The staff's professionalism and the quality of the ingredients are truly top-notch. We had a cod fillet, fried shrimp, and a yellowtail steak. The cooking was perfect, the fried fish crispy and dry, and the fish was expertly cleaned. The presentation of the dishes is breathtaking; you start by eating with your eyes! I have many food allergies, and when a waiter knows exactly how a dish is prepared, it means they're paying special attention to the customer. Truly well done!

16/08/2026: A quality restaurant. We ordered spaghetti Bolognese and lemon chicken—spectacularly good! A special homemade tiramisu, and to finish, an Italian coffee prepared with love and professionalism. A wonderful experience.

We started with the Parma ham and fresh cheese, served with ripe figs. The combination was simple yet beautifully executed—the delicate, savoury Parma ham paired perfectly with the cheese, while the figs added a natural sweetness that balanced the dish. It was fresh and light. For the main courses, I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, while my wife chose the Spaghetti alle Vongole. The pasta was cooked perfectly, with an excellent texture that really showcased the quality of the ingredients. The Carbonara was rich and authentic, although slightly saltier than my personal preference. The Spaghetti Vongole was equally enjoyable, with fresh clams and delicious flavours, though it was also a touch on the salty side. Overall, this was one of the restaurants that impressed us during our trip to Italy. The quality of the ingredients, the perfectly cooked pasta, and the authentic Roman flavours made it a memorable meal. I would recommend this restaurant.
