06/04/2026: Exceptional. A simple, rustic atmosphere, traditional Roman cuisine. Service is prompt and the waiters are skilled, friendly without being intrusive, and always smiling. The menu offers only traditional Roman dishes, few but exceptional. Everything melts in your mouth, from the Roman-style artichokes to the braised beef. Truly, congratulations. And the prices are fair.

05/04/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and felt it was a typical tourist trap aimed at inflating the bill. Right after I sat down, the staff immediately brought a bottle of water and a bread plate without asking, which is a common way to increase the check. The service was overly intrusive — the waiters were constantly rushing around the hall, which made it impossible to relax and enjoy the meal. Strangely, they somehow failed to notice the dirty napkin that remained on the table the whole time. The food was even worse. I ordered the shrimp risotto for €16. There were only two shrimp in the entire dish. The seafood was not cleaned at all — pieces of shell were scattered throughout the risotto. Since it’s a saucy dish, you’re not supposed to eat it with your fingers, but I had no choice. The shells were extremely hard and sharp. They cut into my fingers, making it painful to try to open them. In the end, I couldn’t even try the shrimp because of the tough shells. After the meal, I had to wash off the sticky sauce from my hands, which was an unpleasant extra task. The service charge was automatically added to the bill, although the service was mediocre at best. My dish was initially listed €2 more expensive than it should have been. When I asked to pay by card, they told me to pay at the exit and presented a second bill that was correctly adjusted. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better places for the same money. Decide for yourself whether to visit, but I definitely won’t be returning.

15/03/2026: Big selection of pastries and we have been trying a selection each day while being on our trip to Rome and are all so tasty! We couldn’t get enough, definitely recommend this place for breakfast/lunch for people staying in this. Cannot argue with the prices either. Will be recommending this place to others.

21/04/2026: An excellent restaurant in the center of Cassino. The food is excellent, and the selections are fantastic! Also recommended for those looking for a business lunch with a fixed-price menu featuring an excellent selection of first and second courses.

26/03/2026: Wonderful atmosphere, very dedicated team. Owner greets each table with joy and pride, is very willing to explain each menu item, wide variety of quality wines. Food was top notch. This is just one of the high quality food items we had, artichokes. I highly recommend a visit.

08/03/2026: I went Friday evening with some friends for a seafood dinner, and the food was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer excellent recommendations. The wine list is well-stocked, and the place is well-maintained and clean. I can't comment on the price because dinner was free, but I recommend checking them out.

11/04/2026: Truly one of the best ice cream shops in Rome. Not yet overly gentrified, the ice cream is fantastic; I especially recommend the Fior d'Arancia. The owner is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. If there were more than five stars, I would award them wholeheartedly.

30/04/2026: Intelectual café with funny family serving tables, preparing cakes etc. Mother and son are the funiest people in Trionfale!

15/04/2026: Finally, with dear friends, we managed to cross the threshold of this bistro, wine bar, tea room...and more! The entrance is a bit off the beaten path from Via Andrea Doria: there's a long corridor/display, with teas and teapots, sweets, and products for sale. The interior is a surprise, even if it's named after it... Vintage industrial furnishings, a blend of new and old, metal and weathered wood, leather seats in warm colors, every object makes you feel part of the place's story. A relaxed atmosphere, far from the urban routine, perfect for taking your time, with excellent cuisine and a vast selection of cakes, all accompanied by the friendliness and kindness of the staff (Giuseppe), who "spoiled" and pampered us. We'll be back... at tea time 😉

08/04/2026: On Easter Monday, six of us went to Vincenzo's for dinner. We started with two appetizers for six people, then three lobster linguine and three risottos with scampi cream: so far, everything was fine, and the dishes were even good. The problem came with the main courses: truly subpar dishes and very disappointing portions. A portion of prawns and scampi contained only one prawn, one prawn, and a small piece of sea bream shaped like a meatball, with a quarter of an artichoke. Honestly, for €30 a plate, I expected at least three prawns and three prawns. We ordered three of these dishes in total, then another plate with baked potatoes and another small piece of sea bream (also shaped like a meatball) for a friend of mine, for €40, and fried calamari. To drink, two bottles of wine for €27 each. Total for 5 main courses: €462, not even including a coffee. That's €77 per person, a price you wouldn't even pay in much more renowned restaurants in Rome. I'm sorry, but after this experience, I really don't think I'll be back.
