25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

26/01/2026: On December 10, 2025, we celebrated my niece's wedding by eating at this splendid restaurant. The welcome aperitif outside the restaurant was sublime, and then with that breathtaking view of the sea, it looked like a painting. The lunch dishes were excellent. The dining room staff were very professional and attentive to every need and request of the customer. Heartfelt compliments to the kitchen staff for preparing masterpieces. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: This bar doesn't look like much, but it's perfect when you're looking for an affordable aperitivo in the neighborhood! The interior has its charm, and the terrace is also very pleasant. (P.S.: I ate the best pinsa margherita of my life there!)

15/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, but it was an excellent choice for our lunch. Charming among the narrow streets, but not only that, a cute and typical place... I'd say for locals. Excellent cacio e pepe, beef tartare, and saltimbocca. Interesting wine list, and the excellent service is a plus. RECOMMENDED!!

28/02/2026: Aside from the 80s dishes, which are always good if done well, the quality of the seafood cuisine is beyond me, even if they blindfolded me and threw in random ingredients, I couldn't prepare something like this. Low-quality ingredients and, above all, even worse, assembled, inedible, indigestible, absolutely to be avoided.

08/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance on a Sunday during Carnival, and were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. We had a seafood menu, a meat menu, and a children's menu. Everything was excellent, especially the rice with scampi cream. Impeccable service! The lady at the counter was incredibly kind; she brought a sketchbook and pencils for the little girl, and when we left, she lent us an umbrella to get to the car because it was raining! All spontaneous and appropriate gestures, anticipating the customer's needs! The bill came to just under €30 per person. A small glass of hazelnut cream was kindly offered. Keep up the good work, well done!

04/02/2026: Very nice restaurant, excellent service, dishes made with top-quality ingredients. I went there because I was craving pappardelle with wild boar, and I have to say I was amazed! I'll definitely be back, perhaps on warmer days, and maybe try the outdoor seating. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult to find... Thank you so much and congratulations ❤️

31/01/2026: A well-deserved five stars for Bar Giusti in Montefiascone, a true gem just steps from the hospital. It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a regular fixture, so much so that it's probably the best bar in town without exaggerating. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and always clean, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: This pastry shop deserves a 6, with several products, each one better than the last. We stayed three days in Tuscia and always had breakfast there, changing it each time. What can I say? Simply amazing.
