As a vegan for seven years, I can say with certainty that I have rarely encountered such attention and sensitivity: Chef Locatelli is a true artist, capable of transforming quality raw ingredients into authentic culinary masterpieces. ​The proof? My partner, who is not vegan, was literally amazed: he had to change his mind dish after dish, won over by the intense and creative flavors. ​I highly recommend POLISENA L'Altro Agriturismo to anyone looking for a regenerating weekend escape or even just an unforgettable dinner. 28/02/2026: We were here on a Friday evening in February. The atmosphere was quiet and very welcoming. The food was excellent. I had the cod with cavolo nero. As a vegetable lover, the cavolo nero was a real surprise! Super flavorful. We don't like large quantities, but we also hate those restaurants that serve two tortelli on a beautiful plate. Here we found the perfect balance between quality and elegance!

08/10/2025: Great place in Salo and super friendly service. Delicious food and a fantastic view. We went there every morning for a cappuccino. In the afternoon, we had a beer and the world's best fries!

07/10/2025: A small kiosk or bar right on Lake Garda – the location is really beautiful, but unfortunately, that's about it. The aperitif is quite expensive by Italian standards, and they don't serve any snacks with it—not even chips or olives—which are usually standard in Italy! The drink itself was okay, but a bit thin. The tables were sticky and apparently hadn't been wiped down properly. And honestly, there are plenty of bars around Lake Garda with lake views, olive trees, and a cozy atmosphere—often cheaper, with snacks, and better service.

Possibility of sitting down to have a tasty business lunch in a decidedly pleasant and bright environment. It also has ample space for outdoor dining during the summer. Ample parking available to customers. Conveniently reachable.

28/02/2026: For me, a pub-brewery must have a good selection of beers on tap, bottled beers, but above all people who know what they're talking about and can give you advice. Here at the birratrovo, I find all of this. They also let you taste the beers if you're not familiar with them, and you can also buy them.

04/11/2025: A modern venue in a very central location, right in front of Clusone's historic clock. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is quick and very courteous. Excellent selection of drinks and a variety of appetizers. We'll definitely be back!
