28/09/2025: Discovered by chance, a fantastic place with an incredibly usable and comfortable outdoor space. The spritz was fabulous, and the platter for two was generous and met my vegetarian companion's requests. Prices were absolutely reasonable and in line with the service and appetizers. It's a shame the weather is changing, but we'll be back because it's worth it. A charming spot, what I've called "the wailing wall" (see photo).

20/09/2025: Fantastic. A good dinner, including bottled wine (Pinot Noir), at pizzeria prices! The food is good, not unforgettable, but the quality/price ratio is the best in town. The atmosphere is excellent; those fashion-magazine hipsters should go elsewhere...

18/10/2025: A little disappointing overall. The website constantly crashes. It took over 30 attempts to secure a table. The only option left for an early dinner on my birthday was at the Bistrot Garden. My biggest concern was how poorly my food allergy was handled. I had to ask five times whether the dishes brought to me were safe. Three of them contained ingredients I cannot eat and could have put me in hospital. At this level, I would expect the kitchen to offer a suitable alternative or a simple sauce adjustment, especially on a €110 starter. Most restaurants of this calibre handle dietary restrictions with care and professionalism, often suggesting safe bread or sides. The main courses were also underwhelming. My husband’s king crab arrived lukewarm, while mine was so hot it burned my lips. I mentioned the temperature issue twice before the manager came over felt confrontational at this point, and we were still charged for the dishes I didn’t eat/ The wine selection was the saving grace, with excellent options and knowledgeable service from the sommelier. We left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Not the experience we had hoped for, especially given the price and reputation.

30/09/2025: For me, it's just not there. I expected much more (in every sense of the word). The quantities are negligible and the quality isn't up to par. I'm not saying the food is bad, but my expectations were higher.

01/09/2025: After hours of walking we stopped for lunch with friends....I ate some top-notch pizzoccheri and a tender venison steak....the owner was very friendly and helpful....I will definitely return, also for the wonderful view.

15/10/2025: The food is excellent, not only for its cooking style but also for the quality of the ingredients. Every dish is delicious, and you leave feeling satisfied and full thanks to the generous portions. The desserts round out the experience perfectly. The staff is also quick and friendly. The restaurant opened recently, and unfortunately, it's not wheelchair accessible; that's the only downside. We hope this can be corrected soon, as this restaurant is truly worth a visit.

15/10/2025: I'm sorry, maybe we had an unlucky evening, but honestly, my partner and I were disappointed even though we'd been wanting to try this place for years. Our table was under the air conditioning, with the cold air blowing hard on our necks. I almost embarrassedly asked to be relocated (which was done halfway through the meal). The lady taking orders arrived after 30 minutes, and while we were ordering, she was chatting with other tables or the waitress without even looking at us. We ordered a Franciacorta, but it was sold out, and instead of offering us an alternative, she looked at us as if she were missing the train and we should have already planned a second wine (?!?!?). The Franciacorta we ordered arrived warm, and we had to ask for a cooler. Perhaps this precondition prevented me from enjoying the meal, which I didn't find exceptional at all (seven-course appetizers, seafood carbonara, and spaghetti allo scoglio), but honestly, I wouldn't return. I've worked in restaurants too, and I understand that you can't always do everything perfectly, and that with a full restaurant there can be some mix-ups, but it seemed a bit too much. Oh, and the final bill was €180.

24/09/2025: Delicious negronis, prepared with care and all different. We had two each. Good selection of snacks too. Good service

24/09/2025: They only brought us cola and coffee and didn't come near us for an hour until we decided to go pay at the register and leave.

12/10/2025: A magical place, a special and unique experience that has delighted me several times, as well as my parents, whom I brought at my own risk since they're not vegan. In fact, they were enraptured by the deliciousness and beauty of the place. Not to mention the kindness. We recommend taking your time to enjoy this timeless place. The quality of the food and cuisine is more than double the price elsewhere.

28/09/2025: A lovingly run family restaurant with a homely atmosphere and a fantastic view. There's no à la carte menu, but they do offer a multi-course vegan menu that changes daily and seasonally. The exquisite dishes are lovingly prepared and explained. A true insider tip for a perfect evening in Italy. Advance reservations are recommended.

20/09/2025: Awesome place. Staff was super friendly (although I spilled the wine). Food was great. We got to sit outside and the street was calm around 8pm. Very nice place overall!! Very good tiramisu!! Highly recommend!

16/09/2025: Great food, fantastic Italian, family style service. We really liked this place. Must visit. If you enjoy it too much, watch out for the lemon chellos.

08/10/2025: Elegant and well detailed restaurant , specialised in seafood within lobster batch at the center of dining area. Great crude seafood platter and goof wk e list .I would say a bit expensive especially for lunch time but overall very positive experience . I have tried the linguine with gambero a d nduja and they were excellent .

29/06/2025: Ieri ci siamo fermati alla paninoteca Aurora, sperando di gustare un pasto veloce ma soddisfacente. Abbiamo ordinato due panini da asporto con verdure grigliate, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente oltreché onerosa (2 panini e 2 bottigliette d'acqua 27€!! ). Quando abbiamo aperto i panini dalla carta stagnola, ci siamo accorti che i tovaglioli di carta in cui avevano avvolto il pane si erano completamente appiccicati al formaggio fuso nel frattempo indurito e raffreddato rendendo i panini veramente immangiabili. Non solo il formaggio aveva impregnato la carta, ma aveva anche reso il pane unto e poco appetibile. Quando siamo tornati indietro per chiedere una soluzione o un cambio, la signora ha preso atto dell'"appiccicosità" dei panini, ha chiesto scusa e ci ha offerto un rimborso di max 10 euro🤔 quindi calcolando che le abbiamo lasciato lì il lauto pranzo, a conti fatti abbiamo pagato due bottigliette di acqua liscia 17 euro... Never but never again!!

05/06/2025: Excellent aperitif, zero-mile products and very attentive service. I appreciated the flavors of the past (broad beans and pecorino with honey) accompanied by a good glass of red wine. To make everything better, background music, even local music. Highly recommended. I will return :-)
