18/06/2025: I was hoping to get some pastries or bakery but only croissant was available. I also thought can stock up on sandwiches but they only have burgers . I had toastie which would be perfect if there was less cheese as it covers the taste of ham and mayo is unnecessary. Ive seen people having food and nothing served looks like on photos from reviews here

10/07/2025: Sadly, I have to say: a complete downfall! I've known this trattoria for years, always coming at least once when I return to Naples. It was recommended to me by several friends who live here, and I've always had a great time. Unfortunately, this time, it didn't go that way! The food wasn't up to par. Tough grilled calamari, arugula and walnut salad, and an exorbitant price: a whole bunch of arugula cost just €1.50; you can't pay €6.50 with just a few walnut fragments! The grilled cod (soft and delicious but too salty) arrived after everyone else had finished eating; the house wine (decent but "house wine") was €14 a bottle, and most importantly: one diner asked if it was possible to have a trio of vegetable side dishes and was brought three whole side dishes, which resulted in a significant increase in the bill. In short: a decent but ramshackle dinner with one dish per person plus a side dish, water, and a liter of house wine for €35 per person. And all this in a traditional, popular trattoria that seems to be losing its precious authenticity amidst the onslaught of mass tourism. What a shame!

07/07/2025: We ate at Antica Trattoria da Carmine and the experience was very good, although with nuances. The food was really good: quality products, beautifully crafted flavors, and traditional Neapolitan dishes with character. A trattoria with history, and it shows. The place is cozy and full of personality, the kind of place you go to if you want something more authentic than the touristy stuff. The service was excellent, very professional, one where you know you're in good hands from the moment you sit down. 💸 Of course, the prices are a bit higher than other places in the area. The quality is good, but not necessarily much better than what you can find a 10-minute walk away for considerably less. Still, if you want to make a sure thing at a classic place, it's worth paying a little more. The only detail I didn't like was that a man came into the dining room and sang for several minutes, asking for money afterward. This may be common in Naples, but personally, it spoiled the experience a bit. In a place like this, one expects a certain tranquility. 📌 In short: good food, excellent service, and a place steeped in history. If you're into traditional Neapolitan cuisine and don't mind paying a little more, this is a safe bet.

16/06/2025: This evening we ordered take-out sandwiches with chips and nuggets. Bacon in the sandwiches is missing, disappeared into thin air. Meat and chips without salt, the nuggets were supposed to be 6 but there were 5 (one must have gotten lost on the way), chips that were almost certainly from the day before. And what's more, when I pointed out these "problems" in the order I was also mocked, I absolutely do not recommend this sandwich shop, there are better ones in Acerra and even outside. Spend your money with someone who really cares about the customer and not just their money, and who at least apologizes instead of making fun of you if a mix-up arises. REPLY TO THE RESPONSE: What constructive criticism? I'm not a judge on Masterchef 😅, I just complained that there wasn't something done well in my order 😅 if you give me permission I'll also publish the conversation on whatsapp in which I see no excuses or attempts to fix it, but only banal irony and mockery. Having said that I will no longer be your customer nor will I recommend your restaurant to others. Have a nice day.

27/04/2025: A butcher's shop was born and transformed into a grill restaurant. There is a lot of work behind it and a lot of dedication to doing things well. They are young, they dedicate time to the place and to the customers. Four of us spent 30 euros and ate 4 sandwiches, had a 2 liter cola, a portion of chips and a cover charge. The venue is wheelchair accessible, there is a large paid municipal car park along the road. Few seats, synonymous with quality, each sandwich has a story.

30/06/2025: Tonight we went to eat pizza for the first time at the Pizzeria "Moon Valley" and everything was delicious. I ate a pizza with porchetta and baked potatoes and it was delicious. The fried foods and desserts were also excellent. Very welcoming place and very kind staff. We will definitely be back

05/06/2025: Came on the other day, late afternoon around 5:45 just for one….. stopped for 3 :-) Staff were great and Tony came out to introduce himself to me and my wife….. drinks were ice cold and just what was needed on a hot day in Sant Agnello

08/07/2025: I was in Pomigliano for a couple of days on a business trip. I ate at Gigione twice: once for lunch and once for dinner. For lunch, I opted for the deli, with grilled vegetables, squash, and a delicious bean salad. For dinner, I had to try the hamburger. I had a Chianina steak, with salad, grilled vegetables, and tomatoes on the side. Illegal meat, really 😍. Also, Carmine and his colleague were so kind, offering me a meatball while I waited for the burger. The meatball was superb, and the welcome was wonderful. I'll be returning to Pomigliano for work in September, and I have no doubts about where to eat. See you soon!

03/07/2025: Not as good as always something in the sandwich was not of good quality or maybe it was expired! We went in a group and me and three other people had stomach problems the next day! Never happened to the other place

15/03/2025: You pay 10 euros for an Aperol Spritz and it fills the table with many small dishes that accompany it. The service is excellent and very friendly. Worth it as an experience!

12/07/2025: Yummy for my tummy 😋😝😝🤩🥸 Loved this place. Locals recommended it. Pizzas and calzones were the standout dishes. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Bistecca Balsamico

03/07/2025: one of the few (and last) places where you can still eat decently in Capri at reasonable prices and with kind and serious staff. Last bastions on an island now totally subservient to plutometric and chavardo tourism.

22/06/2025: I called 3 pizzas 2 gluten free and 1 normal at home. The gluten free was sausage and chips that you couldn't eat... the beauty of sausage and chips is that the mozzarella/provola binds everything when you bite it, it stretches and is juicy... putting very little the pizza was extremely dry with the chips on top very dry... plus the next day I felt very sick with my stomach I don't know if it was the dough or the quality of the products on top I HOPE IT HAS NOT BEEN CONTAMINATED since all 3 pizzas arrived together without any distinction
