17/08/2026: I found this amazing place while looking for coffee. I ordered this cheesecake, and it was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. I highly recommend trying their desserts if you visit. The staff were also very helpful.

The cuisine is truly excellent, both the fish and meat options, with a special mention for the signature dish: the famous maccheroncini cooked flambéed in parmesan cheese, spectacular and delicious. A perfect restaurant for a family dinner, an evening with friends, or a convivial moment with colleagues. A place to recommend and one to which you'll gladly return. And feel at home.

17/07/2026: The sandwiches and beers are good, the prices are average—certainly not cheap, but the products are quality. The staff at the counter and tables are very questionable, or rather: a blonde girl with short bob haircuts is downright annoyingly rude, and can only scare customers away. The girl with long braids, on the other hand, is wonderful and super kind. If it weren't for her, we would have left.

01/07/2026: We've known this place for over ten years. Calling it a place, however, is a misnomer. You don't enter a place, a conventional restaurant; you enter a magical place, a fairytale. Andrea and Ada, two excellent hosts, welcome you. To call them kind is an understatement. The rooms are very welcoming and warm; all rooms are beautiful and furnished with unique pieces. The one with the fireplace is particularly special. It's my favorite. The furnishings create a unique, evocative atmosphere. Everywhere, on the floors and walls, are antiques. Paintings, historical relics, antique furniture, old-fashioned farming tools, Sicilian puppets, records, and a jukebox that Andrea turns on upon request, creating excellent background music. In the kitchen, the chef is Andrea's sister. The cuisine is typical of the area, with excellent cured meats, especially the cooked shoulder, and delicious giardiniera and gnocco fritto! I've never had gnocco this good anywhere else. Not greasy, fragrant, and light! The tortelli are truly special. Not to mention—in the fall—the fried pumpkin, presented in thin leaves with balsamic vinegar. Words fail me... Andrea is a truly hospitable and generous host, enchanting, charming, and pampering. He puts you at ease, aided by the relaxing, serene, fairytale atmosphere of the place. In the summer, you can also enjoy the outdoor setting. When you want to spend time with family, among friends, to live a dream, to be catapulted into another dimension, into an enchanted world, enveloped in magic, then this is the enchanted place we highly recommend. 19/07/2026: We had an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Every course was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. It was one of the best meals I had during my trip to Italy. The seafood was fresh, and it’s great that the menu also offers excellent steak options, making it suitable for different tastes. The service was outstanding. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking that everything was to our satisfaction and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. The complimentary aperitivo bites were thoughtfully selected and a lovely touch before the meal. The wine pairing recommendations were also excellent and complemented each course perfectly. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, elegant interior while still feeling warm and inviting. Considering the quality of the food, service and its location in Milan, I found it to be very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Acqua Pazza and will definitely return on my next visit to Milan.

10/08/2026: The pizza and pasta are good. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, and the tables are quite close together. I recommend making a reservation because it's always busy. The waiters are very friendly. If you don't finish your pizza, you can ask for a box to take it home.

03/08/2026: Quality food, fresh fish, fair prices, generous portions. As a celiac, I appreciate the attention to gluten-free service, although contamination cannot be ruled out (personally, I've NEVER had any problems with this). I'm giving the restaurant 4 stars simply because there are plenty of seats, the dining rooms are large, but obviously when everyone is talking (or worse, shouting), it gets a bit noisy. However, for me, the noise level is acceptable. A casual atmosphere, where you can enjoy every dish in the company of various professional soccer players. Remember to make a reservation, as they are always sold out for both lunch and dinner, even on weekdays.

14/05/2026: Overall, a nice place. The owner at the entrance is friendly. Service is fast, with the waiter taking orders while he's too focused on his own. He orders and goes... what a shame... like a number that consumes and goes... The quality isn't great, nor is it praiseworthy... overall, it's sufficient, but the quality of the fish didn't convince me. Is it soft fried? Soft batter? Like it was reheated and not made fresh... what a shame.

12/08/2026: This restaurant was recommended by a local taxi driver. I was surprised to find a staff member who spoke excellent Japanese. The food was also very good. The seafood was incredibly fresh. I ordered a risotto with a mild flavor, authentic pasta, and finally, tiramisu. The tiramisu had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The coffee after the meal was also easy to drink and stylish; I was very satisfied. Definitely coming back!! Questo ristorante ci è stato consigliato da un tassista del posto. Siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi perché c’era un membro dello staff che parlava giapponese benissimo! Anche il cibo era eccellente. I frutti di mare erano davvero freschissimi. Abbiamo ordinato un risotto dal sapore delicato e molto piacevole e un piatto di pasta davvero autentico, proprio come ci si aspetta in Italia. Anche il caffè dopo il pasto era molto piacevole da bere e presentato con grande eleganza. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Torneremo sicuramente!! 11/08/2026: This review is not for the wonderful delicatessen downstairs, but the reception we received at the restaurant upstairs. We live in Tokyo and occasionally purchase their products, so on a previous visit to Milan, I had visited the delicatessen and taken home some tasty treats to share with my wife. On this occasion, I was visiting with my wife and had very much looked forward to not only visiting the delicatessen, but to having lunch in the restaurant upstairs. However, despite there being no indication of the restaurant being closed at the bottom of the stairs, or at the entrance to the restaurant, when we entered and approached a waiter to enquire, we were rudely brushed off without any clear explanation as to why. Being hungry, before leaving, we sat down in an open area outside the restaurant to have a quick snack, and were promptly told to leave - despite there being no one there but ourselves. We subsequently went down to the delicatessen and bought some food to take back to our hotel room, and, in contrast, the service there could not have been more helpful and friendly. We spent 3 wonderful weeks touring northern Italy, and, thankfully, this was the only negative review I posted from the entire trip.

10/08/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!! Pomodori cuore €20 per kilo… I thought the price displayed was €6 or €7 per kilo. This pricing error is bizarre, especially the day before I was supposed to be on vacation for a week. It's impossible to complain; the store is closed. This is a total rip-off!
