09/03/2025: I went to eat at Libbra on Saturday evening, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed! The environment is very nice and welcoming, the service is excellent but I was disappointed with the meat which should be their strong point. My wife and I got 2 boneless ones and with this cut they had no choice. There was a Spanish and a Black Angus available (special category, therefore higher priced) and in my opinion the meat wasn't even matured. Once it arrived at the table, it was served to us on beautiful lava stone plates, but both the dish and the meat were cold. Unfortunately they weren't even very tasty or tender given that they use a grill for cooking and not the embers which melt the fat which gives them flavour. Excellent side dishes! The bill is in line with other meat restaurants I have been to, except that, for the same amount, elsewhere I have eaten much better quality meat and I have been able to choose what to eat. I will definitely not return!

16/03/2025: I haven't yet had the pleasure of spending an evening in your restaurant, but I tried this evening via JustEat, and I was amazed by the abundance and goodness of your cuisine, the distinct flavors in the sandwiches and quality meats, amazing chips and desserts, what can I say? Pan di stelle original and very good, highly recommended, but I was taken aback by the cheesecake accompanied by 3 jars of white, black and pistachio chocolate. Really great, see you soon🩵🤍

15/12/2024: I went today (Sunday) for lunch, to test the place in order to celebrate the baptism of my second child in a few months. I was pleasantly struck by the loving simplicity of the dishes, with this description some will think of obvious or banal dishes, in reality by simplicity I mean that taste and those sensations that you only experience at home with your grandmother who makes pasta at home, the polenta of a millenary tradition, braised meat and cotechino made as the God of our soil commands. Everything was perfect, in balance with the period and with what the period can offer, nothing out of season, nothing out of place, nothing ostentatious. Like sitting at a table that has been yours since you were born and you are lucky enough to enjoy it with mothers and grandmothers who know how to cook to perfection. Later I met the owner, who confirmed what I thought... 80% of the products used on the menus are picked or produced by her hands, and you can definitely feel it. Try it to believe it. I hardly make any criticisms, here I can only praise that typical harmony of a home and a cook who knows how to make you regret it when you go out to eat.

07/10/2024: Nice, peaceful, country place, but with character and history. The service is accurate, prepared and non-intrusive. The food is good, the doses are right, allowing you to try the entire tasting process. I'll be back

22/01/2025: Carnes de gran calidad encendido justo en frente de nosotros! Delicioso! Muy recomendable y una gran experiencia tradicional fornello. El servicio es amable y servicial. El propietario nos mostró dónde estaba curando el salamis y nos habló sobre el proceso. Cantina abajo está abierto durante la temporada.

29/03/2025: A Brazilian grill restaurant as you wish. Fixed price menu €39 + Added service of €3 = €42 per person for unlimited meat on a spit. Open bar for side dishes and salad. The waiters came by quickly stuffing us with meats as soon as we arrived. We eat quickly with this formula. Fried bananas and grilled pineapple. A treat. The quantities are large and there is a lot of diversity in the choice of meats. Tip: To fully benefit from it, eat light just before. To experience it once for the atmosphere. You will come out feeling satisfied.

18/03/2025: Fabulous meat, expertly cooked. Kind staff and always smiling. I rediscovered the pleasure of eating an excellent grill combined with the pleasures of tradition. I ate a lot and more than willingly. The price perfectly in line with the goodness of the food (I'm not saying to pay more otherwise I'll shoot myself in the foot) Delicious house wine and delicious desserts. Really good. Congratulations to everyone and we'll see each other soon!!!!
