31/12/2025: The staff is very friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcomed and pampered. The dishes are truly delicious, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. A pleasant experience from start to finish, highly recommended.
16/12/2025: Paying €4 for the cover charge and having to eat on absurd placemats and having to use a single fork for all courses, resting it on a wooden object that's certainly unhygienic. The food was very good, but very skimpy.

01/02/2026: In the heart of Brisighella, a charming and very well-kept restaurant. They sat us at the most comfortable table for our bulky furry friends. The food was excellent, with unusual pairings, a nice selection of wines, and the desserts were truly excellent, truly delicious!
19/01/2026: My partner and I were there for dinner on Saturday, what can I say, we had confirmation of what a great place it is, we dined on the upper floor where the view of the cave makes the idea even better, the staff are extremely professional, the food is delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent, you absolutely have to try it.

Fantastic soups.
Good service. And the atmosphere is very unique, with a menu written on the blackboard. Generous portions.
Shame about the fried food.

17/12/2025: Quiet place (perhaps we went during a non-peak hour) with good food. Enjoyed the classics of tagliatelle with beef ragu (bolognese) and tiramisu. Appreciated the friendly service and complimentary bread too.
24/11/2025: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner and the girls were incredibly kind. I come to Bologna often, and this was my first time at Nuova Fraschetta. I had the best gramigna with ragù ever.
I can't wait to return.

22/01/2026: It was a wonderful experience. I came with friends to celebrate my birthday, and the staff, Benni and Giulia, with their warmth and kindness, made everything even more special and welcoming. It's definitely a place I'll return to, a great place to spend time with friends or just relax.
09/11/2025: Great place. I felt like the chef was making fun of me because the bruschetta was so good. Zola pancetta ee noci was just two little pieces of walnuts, pancetta, and Zola, maybe forgotten or maybe finished. When I pointed this out, they made fun of me.

09/12/2025: Nothing to say about the thrill of being able to admire cars you often only see on TV, but I imagined I could see a lot more given the price of the ticket. €30 for 7 minutes of simulator play, and the prices of the gadgets are pure madness!
