When we go to Subiaco, we always stop here for an aperitivo, which invariably ends with a delicious sandwich. The atmosphere is youthful and informal, perfect for a relaxing break. Highly recommended!

26/02/2026: A beer garden in the Pisana neighborhood. We played a live show with my band a few days ago, and I have to say we had a really good time. The crowd had a great time, and so did we. 20/12/2025: FINALLY A BREAD WITH A CRUST! I frequent many micro-bakeries or artisanal bakeries that offer high-quality products, but often their bread, although well-leavened, has a thin, flimsy crust that's very difficult to slice. I purchased the Naturello, which finally had a structured, crispy crust (and not for "toothless" people). There's a wide variety of breads, as well as pizzas, leavened breakfast breads, desserts, cakes, etc. Congratulations! It's a shame I don't know the type of processing and the brands of the flours used (hopefully Italian and stone-ground), perhaps published on a website that doesn't have a description of all the types of bread! CHRISTMAS 2025 UPDATE: Excellent Panettone, Few Ingredients, and Easy Digestion!

11/03/2026: I was very unhappy with my experience at this place. The concept is clearly not explained. We entered out of simple curiosity, and the waitress practically forced us to sit down, only to inform us that once seated, we had to pay for drinks with a minimum spend of €10 (I understand the idea of ​​paying the musicians), but the way they pressured customers who didn't want to stay is very disturbing and amounts to a scam.

The food is freshly prepared, the service is top-notch, and they always make you feel welcome. Every time we're in Rome, we make sure to stop here for a meal.
