12/06/2025: I visited Candy Cream Gelateria with good expectations, but unfortunately the experience with the ice creams was a bit below expectations. Although the variety of flavors is wide and inviting, the consistency of some was a bit too frozen, almost grainy, instead of creamy as you would expect from a good ice cream. Even the flavor, although present, in some flavors was not as intense and authentic as I would have hoped, resulting a bit flat. It may have been a bad day, but for now I have not been fully satisfied.

13/06/2025: came across it by a chance visit @ frascati, did not regret it. the owner or the lady working there today was amazing, we really felt welcome and the coffee and was great.

23/07/2025: Sempre una certezza, piatti ottimi e abbondanti, servizio sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, il locale è bello e per fortuna climatizzato. I costi sono sempre giusti. Forse unico appunto l' hamburger un po troppo cotto. Ci torneremo presto.

07/07/2025: A place where locals go. We ordered carbonara and gnocchi, and they were amazing, the best in Italy so far, and we're coming from Venice and Florence. Highly recommended if you want good, tasty food at a great price, plus the fantastic service they offer. We'll be back.

Sweet or salty, every choice feels like a small celebration. And then there’s the coffee… rich, velvety, and deep — the kind of espresso that doesn’t just wake you up, it holds you for a moment and tells you, this is Rome. The prices? Almost unreal. In a city where a small fast-food menu can cost fifteen euros, here you can leave satisfied, heart and belly full, for around five per person. It feels like a quiet rebellion against the overpriced and overhyped. There are no crowds of tourists here — just locals and a few lucky wanderers who found it by chance. Doves gather outside, fluttering between tables as if they, too, know this is the place to start the day. It’s not in the guidebooks, and maybe it never should be. 05/08/2025: It's not the first time we've been to this restaurant, I've always had a good time but not today. Peppered mussels with oil, coffee with sambuca sauce €5.00 (it seems excessive to me). Too bad it lost points.

12/08/2025: I watched a video by a Japanese YouTuber and found out in advance that the menu was available in Japanese if you displayed it using a QR code, which was very helpful. The staff were also very helpful, coming to ask me what I wanted when I had decided on my menu and quickly clearing away empty plates. This was a restaurant that I will remember for a long time.

09/07/2025: Locale consigliato da un nostro collega, che abita nei pressi di Segni. Non ha deluso le aspettative: location caratteristica da loggia medievale, atmosfera famigliare, cibo all’altezza. Molto buona la tipica pasta all’uovo di segni, molto sottile e leggera da digerire, uova funghi e tartufo da provare.

15/06/2025: Characteristic, simple place, where you can eat traditional but simply exquisite dishes. The service is typical of a trattoria and the environment is welcoming, rustic as it is difficult to find nowadays. I recommend it 100%

05/08/2025: Stopped here for a simple refreshment, that was enough for us to assess the place 😂 €3 for water, nothing shocking. But when we told him it was tap water, he reacted like a frustrated teenager and pouted like a child. I've never seen an intern so uninvolved (according to the comments, Curly Hair isn't even an intern 😅) Edit: reread my comment, champ, no one said otherwise. Your reaction was still ridiculous 😉
