13/11/2025: While visiting the area we made a reservation via the website and received a message saying they cannot confirm our booking. I asked if they were open at all they replied that they were but could not confirm the booking. I asked what time they were open until thinking if they couldn’t seat us maybe we could order and take it with us. Being off season there weren’t many vegetarian restaurants open so we were pretty much counting on this one. After asking several times this is the exact answer I received :” I’m sorry, you don’t understand, its not a question of being open or closed, its a question that we cannot confirm your reservation. “ I found this extremely rude and decided head to Verona instead. Since I can't respond to the response for my review i am updating instead: I will update that i received your response and i'm sorry but i just can't accept what you are now saying. You could have replied: "sorry we are closed for a private event, would you like to come another time?" Instead here as and exact copy of the conversation from whatsapp: Hello Me: Can we come for lunch today? 2 people you: I'm sorry, we cannot confirm your Booking. Me: Are you open today? You: Yes we are, but i cannot confirm your booking Me: Until what time are you open? you: Again, we cannot confirm your booking me: I understand But we want to come without a reservation Unless you are closed. What time do you close? you: I’m sorry, you don’t understand, its not a question of being open or closed, its a question that we cannot confirm your reservation. You could have just said there was a private event. I suspect you did not want to host us specifically for some reason..

09/03/2026: I went to this ice cream shop with my boyfriend on a Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. It was 10:45 PM, and I specifically checked the time at the entrance before going in. Having learned that the shop closed at 11:30 PM, we went in and sat down, thinking we'd enjoy a nice ice cream to end the evening. Instead, one of the waitresses, a slightly older woman with glasses, rudely told us that they don't offer table service and that if we wanted ice cream we could take it to go. I got up, very surprised that 45 minutes before closing, without any indication or sign indicating this, we were refused service (45 minutes, not 5 or 10 minutes before). I would have left without buying anything on principle, but my boyfriend wanted ice cream, so he ordered a small cup of two flavors to go: cream and raspberry. To our taste, the ice cream was really too sweet and tasteless, but that was just our opinion. We won't be going back.

Crossing the threshold means diving into an elegance from another era, a traditional and refined atmosphere that perfectly frames the experience. Here, the undisputed star is the raw ingredients, celebrated in drinks that are an ode to simplicity and purity, with cedrata standing out as a timeless classic. The service, almost always attentive and warm, knows how to guide guests on this little sensory journey, even if on a past visit I found them momentarily distracted. An experience that goes beyond a simple aperitivo, a stop that reconnects with authentic flavors and Italian history.

18/03/2026: I went to Crazy Cat Café with my friend for a sweet treat and a coffee, and we had a great time. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a really friendly, smiling, and welcoming barista. She then came to take our order after giving us time to choose. She came back very kindly, and we even chatted for a bit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell she's genuinely kind and enjoys offering personalized options. I ordered a classic cappuccino, and she suggested adding cinnamon, which I really appreciated; it was delicious. I also ordered a cinnamon roll (€4.50). My friend ordered a macchiato, and the barista suggested a schiumato after learning she was from the south—such a thoughtful touch! My friend also ordered a Solero al bicchiere (€5.00). The Solero was delicious, a vanilla cream cheese with a red berry jelly and a tropical fruit jelly. It was incredibly fresh, very well-balanced, truly a success. My girlfriend and I highly recommend it. The barista also recommends it. We shared it with the cinnamon roll, which was okay, but a little disappointing. It wasn't very soft, even though it had been warmed up, which was a nice touch and made it better. Personally, I felt it lacked syrup and glaze. I prefer cinnamon rolls that are very syrupy and indulgent with a little glaze, but the most important thing is that they be incredibly soft, and this one wasn't. I think it's gluten-free, which might be an advantage for some, but for those who aren't looking for gluten, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Plus, it didn't really look like the picture. The cappuccino with cinnamon was amazing, and my girlfriend really enjoyed her schiumato. And of course, the cats in the coffee shop were a big hit. They're adorable, they come right up to you and love being petted. It makes the place even more enjoyable. You need to spend at least €5, but you'll find plenty to enjoy for that amount. We had a fantastic time, the place is lovely, the cats are so cute, and a huge thank you to the barista who really made the experience even better!

29/03/2026: We're huge fans of piadinas and we absolutely loved Divina Piadina. It's a shame we only went once before leaving town; it's worth it even without the discount, and with it, it's simply incredible. The portions are very generous; one per person is enough because they're equivalent to two regular ones. The flavor is delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We recommend the No. 2 (ham and brie) and the No. 6 (porchettina). The service was outstanding: a very attentive young man who, although he only speaks Italian, made himself perfectly understood. Highly recommended for both quality and quantity.

22/03/2026: Everything was FANTASTIC. From the moment we arrived until we left, they pampered us. You arrive and are greeted warmly, a welcoming smile lifts your spirits. Then you're escorted to your table, where you're not oppressed or abandoned, but rather assisted with discretion. The food was fantastic. We had the tastiest and most beautifully presented aperitifs, something I haven't experienced in a long time. I spent the right amount. I'll be back and recommend it to everyone. My observations come from years of experience. Having worked in the events and advertising world for 40 years, I travel a lot, and I know how to distinguish places like Zero3nove from those to avoid.

23/03/2026: Outside of the "wealthier" locals, you don't really get an Italian vibe. The food itself is tasty, but nothing more – I've had better elsewhere. The staff, apart from one of the waitresses, barely speaks English (which is strange, considering the place is located in the city's main tourist area), and I'd rate it as poor, as would their attitude. The staff rushes between you with plates and orders, creating a tense atmosphere. Afterward, you receive a bill that's difficult for a tourist to understand (there are two amounts, so you don't know how much you're supposed to pay). You pay on the way out, which the staff can't explain either (because they don't speak English, ironically enough…). After paying, you feel like you're already unwanted, with a general "OK, you've eaten and paid, get out" attitude. I don't recommend this place; overall, it really ruined my enjoyment of Bergamo. (Two stars only for not-bad food)

22/03/2026: A lovely little place in the center of Bergamo Alta. Despite the crowds, service was really fast, and the waiters were kind and accommodating. The food was good; we chose the €25 menu per person, which includes a first course, a second course, and coffee. Highly recommended; reservations are recommended given the large crowd.
