11/07/2026: If you want to eat seafood pasta in Rome, this is the place. I recommend the Vongole, Artiopi, and Calamari Griglia (not the fried ones). For meat, try the Tagliata and Rucola e Grano!!! It is delicious and reasonably priced.

The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with that old-world charm that's rare these days. ​The courtesy and professionalism of the staff was a real discovery: excellent service, always kind and attentive. Add to this the truly fair and affordable prices, a quality that's no small feat these days. ​Highly recommended, whether for a quick coffee break or a relaxing moment.

A historic bar in Gaeta with numerous references to the Carabinieri, this modern yet distinctive and well-air-conditioned venue offers good-quality, reasonably priced food, expertly prepared. The service is quick and courteous, with a touch of kindness that never distracts, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Located at the beginning of the seafront promenade and near a large parking lot in the historic center.

21/06/2026: Very nice atmosphere, albeit a bit cramped. Limited but satisfying menu. Lots of good-quality summer truffles, and plenty of them. The tagliolini with truffle (which weren't tagliolini) were very good. The carbonara with truffle was good, but basically like carbonara (not enough pecorino and pepper, the cream was too runny). Porcini mushroom salad was very good (the fresh, high-quality mushrooms were excellent). Baked ricotta with honey, jam, and apple was delicious and fun. The baked potatoes were definitely not! Good coffee. The price was fair. The only flaw was the service, which started out very well with him but significantly deteriorated with the girl who literally walked around stroking tables without looking, progressively lengthening the wait to the point that we decided to skip dessert. Again, it's a shame about the potatoes, which were unsalted and limp. Everything else was very good. We had a good time, and it's clear they care; they should pay more attention to the service.

03/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in a small village, very convenient for those passing through Orte who want to stop for a bite. Fantastic location, friendly staff who know how to serve food. We've eaten here twice, and both times confirmed the excellent quality of the dishes. The carbonara-filled ravioli and picanha are definitely a must-try.

18/05/2026: Exceptional swami meat! Florentina was not great. Beautiful decor and kind staff. Minimum meat order was 1kg per meat type, which we did not know before coming to the restaurant. On the pricier side. Dessert was delicious as well!

The prices aren't always affordable, but the quality is undeniable. The most famous product is the coffee, with its unmistakable aroma. 15/07/2026: Typical Roman trattoria! Top! We had lunch for three, ordering carbonara for two (amazing), porchetta as an appetizer with focaccia (but it was a Ciccio)—being from Puglia, the focaccia is something else entirely, but the Ciccio was truly delicious—and then meatballs in tomato sauce, all truly excellent! Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: A small place, not very visible from the outside, which I feel makes it less touristy and more authentic. If you're looking for a local bakery that isn't a tourist trap, this is it. The marittozi are amazing and huge! The brioche is sweet, orange-flavored, and has a wonderful texture, while the cream is fresh and plentiful.
