02/08/2025: I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but in this case I absolutely have to, because situations like this need to be reported to alert people to the importance of service and customer care. We make a reservation; there are nine of us, including two small children and a pregnant woman. We have a table outside, and before we can order, it starts to rain. No one comes to at least suggest we take shelter inside. We do it alone. No one comes to offer us guidance as to whether there's room inside, or what the possible solution might be. We look for someone and ask FOUR times, and the answer is vague, that they're checking. On the fifth, I point out that there are children and a pregnant woman, and then the manager arrives and tells me they can't work miracles; if we want to wait, they'll let us eat; otherwise, we can leave. I pointed out to the aforementioned manager that I didn't think it was the right way to address a customer, so he approached me threateningly and told me to go somewhere else and not to have a movie in front of the restaurant. Of course, we left... never again.

Ample parking. the food... what can I say. Simply excellent. Each course was a journey through the flavors of tradition, prepared with passion and served with elegance. It was appreciated by everyone, young and old. Excellent value for money. It is difficult to explain in words how good we felt, how we lived this day with serenity, surrounded by true beauty and authentic people. 16/08/2025: My family and I went to La Capannina restaurant for Ferragosto. It's a typical mountain restaurant with a garden, lush greenery just how I like it. The staff, what can I say? They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The appetizer menu was extensive, with fried pizza, meatballs, cheese and eggs, cured meats, and more... generous and beautifully prepared first courses, compliments to the chef. The grilled meat was high-quality and perfectly cooked. Kudos to all the staff, we'll definitely be back.

20/07/2025: We've been loyal customers for years and have always eaten excellently, with cuisine that has drawn us back every summer. Unfortunately, this year's experience was very disappointing, especially regarding the service. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait to be shown to our table. Once seated, 45 minutes passed before anyone came to take our order. Even water and wine, which we requested immediately, took a long time to arrive. We ordered Gher's famous skewers, which we'd been eagerly awaiting for months, but we waited almost 50 minutes to receive them, having to repeatedly push the waiters. We understand that it can be busy in the summer, but we would have expected at least a little more attention and a more courteous attitude from the staff, which unfortunately wasn't there. That said, the skewers were still very good, as always. The strozzapreti was also excellent, while the tagliolini with clams seemed a bit dry and flavorless. It's a shame to have to write such a review after years of great experiences, but we hope it helps us improve.

08/06/2025: We spent a weekend in Alberobello and went to the Miccolis butcher's shop for dinner on Sunday 1st June. Luckily we found a table for 2 because, by calling at the last minute, everything was clearly already booked. And, later, we understood why. We were immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely kind and patient in explaining all the cuts of meat, then advising us on the best choice. We were then accompanied to the room where we would have dinner. What can I say... Wonderful! I won't go into details so as not to ruin the surprise. The photos published by other customers don't do it justice. While waiting for the meat we had some meatballs to nibble on. Delicious! All obviously accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. When the main courses arrived it was simply a feast for the palate. The quality of the meat, the cooking and the service were excellent.
