10/10/2025: A very refined and welcoming restaurant, furnished with a simple yet warm taste. The welcome was extremely courteous, making us immediately feel at home. We chose a carafe of red wine, which turned out to be surprisingly good, well above the average for what's usually offered at this restaurant. The first courses were a real surprise: the spaghetti alla chitarra with seafood and the potato and spinach gnocchi with a delicate cream, prosciutto, and chopped pistachios (off-menu, special of the day) were both excellent, with generous portions and precise cooking. The most memorable note were the tigelle: light dough, perfect air bubbles, evenly cooked. Truly among the best we've tried, true to the tradition of Pavullo nel Frignano. The accompanying cured meats were also excellent, clearly of high quality. The generous portions prevented us from continuing with other tastings, but this remains a more than compelling reason to return and explore the rest of the menu. Conclusion: a restaurant where cuisine, hospitality, and atmosphere coexist in harmony. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen staff. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ambiance reflects the attention to detail, with fresh flowers at the entrance, light installations, pendants, and some warm furnishings. The dishes are truly beautiful and range from traditional to vegetarian options. I appreciated the "DIABETIAMO" section on the menu (the menu that lists fats, proteins, and carbohydrates), created in collaboration with the PROVINCIA DI PARMA diabetes association. The staff is friendly and professional.

05/02/2026: We went for dinner. The food was all very good, no complaints there. The fried food was perhaps a little large for such a portion, but still good. The service was also excellent. The atmosphere is very nice, but a bit noisy. There was a birthday party that evening, but the place is a bit small (I recommend making a reservation) and it wouldn't be quiet even without groups. The restaurant is top-notch...the dishes are plentiful and exceptional...we had the tigelle and gnocco fritto specialties. Definitely an excellent choice for those looking for a restaurant in the Maranello area. Highly recommended...we'll definitely be back...the owners are kind and helpful. The staff is also excellent.

27/09/2025: Extremely hungry after a disastrous summer excursion to Martignano, we almost force ourselves to stop at the first osteria on the way, encouraged by the reviews. From the outside, we're not entirely convinced, but the interior is honest and welcoming; they seat us with a smile (we're off to a good start). The menu is displayed on a chalkboard and offers a good osteria-style selection of classics and Roman dishes. Some people add a first course, while I focus on a meat-based second course (a mixed grill) and a double side of sautéed potatoes and vegetables, washed down with Claudia water, which is locally sourced. The dishes arrive promptly, the service reserved but attentive, the dishes (based on the ones I've tried) are balanced and flavorful, each piece of meat perfectly cooked and the potatoes perfectly cooked. Finally, a satisfying experience on a day where everything went wrong due to the local disorganization... if only there were a hundred osterias!

17/01/2026: Stopped in on the way back to Vicenza with my mom, wife and daughter. Grilled fish was perfect. For those who don't understand the basics of a grill, the food comes with a slight char. And for those who are so arrogant to go to a different country and not understand the basics of their language, you should stay home because nobody asked you to come. The service at this restaurant is exemplary. Bread is served at all restaurants in Italy and is complimentary, perhaps stick to McDonald's if you can't understand this simple hospitality. Our waiter helped an elderly gentlemen put on his coat and scarf, showing the utmost respect and patience and mived my wife as it bought a flood of memories of her mother to mind. I have no hesitation to recommend this restaurant. We parked on the road about 20 metres from the restaurant and then had an icecream from the gelatario nearby. Love this restaurant
