28/07/2025: "Location" affascinante e romantica ai piedi della rocca malatestiana di Gradara con giardino e sala al coperto. "Mise en place" essenziale, ma ben curata, su un tavolinetto ligneo ben pulito con accostato supporto di servizio, costituita da tovagliette-menù di carta con salviettina profumata in bustina di cortesia. Offerta invitante e generosa con portate di pesce, carne e altri vari stuzzichini, prezzi abbordabili. Avviso di potenziale utilizzo di prodotti surgelati, ma senza indicazione puntuale con asterisco. Abbiamo gustato: ravioli con ripieno e sugo di pesce, gustosissimi; grigliata e fritto di paranza, con apprezzabile assortimento di pesce e ben preparati; contorno di erbe lesse, saporite; pinzimonio con verdure tenute raffreddate con acqua e ghiaccio, veramente sfiziose; piadina; vino bianco fermo sfuso. Servizio puntuale e molto cortese. Merita una visita.

08/10/2025: Prices? VERY HIGH... €50 for 400 grams of meat. It's almost overpriced; I've eaten at many steakhouses, but none come close to the prices of this steakhouse. I was truly disappointed; the meat is good, but nothing special more than the others to justify the price. We also asked for two or three appetizers listed on the menu, and they didn't have any. I definitely won't be returning.

03/09/2025: I came in to ask for just a simple coffee, it was 12.40, I went to the counter and asked for a plain coffee, hearing the waitress reply "I don't think it's the right time to ask for a coffee, this is lunch time", of course she was busy but to make a coffee it takes a few seconds, I apologized anyway, not understanding the reason for her rude response, I would have waited if she had asked me, I was in no hurry, anyway she made me the coffee a little pissed off when after 30 seconds 2 workers got up from their table and came to the counter where I was and asked for 2 coffees, but no one said anything to them... well, maybe I caught the wrong moment but you can't answer something like that to a customer, first and last time I'll go there, I'll do without drinking the coffee rather than be treated like that...

10/08/2025: Dear Ms. Chiarelli, during the Jonio Jazz festival, after reading the excellent reviews, we decided to stop by your place for takeout sandwiches. Well, next year, I'll dine elsewhere first and then come to listen to the music. The sandwich was a large ciabatta sandwich with three slices of sausage inside; perhaps a smaller sandwich would have made a better impression. In fact, I assure you, half of it ended up in the trash after finishing the sausage part. A half-empty aluminum container of chips cost €5 and a 66cl Heneiken beer cost €5 (your supplier pays you €0.80). I repeat, all takeout and not served at the table. I realize you only see tourists during this music festival, but by treating tourists like this, you really make a bad impression.

25/07/2025: We had dinner with friends at Royal Grill. Everything was good. The meat was excellent and well-cooked. The fries were delicious, as were the ice creams, and above all, the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back, especially since the price was reasonable.

09/08/2025: A meat-centric restaurant with an old-fashioned, slightly American atmosphere. The mixed cured meat appetizers and fried gnocco (really good) are good. The Florentine steak was very good, as were the side dishes (baked potatoes and vegetables). The baked berry cheesecake was delicious. Recommended, but the prices are high.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, when a woman is at the cash register, it ruins a place because she's incapable of being courteous with customers. There were 64 of us. The agreed-upon price was €20 per person, but the woman was charging us an extra beer. Then the groom-to-be asked for a different pizza from the menu, and she still charged us €15 more, which was an insult to us, the ones who organized it, considering he was our guest. Finally, after paying and complaining about what had happened, I asked for a bottle of sparkling wine that was worse than the dog's water, and she charged me €15. So, a 0 for courteousness, and I'll stop here because I could go on with a thousand more complaints. Not recommended...

26/08/2025: We paid a lot for terrible food, obviously it was the first and last. The sailing ship was original. But I don't eat with my eyes; there must be quality in the food and service because we waited for 2 hours despite the restaurant being almost empty.

05/10/2025: We received 8 hamburger sandwiches + 1 salmon (wrong, I never ordered a fish sandwich) ALL COMPLETELY RAW, NOT rare! Since we all eat meat, even tartare or rare. It was absolutely raw. After calling the restaurant to inform them of what happened, Ms. Jessica took the liberty of completely contradicting the 8 customers, without even raising the slightest doubt about the possibility of incorrect cooking. Moreover, these were customers who had already been to the restaurant and found it good. But, after the employee's unprofessional and unsympathetic behavior, I think there is a risk of losing customers, and it's truly a shame. You should reprimand the lady because you don't react to the public by responding rudely, raising your voice on the phone, questioning the customer without proof and with arrogance. Especially after an order of over €90. I feel very sorry for the restaurant.
