31/01/2026: A little gem overlooking the Calanchi. Very good food, spotless bathrooms, and truly friendly, unobtrusive staff. I recommend the ribollita, roast potatoes, and beans alla Bagnorese. The local wines are definitely worth trying. See you soon for dessert!

08/10/2025: A delightful little restaurant, just steps from Tiburtina station. There's also a small outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Tastefully and delicately decorated, the staff is young, friendly, and very welcoming. They immediately bring out fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil as a welcome. We had fried calamari and purple potato chips, spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster, and an octopus salad. Everything was amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The highlight, for me, was the dessert. They amazed us with homemade cantucci, as if they were freshly baked, accompanied by a glass of Malvasia and an Amaro. The dessert by the glass was truly moving. A vanilla semifreddo, accompanied by basil granita. An unusual and winning combination. A triumph of taste and refinement. The wine list is very extensive; the guys who run the place are sommeliers. Seeing so much enthusiasm among young people in the kitchen, a job that's certainly not easy these days, is heartwarming. Prices are in line with the high quality of the ingredients offered. Recommended for romantic and intimate dinners.

06/10/2025: The wine list is the restaurant's real plus. It's nice inside, but the fishy smell is too strong. The mixed raw fish and cod meatballs are good. The spaghetti with clams is too salty and thick.

Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. 05/03/2026: Pub in the Tiburtina area. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, especially beers. We tried four different appetizers, but the one that stood out the most was the focaccia pugliese, absolutely the best I've ever had in my life. The sandwiches are also very good, well-balanced and generously filled.

15/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say everything was impeccable. The fish was fresh and high-quality, the bread was good, as was the oil, wine, and pasta. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the dessert, as I didn't have it (because I'm already a sweet tooth). The staff was also very friendly, especially the waiter. I'll be back.

31/12/2025: The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The girl who greeted us was very nice and friendly. New Year's dinner went well! Thank you. The waiter, a very tall man, was very nice. But the man with glasses is probably the director, also a very nice and nice man. Nice atmosphere. And the prices are good too.

06/03/2026: It's easy to reach by following the directions on your car's GPS or phone. The last stretch (about 200 meters) is on a dirt road. The menu can be downloaded via QR code. Fast and friendly service. Well-cooked dishes. Excellent appetizers, main courses, and desserts; average first courses and side dishes. Absolutely reasonable prices. Recommended.

28/02/2026: Beautiful place immersed in the countryside in a characteristic building, more than good food and generous portions, quick service despite the place being quite crowded on Sunday, bill more than adequate for the quality

13/02/2026: We eat as much as we could fit in for a little over 100€. Fried mixed fish, calamar, prawns, and fried potatoes. Salad, desert and coffee also. Family of 4. Nice views too. Attentive and professional waiters.Three years ago, the atmosphere was much more pleasant thanks to the inner garden in white tones with greenery, where it was truly enjoyable to spend time. Now, the restaurant has introduced changes that unfortunately reduced the comfort, design, and beauty. However, the food and service remain at a good level. I still recommend this place.
