29/06/2025: Ieri ci siamo fermati alla paninoteca Aurora, sperando di gustare un pasto veloce ma soddisfacente. Abbiamo ordinato due panini da asporto con verdure grigliate, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente oltreché onerosa (2 panini e 2 bottigliette d'acqua 27€!! ). Quando abbiamo aperto i panini dalla carta stagnola, ci siamo accorti che i tovaglioli di carta in cui avevano avvolto il pane si erano completamente appiccicati al formaggio fuso nel frattempo indurito e raffreddato rendendo i panini veramente immangiabili. Non solo il formaggio aveva impregnato la carta, ma aveva anche reso il pane unto e poco appetibile. Quando siamo tornati indietro per chiedere una soluzione o un cambio, la signora ha preso atto dell'"appiccicosità" dei panini, ha chiesto scusa e ci ha offerto un rimborso di max 10 euro🤔 quindi calcolando che le abbiamo lasciato lì il lauto pranzo, a conti fatti abbiamo pagato due bottigliette di acqua liscia 17 euro... Never but never again!!

31/07/2025: Quelle belle découverte à proximité de notre hôtel ! Nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes retournés deux fois de suite . Nous avons pu découvrir des spécialités comme le risotto aux myrtilles (que nous avons depuis refait chez nous ) ou encore le poisson en croûte de pistache . L'assiette de fruits fe mers était également délicieuse. Attention cependant : la carte touristique (beaucoup moins originale ) n'etait pas la même que la carte italienne ! (Nous nous en sommes aperçus car mon conjoint a réservé une fois en italien directement auprès du restaurant et une autre fois en anglais par téléphone : nous avons du demander à changer pour avoir la carte italienne . )

15/07/2025: Great, warm atmosphere. The food is just amazing. The waiter recommended the wine and it was perfect for the dishes that we chose from the menu. If we are back in Milano one day, we will definitely go to the restaurant again.

24/07/2025: A historic trattoria in Bergamo, worth a visit if only for Giuliana, the owner. Very unique, chaotic, small... but that's the beauty of it. I've known it for 40 years; it's always been there, with ups and downs... It's also very well-known abroad, with a huge number of local and international customers... Wide selection, lots of fresh, high-quality products... especially typical of the Bergamo area. Super-fast service... Reservations are recommended, as there are often long waits... If you're particularly lucky, you might even spot Atalanta players, both past and present...

23/07/2025: Dishes are always different, all carefully prepared using quality ingredients. A free buffet is available, with no restrictions, as long as you don't waste anything. The full menu is €13. A very distinctive atmosphere.

29/07/2025: Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. We ordered fried fish and oysters as an appetizer. The oysters were good (there was nothing to cook here), the fried food was rubbery and unbreaded. We skipped the idea and ordered two first courses: spaghetti with clams and seafood pici. The spaghetti was basically plain pasta with clams in it, completely tasteless without risotto, and the plating was terrible (it's not usually something I notice, but if you're at a high-end restaurant, even the plating can tell you how the dish will look, and here he was right). The pici were flavorless and the sauce was raw. We had to send the spaghetti back because it was inedible, but we still forced ourselves to eat the pici because we were hungry. 1 fried dish, 4 oysters, 1 plate of pasta, 3 glasses of wine, and 1 bottle of water = 90 euros with a 20-euro discount. Unfortunately, despite the 20-euro discount, we spent 90 euros on some sadly disappointing dishes.

11/07/2025: I cannot fault this pub. Beers are in excellent condition and mostly reasonably priced. I had three great Czech beers at €5 each. I will be back🙂🙂
