10/09/2025: The atmosphere is quite refined but a bit dated, a typical local osteria. The service is courteous and very fast. Typical Comacchio dishes are made with excellent quality ingredients. Only the fried food was a bit sparse and had too many small fish, which wasn't to my liking. But all in all, it still deserves 5 stars ⭐️

09/09/2025: With 44 friends from Turin on a trip to the Po Delta, we had lunch at Cantinon! To say the seafood was excellent is an understatement...very fresh fish, quick service, and the entire staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommended!!! Marirosa Cristiani September 2025

21/07/2025: The strangest and very unfriendly thing was that when I arrived at 22:10 the waiter said the kitchen will be closed 22:30 although in google it is said the restaurant is open till midnight. The menu was only in Italian. No English version. When I said I don’t understand a word, the waiter offered me to use google translate instead of guiding me through the menu himself. The water I ordered stayed on the table-I had to serve myself a drink. Which was weird considering the concept and level of the restaurant and pricing. It was the first time in my life when I didn’t leave a tip. I feel sorry for that but I couldn’t compromise. Though I have to admit the food was good. And if it wasn’t about the service I would’ve come back again.

30/08/2025: A surefire choice for excellent seafood dishes, beautifully presented, right on Bellaria's canal harbor. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a refined atmosphere.

16/08/2025: Neighborhood craft bar. The meat sandwiches are worth the detour. Great atmosphere with a DJ spinning on the terrace.

16/08/2025: The place is nice, although there's limited seating outside and no air conditioning inside. The service is a bit hit and miss, with staff who aren't very good at helping you choose and don't know the products well.

23/08/2025: We ate there one evening during our summer vacation in Rimini this year. The food was very good, but the prices were a bit steep...we're still in Italy 🇮🇹

27/07/2025: Very nice place, with friendly staff willing to explain in detail any questions you may have about the dishes. We asked about the spaghetti alla poveraccia and were told that they were "nice big" clams, so we decided to order for four of us. After a 20-minute wait (which we had already been informed of when we ordered), a waitress showed up with a large pot and the portions to be served at the table. All was well, except that the "big clams" were simply lupini beans, and the pasta must have been literally 20-30 grams per person. Furthermore, despite these meager portions, the waitress left the pot at the table with an extra forkful per person and some lupini beans, which she could have put directly on the plates to prevent them from getting cold. A real shame, because you could taste the quality of the preparation. It would have been much simpler and more practical to bring the dishes already prepared to the table in adequate portions for the price of 18 euros. Customers should also be told that if more than one person at the table orders the same dish, a single dish will be made to share for the number of people who chose it. What a shame.

21/08/2025: A great little spot for lunch or dinner! There are three rooms, allowing for a sense of intimacy. The food is excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The service is discreet but attentive. Highly recommended.

19/05/2025: I was there yesterday to celebrate my son's communion, and it was all beautiful. Very helpful staff, excellent food, beautiful piano bar, the people who work there are really exquisite and also the entertainment they proposed to me is really excellent. Beautiful location well prepared and also the owner of the structure really kind and very helpful.

14/05/2025: We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday, everything was perfect!!! Location was neat, clean and staff were kind and professional, attentive to the needs of all guests. The food was plentiful, quality and varied. The piano bar and music were very nice and prepared. Thank you, thank you and thank you again to Mr. Giovanni for helping us and supporting us together with his collaborators in the success of my mother's party. What more can I say: try it and believe it! See you next time...

08/09/2025: I've been going there for about twenty years now: it's my go-to in Ferrara. I recommend it as a reliable place. Central location without compromise, a very, very beautiful atmosphere with uncommon attention to detail, precise, punctual, friendly, and helpful service. I can't say I'm equally enthusiastic about the food: in my opinion, the number of seats, managed efficiently—I don't object—has now imposed a "tourist" tendency in the cuisine, which I struggle to follow. Specifically, my last visit was characterized, on the positive side, by excellent appetizers and desserts; on the negative side, by both the traditional and pumpkin-and-mushroom lasagnas that weren't stellar (let's just say they were decent "mappazze"), by the cream-filled cappelletti that were less than average, and by the ordinary main courses. The prices are overall commensurate with the quality. I'm disappointed, but it's also true that it was Sunday and the place was packed with people waiting, so evidently the "entrepreneurial" approach is the right one (unfortunately).

29/06/2025: Very fresh fish expertly prepared (and described) by the chef. Everything is excellent, starting from the bread and ending with the sorbets and ice creams. New and unusual combinations in a refined and sophisticated environment

26/06/2025: Outrageous! We ate several dishes in small portions, all bland, lacking flavor and preparation! The place is very ordinary, a modern house in the middle of nowhere, a 30-minute drive from Bologna. We were forced to eat outside on the terrace, even though the weather was very muggy and humid, stifling and full of mosquitoes, and we had explicitly stated, upon arrival, our wish to eat inside. There were only two of us, and the owner who welcomed us probably didn't want to turn on his air conditioning! But back to the dinner itself. The owner is very vague about the menu, which is imposed on you (the owner is very bossy and self-assured!!). There were lots of raw fish dishes, which was good news for us, with no preparation or accompaniment, simply placed on the plate. Something I could have done myself by going to a good fish market. Cooked fish, aside from being cooked, suffers the same fate. No preparation, no flavor. Now let's talk about the price. We paid €290 for two, with two glasses of a random white wine and a tea!!! That's €145 per person. My husband and I frequent many restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants (1, 2, and 3 stars), and we've rarely paid such a price for a less-than-standard meal. A huge rip-off! However, we ate very well during the same stay at a Michelin-starred restaurant near Ravenna, with a delicious, flavorful 7-course menu for a much lower price!!! There are so many more things to say, all more pathetic than that, like the €50 per person we had to pay when I made the reservation a month earlier. Even Michelin-starred restaurants don't operate like this!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
