28/05/2025: We spent an entire evening there, drinking, laughing and eating food that was so good, that it became our scale to compare other meals in Sicily to it :). The fish, the meats, the salads, the pasta, everything! The staff didn’t speak much English but our Italian was enough to communicate. But when it was too difficult to explain what a meal is, the waiter just told us to wait, went to the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a plate of meats and other ingredients and showed us which is which, while being so nice and funny, that we wanted to try everything 😂. We did have to wait quite a bit for everything and they did forget a few things (brought them later when we asked) but they had a few big groups and were taking care of everyone so it was understandable. They also did it in such a nice and friendly way that we didn’t mind. Every group spent their entire evening there so it’s not just your typical touristy order-eat-leave in an hour. You go there to spend the evening and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. You will have a great time and eat one of the best meals in your life 👌

20/05/2025: When I arrived I thought the restaurant was a bit old-fashioned and I was suspicious, but I quickly changed my mind. The service is great and the food is delicious, the seafood is very fresh, the shellfish is delicious! It was worth getting away from the tourist restaurants.

19/05/2025: If you're going in at lunchtime and just want to drink, go somewhere else because it's really frustrating to have people watching you leave.

18/05/2025: An excellent restaurant for a quick bite. The Piada specialty is highly recommended, as is the tiramisu. The owners are lovely and speak French. A must-visit in Syracuse!

13/05/2025: This atmosphere, friendly owner and delicious breakfast are one of the best memories from Catania. I felt the atmosphere of Italy in this place and I regret that I discovered it only on the last day. I recommend it!

03/05/2025: I took the Trapani couscous: a real delight. Very interesting ricotta ravioli in fish soup, shame about the tiramisu being a little too liquid, but this was also good

17/03/2025: Seguendo le recensioni positive , abbiamo prenotato la cena in questo ristorante ,e non possiamo far altro che confermare l'ottima impressione . Cena con amici, soddisfattissimi, la cameriera gentilissima e professionale , il titolare affabile ottimo host ci ha consigliato pietanze, ci ha dato dritte di pasticcerie favolose in centro a Trapani. Cous cous di pesce superlativo , antipasto misto pesce sfizioso, vario e molto invitante , grigliata di calamari e polipo da 10 , e per concludere cheese cake scomposto della cuoca , una vera delizia per il palato , si è sciolto in bocca ed è finito troppo velocemente . Non ultimo , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consigliamo a tutti !

18/05/2025: About a week ago, we had lunch here and it was overall our best and most memorable meal in Valderice. The restaurant is centrally located along the main street and offers a very well-curated menu of West Sicilian specialities and general Italian classics. We had a mix of meat and fish dishes, including the fish couscous, which was one of our highlights, and the almond parfait for dessert, which was the other. We were served by two very friendly and forthcoming hosts (not sure if it was the owners but may well have been). Especially the older waiter was charismatic and charming, joking around with the other guests and us, and making us feel welcome. The waitress was also very accommodating and friendly, speaking English well and catering excellently for our culinary needs .

04/05/2025: We book on Wednesday, to go for lunch on Sunday, without notifying us as soon as we arrive at the restaurant, it puts me at a crossroads, I have a fixed menu or you leave, the owner cordially with all his professionalism showed himself to be very rude, he responded in a shameful manner, not recommended, the staff on the other hand were very polite, only the waiters were saved, but the owner seemed rude, not recommended, unprofessional owner

13/05/2025: The pizzeria impresses with really good pizza and a beautiful view of the sea. The crust was light and crispy, the toppings fresh and flavorful – exactly what you'd expect. The staff was also very friendly and attentive; you feel welcome and well looked after. The sea view, in particular, makes the visit something special. We'd love to come back!

27/05/2025: This isn’t just a "famous name" – Fiasconaro truly lives up to its reputation. A fantastic pastry shop offering excellent coffee and outstanding desserts. We tried their signature panettone served with a variety of spreads – the pistachio cream was absolutely delicious. We also sampled a traditional local dessert, Testa di Turco – rich, creamy, and unforgettable, somewhat similar to crème brûlée but with a Sicilian twist. Great atmosphere and top-quality service. If you’re anywhere near Castelbuono, don’t miss it – this is a sweet experience worth going out of your way for.

07/05/2025: The ice cream is mediocre at best, but only compared to regular supermarket ice cream standards. In terms of gelato, it's horrible: lots of sugar, without that creamy texture you'd expect. In the restrooms, soap was not available. I checked both women and men, so it wasn't an accident, just indifference and that type of attitude you see in many places with a highly touristic location. I don't recommend if you're looking for authentic gelato.

30/04/2025: Loved the vibe of this bar. Really bustling little street and the bar itself was very cool and had a great atmosphere. Superb cocktails and delicious wine too. The service was great and really friendly. Only down side was the apertivo board - it was very carb-heavy, lots of mini rolls and potato wedges, we were hoping for meats and cheeses. For a drink though, we went twice in three days!

23/04/2025: A pleasant, welcoming and clean environment. Simple dishes and at the same time refined in the quality of the raw materials and presentation. I ate some fresh pasta with delicious wild boar ragù, a very good cut with rocket and cherry tomatoes and a sublime almond semifreddo. Impeccable service and low prices in relation to the excellence of the products.

21/05/2025: Immediately was treated like family the second I walked in! This was my favorite restaurant I visited in all of Sicily while I was here. The food was delicious and fresh and the staff was so kind and accommodating! I had the best time and made my last night so special
