26/05/2025: We spontaneously visited the trattoria during a day trip to Siena.
The food was okay, but the portions were rather small, and the prices were clearly in line with the high tourist volume.
The staff was friendly, but overall it was only an average experience—hence the three stars.
11/05/2025: We ended up in this restaurant in Siena by chance but we immediately felt at ease, very kind staff, excellent traditional dishes! The waiter recommended an excellent local Chianti. Average prices, if we happen again we will definitely be back!

07/05/2025: We had an amazing experience at Gatto and La Volpe! The food was incredibly delicious, every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The pizza in particular was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!
07/05/2025: Wonderful surprise, everything was perfect from start to finish, the dishes were delicious, the welcome was magnificent, the staff took great care, they were really lovely.
I highly recommend and would happily return.

01/05/2025: The food and price were excellent, but if I have to highlight one thing, it's the waiters—very attentive, affectionate, and friendly. They immediately became one of our group of friends; they even bought us a shot, even though we didn't order anything excessively expensive. Highly recommended.
01/05/2025: A scam, they give you a fixed price but for a coffee €3, frozen pizza and they charge €1.5 per person for the service, not recommended.

18/05/2025: We ate there for the annual CinqueCento gathering. The numerous staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food (ravioli, fish) was very good, although the grilled fish needed a bit more seasoning for my taste.

28/05/2025: The pici all’aglione (pasta made of water and flour and seasoned with a tomato sauce with garlic) are excellent, as is the acquacotta (a typical local soup). The Florentine steak, strictly rare, is also excellent; the desserts at the end of the meal are also good.

14/05/2025: Delicious sandwiches as always, with new proposals and special doughs. Ideal for a dinner - or after dinner - with friends, much appreciated the craft beers and alternative drinks (no coke).
The only flaw, the waiting times are a bit long (45 minutes for a sandwich at 9:30 pm on weekdays)
09/05/2025: A particular place in the center of Pisa!
The menu offers many dishes with particular ingredients and different doughs with limited editions. Truly delicious sandwiches and potatoes, I didn't particularly like the peach stick with basil drops. Excellent quality/price, fast service.

The barista takes little effort to make the coffee... (no shower head, tamper from afar, dirty milk wand, dirty grill) and finally no honey...
08/05/2025: Best experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The pastry selection was incredible. Then, at the end, the women helping us threw in a ton of free pastries. 10/10

04/05/2025: Carne di una qualità pazzesca, una cantina semplicemente fantastica, personale super preparato, attento, cordiale e molto simpatico un visuale sulle colline divina.
Un posto difficile da dimenticare,
Su due giorni di soggiorno 2 sere su 2 abbiamo cenato lì.
Quindi sicuramente un posto in cui fare ritorno appena possibile.
01/05/2025: Siamo stati con bambini ed amici accolti con superbia e sufficienza hanno portato il cibo prima agli adulti dimenticando i bambini cibo discutibile in qualità dando solo importanza alla presentazione prezzi decisamente non in linea con la qualità e il servizio ( lentissimo) ricevuti !
Sconsiglio vivamente in zona ce ne sono di migliori

26/05/2025: Didn't eat here, stopped by to cath the equally for the imola grand prix before race day. Pub is great, one tiny complaint that we had to keep moving due to blocking a door, which I didn't really think was a problem. Nice beers on tap and good old fashioned pub atmosphere
