02/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena in 2 lunedì 2 giugno,premetto ore 19:30 eravamo pressoché i primi clienti quindi non c era la frenesia che crea il pienone. Ordiniamo un antipasto e 2 pizze una specificando di togliere assolutamente dalla farcitura le scaglie di grana . Arrivano le pizze ,facciamo notare che l antipasto non era ancora arrivato e a questo punto l abbiamo fatto togliere dall ordine perché non aveva più senso arrivasse dopo. Mi accorgo subito che sulla pizza ci sono le scaglie di grana,gentilmente lo faccio notare alla cameriera che si scusa e dice che avrebbe fatto rifare la pizza. Attendo e quando torna con la pizza a detta sua rifatta noto che la pizza è fredda,quindi sicuramente non appena sfornata,sposto gli ingredienti da sopra e vedo che sotto c è ancora tracce di grana. Richiamo la cameriera al tavolo e le faccio vedere chiedendole esplicitamente se la pizza era stata rifatta o semplicemente cercato di togliere ciò che non ci doveva essere. Si scusa per l ennesima volta dicendo che era stata una sua iniziativa ma che questa volta me l avrebbe fatta rifare. Mi riporta finalmente un altra pizza e finalmente posso cenare quando l altra persona per aspettarmi ha la pizza completamente fredda. Alla fine ordiniamo un sorbetto al caffè e invece arriva al limone! Ce lo facciamo cambiare ovviamente. Al momento del conto ci viene chiesto "Signori tutto bene?" E alla mia risposta un po infastidita "Mica tanto!" la cassiera ci dice "ah sì siete quelli della pizza sbagliata!" Beh a questo punto le faccio notare che non era in quanto la pizza sbagliata che posso capire uno sbaglio,ma il problema era stato nel tentativo di prendermi in "giro" (così mi son sentita)modificando in qualche modo la pizza sbagliata invece di rifarla.Avrei potuto essere una persona che assolutamente non può mangiare quell ingrediente per salute con tutte le conseguenze del caso! A questo punto mi viene offerto uno sconto di 1,50 € per l inconveniente a detta sua! Credo che il modo di arginare lo sbaglio sia stato peggiore dello sbaglio stesso! Sono alquanto indignata! Forse sarebbe bastato che il titolare si facesse vedere con una semplice parola di scusa per l accaduto! SERATA PESSIMA!

02/06/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Delicious dishes that are probably the result of a mix of cultures, from Puglia to Sardinia, to Emilia. The attention to detail is very pleasant, from the table to the furniture. A little expensive, but the experience is worth it.

13/05/2025: Location molto particolare, sicuramente piacevole. Preparazioni ricercate con ottima materia prima, alcune come il fritto anche molto abbondanti. Rivedrei lo sgombro cbt, forse sarebbe meno grasso al vapore. Buona la carta dei vini. Anche i dessert disponibili anche per celiaci. Il fritto misto potrebbe essere proposto anche nella versione GLUTEN free. Conto non economico ma in linea con le preparazioni offerte. Consigliato.

26/05/2025: Very nice place for aperitifs surrounded by greenery 5 minutes from Zola. The food is not bad even if the portions are a bit small, not to mention the prices which are the same as everywhere else, I won't comment on them anymore. Overall a good place if you like the style.

17/05/2025: Ottimo locale per un aperitivo o una cena. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Abbiamo fatto una festa di compleanno improvvisata (senza prenotare) in 12 persone tra adulti e bambini. I bimbi avevano fame e le pizze sono arrivate in tempi ottimali. I drink mi sono piaciuti perché ne abbiamo ordinato tanti tra alcolici per adulti e analcolici per i bimbi e li ho provati tutti 😂😂😂. Il prezzo è nella norma visti gli altri locali. Una serata bellissima. Grazie mille a tutti .

17/05/2025: Ho frequentato Bar Bianco per anni come una scelta valida quando non avevo voglia di cucinare o comunque quando ero di fretta per via dei loro validissimi panini e non solo! Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo le stupende e gentilissme ragazze: Michela, Hind e la Stefania. Molto professionali ma soprattutto divertenti. Inoltre anche i loro colleghi che fanno il turno serale e sono sempre stato trattato molto bene, gentili e disponibili. Ci vado praticamente tutti i giorni prima di attaccare al lavoro. Lo stra consiglio! ( inoltre hanno un'enorme varietà di cocktail e drink di vario tipo ).

24/05/2025: Very nice place. For the first course the balanzoni were excellent. For the second course the cotoletta alla bolognese was excellent (recommended). For the dessert the cheesecake was good.

23/05/2025: Posto molto conviviale con alcuni tavoli all'esterno e due sale all'interno. Il personale giovane è molto preciso, disponibile ed educato. Ho preso un antipasto, un primo e un calice di vino e ho speso 35 euro. La qualità del cibo era molto alta e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

04/06/2025: My husband and I just spent the weekend at the Helvetia Hotel in Porretta Terme (31/05-01/06). The hotel is well-kept and elegant, as are the rooms, large and with attention to detail. Excellent cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. The icing on the cake is the beautiful SPA, created from caves in an air raid shelter; a very suggestive environment, with soft lighting and background music, which makes everything romantic and relaxing.... open until 11:00 pm... the kit is available in the room, with: bathrobe, towel, slippers and cap. I can't wait to go back.... I RECOMMEND IT....

12/05/2025: Beautiful experience. 3 days with my daughter dedicated to relaxation, luxury, quiet. Very clean hotel, excellent restaurant with particular attention to any type of intolerance and allergy. Room experience, just redone, welcoming and beautiful and very clean (my daughter is obsessed with the hair that is sometimes found in the beds and in the bathroom: nothing, just great hygiene and precision), technological. Top staff, from first to last, friendly, kind, helpful and without too much pretense. The SPA was spotless and wonderfully effective, with excellent treatments. Thanks for everything.

16/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per una cena di coppia. L’ambiente è piacevole e il servizio attento. I piatti erano ben presentati e, nel complesso, abbiamo mangiato bene. Nota stonata: il primo della mia ragazza è arrivato con la pasta chiaramente troppo poco cotta un dettaglio che ha un po’ rovinato l’esperienza. Peccato, perché il resto del menù è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.
