I expected a softer dough; the cream inside the famous Maritozzo was very good. The piece is a bit large for one person, but sharing is fine. There are other traditional desserts, but it's not worth it. There are tables outside, and street parking is available.

Icon of Rome. Snack bar with almost all the sweets we ate in Italy and cheap, so a great option for a tasting. The service was great, friendly in the Italian style where the cashier also served, haha. I ate better quality sweets, but it was good too. I highly recommend it.

Unique café located right in the neighborhood of our Airbnb. Excellent value for money, and the pastries are consistently delicious. The croissants are generously filled—either with a thick layer of Nutella or plenty of pistachio cream. The maritozzi look very tempting and seem to be popular with locals, but they didn’t quite suit our taste. That said, that’s just our personal opinion.

I always come here when I get the chance, but today the peaches are soggy and dry at the same time? Who knows. You bite into one side and it's dry and a little hard, but the other side drips all over you. I don't know. Unfortunately, that's how it went this time!!!
