07/10/2025: We had an incredible experience. The meatballs were some of the best we've ever had. The gnocchi and pasta with ragu were delicious! Great value for money.

05/10/2025: The staff is very friendly and patient, as you have to reserve by phone for the same day. Among all the dishes, I recommend pasta with potatoes and provola, potato croquettes, and the fried mozzarella. Fair prices.

THEY ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE IN ENVIRONMENTS LIKE THEM AND NOT SUCH QUIET ENVIRONMENTS SO THEY WERE CHASED AWAY AND THEY EVEN ATTACKED THE STAFF WITH PUNCHES IN THE FACE... Have a good day and leave us alone, go drink somewhere else, these are not places for you..!

25/09/2025: The hotel is beautiful, with an extraordinary view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Unfortunately, the hotel is on a street with very heavy traffic, day and night. We reported it the next day and were offered a garden room... We declined it because the main attraction of this hotel was the sea view, and we left, but if you're not sensitive to noise, it's magnificent. Very pleasant staff, good breakfast, both savory and sweet. Note: Weddings are common at this hotel, though it's not very clear on booking sites.

28/09/2025: A nice bar right on the Spaccanapoli. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly attentive during our visit. It was also disappointing that there were no snacks, not even chips, available for the aperitif. The drinks, however, were good.

28/09/2025: Very friendly and helpful people. The place is right on the main road, with plenty of tables, including on the side street, Via Donnaromita. There are TVs so you can watch the games, but reservations are almost mandatory.

30/09/2025: This was my third stay at Hotel Donato, a clear sign that I'd had a good experience the previous times. About a half hour from Naples, it was a great place to relax after a chaotic visit to the city center. The hotel is very clean, with rooms with balconies, mini-fridges, hairdryers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs, and plenty of space to put your suitcases. Parking is included in the hotel's garage. There's also a playground for children. Breakfast is both sweet and savory, with sfogliatelle, nuvolette, and babà always available... a real treat for your diet! Hot drinks are served directly from the bar, so the coffee/cappuccino is good quality. If you prefer, you can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. The menu features carefully prepared meat and fish dishes, clearly showcasing the commitment to quality. The waiters are very professional and charming! The wine cellar is well-stocked. What I love most? The staff! Professional and courteous. Always available to answer any questions and always with a smile, a job done with love. Thanks to all the staff.

29/09/2025: The best pizza we had in Naples. We've been several times and have never been disappointed. The house wine is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, some of the cheapest we've encountered. The service is very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is typically Italian, family-run, and welcoming. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back again during our stay 😁
