04/08/2024: Bella location con una scenografica esposizione di vini e di carni, buono il sevizio e l’accoglienza ma le pietanze sono state una delusione! Abbiamo preso una costata da 800 gr frollata 90 gg in due ma era dura, fredda e insapore, due mediocri contorni di ortaggi di stagione anch’essi per niente saporiti, un calice di vino al “modico” prezzo di 130,00€

27/07/2024: Il personale è estremamente professionale e cortese. Dal momento in cui siamo entrati, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso e accompagnati al nostro tavolo. Il servizio è stato rapido e attento senza essere invadente. I camerieri sono ben informati sul menu e sono stati in grado di fornire ottimi consigli sulla scelta dei piatti e degli abbinamenti con i vini. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità del cibo e del servizio offerto. I piatti di carne variano dai 15 ai 30 euro, con porzioni generose che soddisfano anche i palati più esigenti. La carta dei vini è ben assortita, con etichette locali e internazionali che si abbinano perfettamente ai piatti di carne.

25/07/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and was particularly impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with the staff proving kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was creative and the portions generous. The presentation of the dishes was a true work of art. In particular I tasted the pizza and the grilled fish and it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and high quality and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend to all lovers of authentic Italian cuisine.

19/07/2024: A partire da quando siamo arrivati un servizio insistente e alquanto penoso perché hanno sbagliato tutte le portate. Abbiamo chiesto antipasto che sono arrivati dopo i primi, e in più la carne ordinata al “sangue” era stra cotta per non dire bruciata e risultava secca al palato. Io celiaca ho ordinato un burger senza glutine, dicendomi che era disponibile, ma è arrivata senza pane, e solo quando l’ho fatto presente mi hanno detto che non c’è l’avevano, Inoltre abbiamo ordinati dei crudi, che non solo non sono arrivati ma volevano portarli , dopo il nostro preavviso, successivamente alla carne cotta. Il titolare vedendo le nostre lamentele non si è nemmeno avvicinato per chiedere spiegazioni Non era la prima volta che venivano ma siamo rimasti davvero delusi, servizio pessimo, sicuramente non ci torneremo.

10/07/2024: More than a restaurant, it's a pub that wants to pose. The focaccias are frozen, the side dishes of the meat are acidic, I ask for a plateu of raw meats and they bring me tartare and carpaccio without even explaining to me what I was eating, I ask for a rare cut and they bring it to me overcooked, I point this out and they kindly remake it for me, bringing it cold from the fridge and not even slightly scalded. I feel cheated so I decide to leave without consuming my 1 kg cut, at the checkout the owner tells me that for the meat I chose the cooking couldn't be what I wanted, so in his opinion a 1 kg cut if you make it rare it must be cold, otherwise overcooked. OK I ask for the bill and in addition to the cover charge for the drinks and appetizer (which I actually consumed), I also get credit for the fantastic meat that I had left on the table intact. At the end of the evening my dog ​​ate some excellent meat which I then cooked at home, it ruined my dinner. There is no respect for the customer, as if we were all ignorant. Experience not to be repeated. And be more humble because it is the customers who do you the favor of choosing you and not other places, not the other way around.

27/08/2024: I almost never do reviews, my policy is: do I like it? I'll go back, I don't like it? I'm not going back, but after yet another problem followed by inappropriate ways, that's enough. I'll make it short, I order a mixed fried fish, it arrives (raw, not raw the fish, raw the fried, white, limp and soaked in oil) I don't usually complain, so I try to eat it somehow, but it was really inedible . The waiter arrives and as he takes the dishes away he notices that something is wrong, he asks me why I had left the whole dish, so I point out the matter to him without too many frills. After 3 minutes the owner arrives with her usual attitude, we have been going there for years now, we got to know her, explaining to me that the fish seemed raw because they only work with fresh fish so the consistency of the fish changes when chewed... I'm a chef... I I notice both that the fish is fresh and that the frying was raw, good fried food is dry and fragrant, not limp, white and soaked in oil. I don't ask questions, I just reply "okay", I get up and go to pay. So... it's Friday evening, there were perhaps 100 seats, there's the point of being messed up and making a mistake in a dish, you just have to recognize it, I didn't want another new dish or pay for it ("the boy told me that the fried food wasn't good, let's work in the cool weather maybe it feels different for this reason, can I do it again or bring you something else? I would have answered no with thanks) you simply have to learn to behave because it's not done like this, it's not the first time, you're never wrong, whatever you do, you're right, as you read. then in the responses of the various reviews… Ah and last thing, appetizer, under the wording "crispy octopus" if it is fried it must be written (I would not have ordered it stupidly because it was very good) because if it is not written for me it is an octopus perhaps cooked at a low temperature then "sealed" on the plate to give it the crunch. We have been customers for years and we almost always have meals that consume, after yet another situation we will never return. I give 3 stars because it has to be a coherent review and not out of spite, it could happen that you throw away €21 on a dish if these were the problems of life... the place is nice, we almost always ate well and they use top products, problems can happen, those who work make mistakes, but as far as I'm concerned you can make the best dishes in the world, but if you have ways like this that relapse over the years, I won't go back there again, my chances are gone. Happy frying everyone! Unfortunately they haven't added the reply button yet, I have to edit the review to reply.. I no longer wanted the dish because I took a fried octopus appetizer (not specified) and in order not to take a similar course (still fried fish) I wanted to change it with a first course, but when asked for this the response was: "it's already ready ” He was so ready that I waited for him for 15 minutes (which isn't a problem, but the response that followed the wait makes me smile) and I was the last of the guests to "eat".. Think how ready he was, he wasn't ready even when he arrived :)

25/08/2024: It's a really large place and, for that matter, it's really well organised, with friendly and helpful waiters. Just a bit of chaos at the butcher's counter to choose the meat, which is why I give it 4 stars. We were table number 155, imagine how many people it hosts 😅 but the meat was truly delicious! The bill is truly excellent and within everyone's reach!

19/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, it was immediately an excellent experience, Michele and his staff proved to be friendly and helpful, finding us a free table despite the late opening hours on the day of the Palio. Very rich menu including land dishes, pizza and cuts of meat of different varieties, we started with a platter of typical products of unique goodness, first courses always very abundant in the dishes and to finish a perfectly cooked cut of beef, all accompanied by a house red wine. A round of applause to the head nurse and the staff including Michele for their availability and professionalism. Competitive prices for the quality of the food and the service, certainly not one of those restaurants "for tourists" but on the contrary a typical place where you can eat really well and receive professional service, we will certainly return.

19/08/2024: 10 minute wait, Without a soul that deigned to reveal itself. Empty place, chef who pretended not to see us and the waitress who had the courage to say that they were full and we couldn't eat dinner. Terrible on all points of view including the insistence of parking
