17/08/2024: Well I would say that I was pleasantly surprised, given the experiences in other OWWs of which I didn't even review otherwise I would have had to say not nice things. Compliments to both the dining room and kitchen staff. 4 of us ate and even my wife who doesn't eat meat was happy with her tacos, obviously I had a nice cut with grilled vegetables and a pink thorn. Well done guys, congratulations on your commitment which can never be taken for granted for a chain as large as OWW. 👍

04/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, good food, perhaps a little slow to serve but otherwise the staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the price is honest. I'll be back for sure

14/07/2024: Sports center with numerous very popular padel courts. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is also a decent Chinese restaurant with an all-you-can-eat formula

03/08/2024: Hello everyone, my experience in this restaurant is not even one star. I couldn't give -5 stars because there is no possibility. Let's start from the assumption that in this place the only thing that I thought was so positive was the children's area. I had to change my mind, from 3 years old and up there should be entertainers who also supervise the children. From 0 to 3 years old, however, the parent must stay inside (quite right). My 3 year old son was checked in as it was supposed to be done. He came in and was playing then I looked out and realized that some 7/8 year old children were pushing etc near my 3 year old son and they were doing nothing, not checking anything. Furthermore, if the child wants to play with the balls he was not supervised, there are sharp toys where children can hit their heads and above all there are no edge protectors, the padding is now non-existent, the padding on the glass is non-existent and if the children hit they risk to get hurt, and a lot. I pointed out to the attics that there were children pushing themselves etc. on the slide and an animator with glasses told me that where there were slides they didn't control them. But what kind of entertainers are they? Let's start from the assumption that in any case you are paid to check that children do not leave the children's area, then the children also have to supervise. Something not done. I couldn't eat the pizza or drink anything, I even told him not to prepare it and remove it from the order. Given the situation, my husband and a friend of ours couldn't even eat the pizzas because they saw that I started looking inside the children's area as if it were my job, to prevent my son from getting hurt and I looked even the other younger children since there was zero vigilance. Having said that, for two pizzas at the table not eaten and two 1-liter drinks at the table not drunk, we spent €75.00. Without practically touching any food. Such a truly terrible experience had never happened to me. I hope they use the €75.00 well for useful things since they were practically given to them as a gift. The waitresses have nothing to say, they are courteous, while the girl at the cash register, when she was told what had happened, also took the piss, too bad she caught the wrong person to tease! Having said that, I will give a terrible word of mouth for this restaurant!

24/08/2024: Rude gentleman at the checkout. Pizza similar to frozen, cooking the wrong meat, high prices by market standards. There are better places at the Villa!

24/08/2024: After a long and hot day, we needed a good pizza and a cold beer. We came to Casa Meloni and because we didnt have a reservation, we were put on a short waiting queue. Our pizzas arrived very quickly and were delicious. The staff is charmful and funny. Thanks

10/08/2024: My goodness, what a show of a restaurant. For meat lovers perhaps the number one not only in Milan but in Italy and perhaps in Europe. Simply spectacular. Indeed, very spectacular.

24/07/2024: As a frequenter of Brazil and high-level churrascherias, for me this is among the top 3 (and we are in Milan). Very tender meat and impeccable service, it's expensive but worth what you pay.

18/08/2024: The Pizza is excellent, but delivered on a wooden cutting board is not hygienic, how was it disinfected? and furthermore they don't serve bottled water and then offer you theirs prepared with the carbonator and then pay for it at a price...not positive...!!!

16/08/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo il giorno di ferragosto, Giovedì 15.08.24. Premetto; c'eravamo stati altre volte, ma avevamo consumato solo pizza, buonissima. Il pranzo di Ferragosto è stato parzialmente una delusione. Buona parte dell'antipasto "insalata di mare" era immangiabile ....... il pesce aveva un odore sgradevole e all'assaggio sembrava pesce andato a male...... molto probabilmente lasciato fuori dal frigorifero parecchio tempo prima rispetto al momento in cui poi ce lo hanno servito. Abbiamo chiesto che ci fosse sostituito. Servizio al tavolo molto carente....nessuno di noi, 9 persone, è riuscito a pranzare allo stesso momento, anche se, pur essendo portate diverse, avessimo chiesto che tutti fossimo serviti nello stesso momento. Chi ha mangiato la paella è stato servito verso ore 14.00 . In alternativa all'antipasto, che non siamo riusciti a mangiare per i motivi di cui sopra, per andare sul sicuro, abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse servito un piatto di salumi........deludente, misero rispetto a quanto ci è stato servito in altre occasioni come antipasto prima di mangiare la pizza. Al momento di pagare il conto, abbiamo fatto notare quanto successo ma ci è stato unicamente risposto......purtroppo oggi è toccato a voi..... Non so se ci ritorneremo ancora.......anche solo per degustare la pizza.

25/07/2024: We were there for a celebration, there were 10 of us, 7 adults, 3 children. hot plate... So I'll start by saying that the food is good, the meat really good, the service is fast and kind (there were only a few of us though) but in the end it all cost €290 which would be around €29 each... I could also overlook the slightly high price but the most annoying thing is that 1 child ate only the starter and the first course, the second only the starter and they were warned beforehand that they would not eat (so the dishes were not prepared and then thrown away) and at the end of the bill he counted them as if they had eaten everything independently which in reality it was as if they weren't there.... A bit of a discount would have been appreciated because paying 29 euros for 1 starter and 29 for 1 starter and 1 first course and a bit much...

10/08/2024: The Old Wild West chain is always safe when it comes to eating particular sandwiches, different from the usual. For the first time we went vegan on this occasion and we were not disappointed: also in this case the flavors were sublime and well balanced with each other. The only flaw, which always seems to follow this chain regardless of location, is the wait. What I hypothesize is that they do not use the same personnel resources in the kitchen as the dining room staff. But other than that, the guys were kind and helpful towards customers. The professionalism is there and you can feel it.
