Today I was passing through Acerra, lunchtime, I called and they were open, 20 minutes and I was seated at a table (the place is small but very cute), the staff was very kind. Let's get to the nitty-gritty: the sandwich was too tasty, the burger perfectly cooked to medium, the meat flavorful, too good, that's it... The hot sandwich barely fit the burger, provolone, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and fries... Price for the sandwich + Coke + cover charge = 10 euros. Next time I'll come with friends. Top... 28/03/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I ordered two specific sandwiches, but they arrived with different potatoes than expected. When I reported the error to the staff, they trivialized the issue and refused to correct it, claiming they had run out of the correct potatoes. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant shows no willingness to correct an obvious mistake, completely ignoring customer satisfaction. Highly discouraged. "Humility comes first."
