional ones to those with the name of tools, super seasoned with everything. We know that they make desserts, good, unfortunately we are not into desserts, we didn't see any mention of appetizers or similar, even if we saw cecina going around, next time we'll investigate. It's the season and we also saw some beautiful doves, but we preferred the loaf of bread to take home, and we tasted it right away, it's delicious, it says it lasts 4 days, tzé, it should last 4 days, but you'll see tomorrow it's finished. We'll be back!

08/12/2024: Absolutely one of the best pizzerias (for me it is number 1) that the Tiburto area and beyond can offer. Chef Manuel manages to amaze every time with his delicious first courses. Not to mention the meat...exquisite tomahawk.. The kindness of the girls and the always smiling staff is the right mix for a 5-star venue.

Affettati di ottima qualità, tortelli veramente ottimi e carne di qualità, sicuramente da consigliare. Di nuovo complimenti al cameriere, Marco!

29/03/2025: Unexpected surprise.... I stopped for a quick lunch at this place located at the top of Mount Pitoro, and I was very impressed! The place is very nice and welcoming, the cappelletti with ragù are fantastic, the cost is reasonable, and the waiter Marco was very professional and very nice making the lunch even more enjoyable.

07/12/2024: The food deserves more than 5 stars. A few days ago we had dinner at lady bistro and I must say that the food left us speechless, the meat was delicious. I don't give 5 stars because I think they need to improve the service a bit, I had to get up several times to reach the waitress and ask what I would like to have, let's say that with the room "empty" I expect the waitress to be at least visible for be called in case you need it. For the rest, the food was top, but I would go back anyway
