05/05/2026: Lunch at this beautiful trattoria in Bassano Romano, sitting at an outdoor table on a beautiful spring day. We were greeted by the staff with courtesy and kindness, suggesting a delicious lunch that delighted our palate: vegetable gnocchetti with red potato flour, tagliatelle with Viterbo pork ragù, baked pork shank cooked in beer, with potato dressing and salad, and finally a delicious house tiramisu. The place is beautiful, reminiscent of an Irish pub, and they also have live music on Friday evenings. We are very satisfied and know where to return next time we visit Bassano Romano.
