16/05/2026: We stopped for lunch, and ate casoncelli bresciani and torta della nonna. They were delicious.
Fast, efficient, and friendly service, welcoming atmosphere.
10/05/2026: Today, after the exhibition at Palazzo Martinengo, on the recommendation of the guy at the bookstore, my friends and I went to this small but cozy place. I found the staff friendly, the food excellent, and the service fast.
Must try the casoncelli 😋
I'll definitely be back 👍👏👏
A year later, I returned with my friends. It's now a regular stop after the exhibition. The casoncelli were delicious, along with the chocolate and pear cake and a nice prosecco. We had a great time.
See you next year. 👍💯

14/05/2026: Kind friendly staff, good service, fresh tasty dishes. We got some “welcome” bruschetta, tartar and carpaccio for antipasto, then tagliolini e scampi & gamberoni; for dessert - a piece of cake with pear.
11/05/2026: A restaurant run by a wonderful family.
I went there with friends and I must say that everything was magnificent, from the food to the staff.
We then had the wonderful pleasure of chatting with the daughter and mother (the owners of the restaurant) and left even happier.

...driven by our son-in-law's strong urging, we went to dinner at Rigolo! We've seen the place countless times from the outside, as Brera is an area we love and frequent, but we had no idea we'd stop here...
A place where you immediately feel at home, where the walls adorned with objects speak of history and famous people, where you know you've always been in Milan and will always be.
The cuisine lived up to the standard and the atmosphere of the place: traditional, authentic, simple, and of excellent quality.
The owner truly "hosts" you, and the service is courteous.
The result: a lovely evening and the desire to return soon!

A unique place, brimming with artistic personality, as was the owner, Mrs. Giuliana, with whom I immediately felt at ease.
Excellent food, friendly staff.
I'll definitely be back, even though I live in Opera.

Because of its small size, you'll have to wait in line for quite a while, but if you have the extra time, it's worth it.
08/03/2026: Good pastries, but the service is poor and the space is disorganized. I waited 15 minutes for a cappuccino, and even though it was busy, the place didn't warrant that long a wait (out of four people behind the counter, only one was actively working).

05/05/2026: Really not very good. Pasta too much al dented in a lake of tomato sauce. Possibly the same sauce used for the meat course. This was huge and the oxtail tough, it needed at least another hour of cooking. The lamb was definitely sheep - very old animals.
