We went in for a few beers in the middle of August. Super friendly, air-conditioned, great music, and an excellent atmosphere. Good draft beer, perfectly poured. Plus, some of them speak perfect Spanish.

Nick and Angelo are some of the best bartenders in Florence. Go in for a classic martini. Stay for the beers and the game. Five stars for the bar and the people. You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I come to Florence, I stop at this pub at least once for a good beer and an excellent schiacciata with local products (the one with finocchiona, brie, and mustard-flavored figs is out of this world!)! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's very close to the station, so it's a great place to grab a bite to eat before catching the train!

We came for a quick bite and a drink, and this place was perfect for it. We grabbed a seat and ordered fries and beer. The fries were amazing, and we really enjoyed our beer. Definitely a place we would come back to again.

The food was excellent, the portions were just right, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and was clearly popular, so reservations are highly recommended. If you’re looking for a memorable meal in Florence, put Ristorante Il Guscio on your list—you won’t regret it.

12/08/2026: The food was good, but nothing special. Nice place. Excellent staff. Too much rush; as always, you eat with a funnel.
11/08/2026: This is our third time back at this restaurant, and it's always a guaranteed success! The food is excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere truly welcoming. A well-deserved five stars for everything, we'll definitely be back again!
