07/04/2026: The waitress was incredibly rude. We went in and waited by the door for quite a while to be served. There were only two tables occupied; the rest of the restaurant was empty. When the cook noticed, she told us to sit down while we waited. Fifteen minutes later, we decided to take the menu ourselves to read it and decide what to order. When the waitress saw us doing this, she came over, took the menus from our hands, and immediately handed them back. We didn't understand—it was a gesture to tell us that she should give us the menu and that we should wait. We weren't rude; we just wanted to read the menu. We got up and left.

09/12/2025: Nothing to say about the thrill of being able to admire cars you often only see on TV, but I imagined I could see a lot more given the price of the ticket. €30 for 7 minutes of simulator play, and the prices of the gadgets are pure madness!

What I liked - Convenient location: The bar is located in a busy area, easy to get to, and has nearby parking. Perfect if you're in a hurry or live in the neighborhood. - Large, bright spaces: The interior is larger than it appears from the outside, with well-spaced tables and a simple yet functional atmosphere. - Good coffee: I had an espresso and found it well-extracted, with a consistent crema and no bitter aftertaste. - Quick service: Despite the crowds, I was served quickly, which I really appreciate when I'm in a rush. What could be improved - A somewhat distant welcome: The staff was polite but not particularly warm. No rudeness, mind you, but a little extra attention to the customer would really make a difference. - Average pastries: I had a cream brioche, which was good but not memorable. I would have liked something fresher or more varied. - Slightly anonymous atmosphere: the place is clean and tidy, but lacks a personal touch that makes it truly distinctive or recognizable compared to other bars in the area. In summary Big Bar is a practical, quick, and reliable place for breakfast or a coffee during the day. I didn't find anything particularly negative, but neither did anything that really set it apart. It's one of those places that "does its job," with no surprises, either positive or negative. If you're looking for a comfortable, no-frills café, it's fine. If you're looking for a more refined experience or a high-quality pastry shop, it might not be the right place.

22/02/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly, and very personable owner. Good technique in preparing the dishes. We tried the creamed cod, which was very good. Perhaps the sauces were a little thin compared to the quantity of cod. The cheese tortelli with shrimp tartare were good and well executed, making up for the slightly greasy flavors. The tuna steak was excellent, and the dry passatelli with clams were well-made, as per tradition: simple and tasty. You can see the care and passion. I would pay more attention to a few small details, such as the rings on the glasses. However, everything was made up for by the good food and the exceptional friendliness of the owner. We will definitely be back.

10/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the two ladies in the dining room were kind. We chose eel risotto, which was good, although I was a bit disappointed. Knowing pasta with eel sauce is a good choice, I expected a different flavor. Then the grilled eel was good, although perhaps a little too dry. Prices were reasonable.

14/03/2026: If you want to eat a truly exceptional piadina, Capriccio di Gola is the place to go. The ingredients are top-quality, and you can taste it right away: everything is fresh and carefully prepared. The piadina is simply the best I've eaten in Emilia-Romagna: fragrant, well-filled, and with truly delicious toppings. Plus, the owners are fantastic, always kind and welcoming, and the service is excellent. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

28/03/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately, this time I can't help it. Last Saturday, three of us went to dinner, one of whom was gluten-intolerant. The waiter who took our order politely asked if it was possible to have the grilled fish without bread. He replied, "I can make it, but I recommend you order it with bread because it's better." He was kindly told that she couldn't eat bread and was shown a package of gluten-free crackers that my friend had with her. At that point, the waiter confirmed that it was possible to have the grilled fish without bread. So we ordered two (without bread). When the grilled fish arrived, the bread had clearly been removed by running the fish under water, as it still had crumbs on it. We asked what those little dots were and were so casually told, "The seasoning." Obviously, my friend didn't eat any more and preferred not to order anything else due to the lack of attention we were given. The grilled fish, which had been rinsed under running water by then, was also tasteless. And yet, we still ended up with a rather high bill. We've eaten at this restaurant often in the past; we were probably unlucky this time, but the service was truly unprofessional and risked causing problems for my friend. The waiters should be trained more carefully; service is not optional.

19/04/2026: A small place where you feel safe and free to express yourself. I organized my birthday party by painting a picture of my choice on canvas. Ana and Nicoletta were wonderful in supporting us and helping us not only with the painting but also in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I'm so happy to have discovered this place in the heart of Rimini.

12/04/2026: An informal venue in the center of Rimini. The initial idea was to create a space for relaxing over a drink, a meeting place for all ages. There are some nice live music initiatives by some bands, sometimes lesser-known but able to give themselves the space and time to express themselves in public. Unfortunately, the food and some dishes to accompany the various drinks aren't very well thought out. The drink ideas are good, but the general trend in drink preparation also affects this venue, with an excessive amount of ice in the glass, leaving minimal room for cocktail ingredients. Unfortunately, 80% of the water, even though it's healthy, feels out of place and can't be called a cocktail. I think all venues are like this lately! I've noticed a few times that live music initiatives aren't very appealing to the crowd; most people chat among themselves if it were just background music, with no interest in the band playing over a medium-high background noise. A shame. There could be some reevaluation and changes to some of the decorative elements and some of the menu choices.

24/03/2026: I organized a birthday dinner for 16 people. The service was prompt and accurate, the dinner was delicious, and we had no problems whatsoever. I also asked for a cake for the birthday boy, and it turned out excellent! I'll definitely be back!
