16/03/2025: Nice restaurant. We eat well. And the possibility of choosing gluten free dishes is certainly an added value.

14/03/2025: We ate the pizza, absolutely good, absolutely complimentary and from the scent that came from the other tables I'm sure that the first and second courses were also very good. Excellent service, polite and very helpful staff. Nice and very clean environment.

23/03/2025: We focused on the chef's advice. Between appetizers and Florentine meat, cube roll and tagliate. Between cube and Wagyū and meats from Northern Europe. All prepared and served with care. Recommended.

21/03/2025: As soon as we arrived, we were sent the menu on WhatsApp—without much explanation. An unprofessional detail already. The various types of meat were explained to us quickly and without any attention, and no one bothered to tell us how it could be served or cooked. No questions about cooking, no explanation about any heated plates: just meat brought to the table almost raw, which in 2-3 minutes had cooled down and become rubbery and difficult to eat. Only at the end of the dinner were we asked how it had gone. We politely pointed out the problem of the cold meat and the difficulty in eating it, but instead of a minimum of professionalism or an apology, we received a contemptuous and annoyed response: we were told, with obvious arrogance, that we were the only ones who had complained about it. The owner, instead of trying to remedy the situation, thought it best to make the situation worse with a rude and irritating attitude, implying that it was our problem and not the restaurant's. Only then were we told that we could ask for a heated plate—too bad no one had bothered to inform us beforehand. In addition to the poor quality of the experience, the bill was decidedly high, making it all the more absurd. If you are looking for a restaurant where you feel welcomed, respected and served with professionalism, this is not the place for you.

17/02/2025: Inizio subito con i ringraziamenti per la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle cameriere (e di conseguenza dello staff in cucina). Siamo arrivate verso le 13.30 con una fame da lupi e abbiamo ordinato subito antipasti e primi/secondi, accorgendoci solo dopo che avevamo meno tempo di quanto preventivato… Quindi abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile far arrivare i primi/secondi insieme agli antipasti in modo da velocizzare le tempistiche e infatti nel giro di un’ora/1h 15 abbiamo mangiato (prima gli antipasti e poi il resto, quindi ancora meglio). 32€ a testa per 2 antipasti degustazione mare, verdure fritte, 3 spaghetti alle vongole, 1 tagliata di controfiletto tartufo e grana, 3 caffè, acqua e 3 calici di vino. Consigliato! Grazie ancora!

30/03/2025: Ottimi cibi abbinati a vini eccellenti. Tra gli antipasti da provare i bastonici di bagoss con speck. Ottima la tartare. Una fiorentina eccellente.

06/04/2025: I booked for dinner with my boyfriend and we felt at home, I appreciated the warm lights of the rooms that did not bother the eyes at all and created a very pleasant atmosphere. Fast service despite it being Saturday night and kind staff. We ordered appetizer, first course, second course and dessert sharing everything. Excellent mixed crostini, ravioli with braised meat that were nothing short of perfect but the highlight was the shank with baked potatoes, the quality of the meat was very high and it was cooked wonderfully, it melted in the mouth like butter. Very balanced flavors and fair prices for the quality and quantity of food. We were very satisfied and full! If we return here to Gaeta we will very willingly come to eat at Mino again, like at home!♥️

30/12/2024: The place is very nice, distributed in various spaces and very welcoming. We came in the winter so it was nice and warm, but we will return in the summer to repeat the experience. The food was good although the menu is quite sparse. For a place that professes to be a pub you should have a French fry, also because baked potatoes may not appeal to everyone (here I am!). The final bill was perhaps a little expensive. The service... We had to get up a few times to call the waiters, and again: a place that calls itself a restaurant should not allow this to happen. Maybe this confused me a little: is it a tavern? A restaurant? A pub? It is not clear what identity the place wants to have and this is reflected in the menu, the service and the management of the room.

10/04/2025: The place was below average. The meat looked good, but as vegetarians, we didn’t try it. The dishes we did have were mediocre. The biggest issue was the waitress’s dismissive attitude. We had a pizza that didn’t feel like we were in Italy, tasty broccoli, and fried fish—one piece was cold in the middle and undercooked. She accidentally brought us the wrong fried dish. We only cut into it and I took one bite. After we told her it was a mistake, she apologized and eventually brought the correct order. Still, she didn’t remove the wrong dish from the bill. When I asked, she agreed but made faces and claimed we ate it—which wasn’t true. Even if we had, it’s not acceptable to charge customers for a server’s mistake. We ended with a pistachio soufflé that felt store-bought (probably from Lidl) and reheated—like the rest of the meal, very average.

20/03/2025: We had a great experience at this grill! The quality of the meat is excellent, the house appetizer was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, without long waits even though the place was full. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always available to advise us and satisfy every request with a smile. The environment is welcoming and perfect for a dinner with friends or family. Highly recommended for meat lovers and for those looking for a quiet place to eat well. See you soon

09/02/2025: The pizzeria is very nice. We had a table shaped like a slice of pizza placed in a slightly raised corner of the room. We went on a Saturday with a reservation and waited a reasonable time to be served. The pizza is good, the chicken cutlet spectacular. Must try!

18/02/2025: Sunday 16 February, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. Even though we arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, the super courteous staff made us sit at the table. We are immediately fascinated by the family and warm environment. Truly sublime food, refined and above all local raw materials, homemade pasta. The Ceriola del Roscio has remained in my heart... Thank you so much to all the staff for giving us an amazing culinary journey.

22/03/2025: Locale situato a pochi passi dal centro di Bari. Il personale ed i proprietari sono persone veramente gentili ed accoglienti, precisi nel gestire le comande, Abbiamo iniziato la cena con una pasta all'assassina buonina, a seguire dei buonissimi antipasti, buono il carpaccio, buonissime le verdure grigliate. Poi ci hanno servito l'angus, le bonbette, trippa, falda, tutto buonissimo. Prezzi molto contenuti. Da provare. Complimenti a tutti in particolare al signor Domenico ed alla signora Graziana.
