13/04/2026: Grabbed breakfast here twice on a trip to Rome (on a Friday and a Sunday) and would definitely go make. Food, coffee, and juice was lovely (especially the lemon curd croissant and pulled pork bagel). The service and price were excellent too. We did have to queue both days for about 20-30 minutes but the line moves fast and it’s worth the wait. On the hotter morning they brought us water while we waited & we grabbed a takeaway coffee to keep us going

18/04/2026: Terrible service, rude staff. I ordered the 3-flavor gelato, they only put two flavors in it, in small quantities, and didn't even give me the better cone. There are much better gelato places nearby, I don't recommend it at all.

18/04/2026: The gelato was mediocre and of poor quality. The worst in the area. The lady was also incredibly rude. We went for the gelato week event they were participating in. We had paid for a "3 flavor" ticket, which stated that you could choose between a cone or a cup. The lady forced us to order a cone, claiming there was a surcharge for the cup and that we were only entitled to two flavors, even though we had paid for three. I should point out that nothing like this happened at any of the other five gelato shops on the tour. Furthermore, the gelato is truly mediocre, made with powders and of poor quality.

27/04/2026: A restaurant nestled in the greenery, on the border between Vetralla and the forest. The place is well-kept, rustic, and has ample parking. The cuisine is homemade and rooted in Roman tradition. The meat appetizer for two was very good. More than the cured meats (good, as were the pickles and cheeses), I especially appreciated the hot dishes, especially the lamb offal. We then ordered two mixed grills, which we appreciated not only for their quality but also for their cooking. Truly excellent! The fries were good, and the portions were generous. The desserts were also very good. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were fair.

01/04/2026: We come here periodically with friends and relatives for someone's birthday, and I have to say that this last visit was very disappointing, especially regarding the service, which was very slow. We arrived at 1.15pm and the starter was served at 1.45pm, and the first course an hour and a half later, which made us give up on ordering the second course. It's a shame because the food is very good.

15/04/2026: So glad the coffee house we were looking for was closed and that we ended up here! Really popular with the locals, picture perfect, and great staff and selection! We had coffees and tiny fruit and sacher tartes and sorry I ate mine before taking a photo. Felt bad for the guy that had to clean the bathrooms (and the glass cases where the people waiting for the bathrooms kept leaning). That man is doing God's work. Rome is awe inspiring but this place made the city human and real for me- the older couple warmly greeted by staff as regulars, having rughetta sandwiches and a comfortable Sunday afternoon conversation frequently interrupted by people they knew, who had kind smiles for two wide eyed tourists relishing their sweet treats and in coveted chairs, the group of young couples next to us having a lively conversation complete with the gesticulations considered typically Italian by foreigners. An American travelling with a Pole, I was delighted to see that the note in the guest book was in Polish!

04/04/2026: A very pleasant place to have a drink in between meals. The prices are reasonable, and they offered us some delicious snacks with our drinks. I would especially recommend the Aperol Spritz, as it was delicious and refreshing.

15/03/2026: A tour of Tuscia cannot exclude the village of masterpieces, Bassano Romano. A discovery of friendly people, nature, tastes, and flavors. At Emme's house, they welcomed us and recommended a game-based menu. Everything was excellent, even the desserts, some different and original. We certainly appreciated the rustic, refined atmosphere, the professional and friendly service, the original cuisine with almost impossible-to-find dishes, and authentic flavors. 18/04/2026: We found a foreign object in the pasta. The restaurant only agreed not to charge for that dish after we insisted on it; this was not something they offered themselves. This was from the Mushroom pasta dish.

08/10/2025: A delightful little restaurant, just steps from Tiburtina station. There's also a small outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Tastefully and delicately decorated, the staff is young, friendly, and very welcoming. They immediately bring out fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil as a welcome. We had fried calamari and purple potato chips, spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster, and an octopus salad. Everything was amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The highlight, for me, was the dessert. They amazed us with homemade cantucci, as if they were freshly baked, accompanied by a glass of Malvasia and an Amaro. The dessert by the glass was truly moving. A vanilla semifreddo, accompanied by basil granita. An unusual and winning combination. A triumph of taste and refinement. The wine list is very extensive; the guys who run the place are sommeliers. Seeing so much enthusiasm among young people in the kitchen, a job that's certainly not easy these days, is heartwarming. Prices are in line with the high quality of the ingredients offered. Recommended for romantic and intimate dinners.

06/10/2025: The wine list is the restaurant's real plus. It's nice inside, but the fishy smell is too strong. The mixed raw fish and cod meatballs are good. The spaghetti with clams is too salty and thick.

30/04/2026: Warm and cozy atmosphere. The interior has a traditional style that makes you feel comfortable right away. The food was delicious, full of genuine flavors and clearly prepared with care. What made the experience even more special was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and even played some guitar for us, creating a truly unique and memorable moment. 12/04/2026: I had lunch at Oltremare in Fiumicino and it was a truly excellent experience. We started with fried calamari, crispy and light, truly well-prepared. Next came gnocchi with tuna ragù and tonnarelli with seafood: incredibly fresh dishes, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care. The tiramisu was also delicious, creamy, and perfectly balanced. A special mention goes to the owner, Paolo, who came to our table to greet us with great kindness, making us feel truly welcomed. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and quality cuisine: highly recommended!
