13/03/2025: We took the meat drive and it was good. Maybe I would have reduced the quantities by not taking one for each diner. I recommend not eating the chips first, otherwise you won't appreciate the rest and it will become difficult to eat anything else.

02/04/2025: They recommended this place to us for its historical appointment and the quality of the food. We book a table for eight people and on the phone they are very kind and helpful. We arrive at the place and realize that it really is a historic place... in terms of structure and environment. We sit down and some time passes before someone comes to take the order... oh well. We order appetizers with fried dumplings, first courses and meat, specifying that, as far as possible, everything should be served together. Some time passes and the fried gnocchi with platters of cold cuts and cheeses arrive on the table. We all look at each other a little amazed and ask the waiter if the quantities proposed on the cutting boards were correct and he very calmly gives us a few words and goes away. On the cutting boards there were no more than three slices of bacon, three slices of local salami and some raw ham and on the other cutting board there were some blocks of cheese that disappeared just by looking at them. In the meantime we were waiting for the first courses which, at our request, arrived more than half an hour late and the meat followed a few minutes later. On more than a few occasions we had to call the person at our table due to the lack of water, bread and drinks. Practically zero table assistance. Examining the whole evening a bit, we will hardly repeat this experience, considering that the price paid for the non-service was not small, and paid in full by all of us. I trust that the property will carefully reflect on my observations and expect a thoughtful and honest response to the review. Thanks for everything anyway

29/03/2025: Abbiamo trascorso qui una cena di lavoro, locale molto carino, atmosfera molto sobria. La tagliata con cipolla caramellata è stata buona e abbondante, la quantità di cipolla però era eccessiva e sembrava più “bollita con lo zucchero” piuttosto che caramellata. Ció che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi è stato il prezzo del menù, molto alto rispetto alla media, comunque la qualità non manca.

30/03/2025: Nice location. There is a large car park outside. Four of us ate, two adults and two children. We drank some excellent wine. The children ate meatballs and a fillet with rocket. Instead we adults had a very good tasting. A meat appetizer. The steak as a second course (attached in the photo), two delicious desserts. We drank some excellent wine. The price obviously given the quantity and quality of the meat is high. We spent 208 euros. But given the quality of the meat I would say that the value for money is correct. I highly recommend it for lovers of grilled cuisine.

24/03/2025: My girlfriend and I came to San Benedetto to watch the match at the stadium. Not knowing many places in the area, we decided to try this restaurant. As soon as we entered, we were pleasantly surprised: the place is very nice and with attention to the smallest details. We sat down and ordered two appetizers and two first courses to share. We were really satisfied with the quality of the dishes. For this reason, we recommend it to all those who want to enjoy excellent fish at an affordable price.

21/03/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con un amico, abbiamo mangiato un antipasto per me, un primo per lui, una costata da 1kg in due. La costate era mediocre, nervosa e nel momento in cui lo abbiamo fatto presente sono stati completamente indifferenti, non facendoci nemmeno uno sconto su una carne costava 190 al kg e infine di due grappa abbiamo pagato 34€. I prezzi sono completamente folli e la qualità non rispetta per nulla le aspettavive. Non torneró mai più.

16/03/2025: Recommended by many people I know I had never had the opportunity to try it in person. I finally did it today. Shop well stocked with countless delights. Butcher's shop (very interesting cuts of meat), cured meats and cheese department (spoiled for choice). Honey, pasta, sweets etc. impossible to choose! And then there is the restaurant, where you can try some of the delicacies offered at the counter cooked in a divine way. You must try the meat tartare and the cured meat on the bone. You won't regret it! Definitely Recommended and Recommended.

13/04/2025: There were three of us with a craving for MEAT. We ordered two wonderful tartares, rigorously prepared with a knife (one simple and one Sicilian); two ribs, one Sicilian Angus and one Friesian cooked rare and accompanied by roasted vegetables and sautéed red cabbage; of the good Nero d'Avola. The high expectations were maintained. We highly recommend Barresi Steak House.

12/04/2025: Barresi butcher shop & steakhouse definitely my new favorite place! Exceptional! Highest quality meat, cooked to perfection. Warm atmosphere, impeccable service and great attention to detail. Every dish, from the side dishes to the dessert, is carefully prepared and delicious. A true experience not to be missed for meat lovers! Special thanks to the waiter Ahmed: professional, kind and always smiling. It made the evening even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

16/03/2025: Homely and very welcoming place, from the owners to the staff. Excellent quality of raw materials, exceptional guinea fowl burgers, not to mention the bread and tomato, it feels like eating at grandma's house. With a €25 fixed menu there's really a lot of stuff. The house wine is also very good. There were five of us plus a child, who was not included in the bill, despite having tasted almost everything. A truly highly recommended grill for those who want to eat excellent meat and pay the right price!
