The hotel is located on a quiet side street, far from the tourist crowds. The bright, inviting lobby welcomes guests warmly, as does the reception team. You arrive in complete peace and quiet, and check-in is incredibly easy while enjoying a welcome drink. Luggage is transported just as effortlessly from the port to the hotel and then to your room. That's what I call first-class service. The restaurant and bar staff are also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant and its terrace overlooking the sea are perfect for relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and has several sections; everything is very well done. The rooms are classically and functionally furnished, and the terrace is cozy. The bathroom has everything you need, and everything is spotlessly clean. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back!

Had a great couple of days at a friendly and well run hotel. Great views and a short walk from the main Capri shopping area.

I would like to take a moment and to thank everyone! All of the hotel team work so hard, early morning to late night just to make sure we are getting the best customer experience possible in the island. I’ll start with the ladies working at the concierge and front desk.. from the moment we arrived to Capri, everyone was so focused to help us arrive to the hotel, and even sent help for the luggage and understanding the challenges of bringing a baby with us: From assisting us with room needs, luggage’s, concierge !! Which was a big help!!, reservations, canceling reservations, rebooking them, canceling 😆, calling other vendors, helping us in stressful moments with our lights, assisting with changing our flights, helping us with shipping all our luggage’s last minute and even packing and printing and so much more the list goes on and on… The restaurant team: Kind, polite, helpful, caring, always with a YES attitude including a big smile. It is easy to see how hard they work, but any request was always accommodated with the biggest gratitude to be there to help us. Even for things that were out of scope or not on the menu - they always wanted to give us that feeling that we are very well looked after. The hotel, room, facilities: This hotel is a hiding gem! It’s absolutely beautiful inside out with clean look and upscale design. A boutique hotel in its best. The views from the rooms, restaurant, lobby were stunning overlooking beautiful mountains and sea, spectacular. The location is perfect - 3 minutes walk from the center but with plenty of privacy! The pool is so so beautiful and special, super clean, and design all around including the furniture was top notch. Huge pool beds overlooking greenery and the sea. The room!! Big, comfortable, getting cleaned each day and if needed twice a day, the cleaner was so kind and was stunning me each time how she would fix our room so well, having a baby in a room is not easy but the cleaning crew made sure to do a wonderful job. Super comfortable bed and the balcony has more views that I’ll never forget. As an individual who’s in the hospitality business, I have the constant observation and nothing seemed wrong. Everything was absolutely perfect. I’ll suggest everyone to stay at this hotel! Thank you everyone! You all definitely made our vacation special and exceptional.

It was an excellent place to stay; the people were so nice and accommodating to everything. It was closer to the south side of the island so you have to walk, however was not a big deal because you walk through all of the shops to get there.

The price-performance ratio is poor. The room is very basic, clean but not functional.

The staff were super friendly and attentive... a bit sad about the small, degenerate buffet.

The location on Capri is fantastic. Breakfast was also great, and all the staff were very friendly. I deducted one star because it was very noisy at night/early morning (my room faced the street/path), and dinner was okay, but too expensive.

The boutique hotel is located on the opposite side of the port and Square. Took the funicular Up. Wandered through the Square at the top and down the other side a small ways to the hotel. Very nice check in staff with a welcoming drink while we waited for our rooms. A wonderful waitstaff! Clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was included and had both a buffet of breads, cheeses, fruits etc and on top of that we ordered omelettes and hot items from the open, view kitchen! Very nice touch.

I had a wonderful experience; the attention is excellent and the service is 10/10. It has marvelous views and they treat you with great kindness.
