12/03/2024: Poco segnalato ma a mio avviso una delle migliori paninoteche napoletane. Il loro punto di forza è sicuramente la qualità della carne. Tutti i loro panini sono accompagnati da patatine. Unica pecca forse è il locale un pò angusto, ma per il resto cibo davvero fantastico

12/03/2024: locale top al vomero, accogliente, antipasti buonissimi (la megapolpetta) è irrinunciabile, carne ottima di qualità e cottura, dolci fatti in casa buonissimi crostata a limone e tiramisù camerieri simpatici e disponibili bravi!!!

04/04/2024: Very good freshly caught fish and calamari. Well prepared without any fuss! The seafood salad starter was a poem and we forgot to take a photo of this super delicious dish. We will be back! A treasure on Capri. Selected large wine list also with good open white wine. Thanks!

03/04/2024: The food is belissimo! Nice attitude from the owner, but it has a very small space to eat.

04/04/2024: Nothing to do with the place on via Roma. "We'll make the omelette at the moment." You cut it and it is hot on the outside and cold on the inside, a sign that it had been defrosted. Evidently the same thing goes for the parmigiana in the sandwich. I won't go back.

04/04/2024: If you want to eat a high quality sandwich there is no doubt that Gigione is number 1. Exceptional quality of ingredients, starting from the bread, to the side dishes and finishing with the meat which is exceptional (I highly recommend the deluxe rare Chianino sandwich). Starters are normal, nothing special and the ribs aren't bad either but I've tried better.

24/02/2024: We ate well. Not divinely good. Very generous and tasty portions. Starter + pasta, we couldn't finish the pasta. Nice place and good service. Maybe a little expensive.

17/10/2023: After a tour of the Amalfi Coast, our tour guides brought us here for one of the best meals we had in the Sorrento area. The fresh farm to table ingredients made the entire meal outstanding. The service by the owner and his staff made the experience event that mush better. This is a place that should not be missed.

04/09/2023: At the suggestion of our tour guide we had lunch at Tio Sam on top of a hill overlooking Sorrento. Acceping his suggestion turned out to be a great decision on our part. The owner welcomed us with open arms. We had a great table with a spectacular view and our lunch was incredible. Fresh fruits and vegetables, incredible salad, ripe figs just picked from the owners garden. We sipped beautiful wine and dined like kings. Delightful service, delicious food and breathtaking views .. what more can you ask for? I hope to dine here again soon.

14/02/2024: Highly recommended! A truly beautiful place, with attention to every detail, a wide choice of wines and cocktails, the food is as exceptional as the staff! All you have to do is try! And if you are undecided about what to get there is a very nice (and beautiful) wheel that will choose for you!!! 😉 Great to go back soon!!!

06/04/2024: In one of the most beautiful and panoramic neighborhoods of Naples, the electrofurnace is a now historic and deep-rooted activity where the quality standard has never been lowered, indeed the offer has expanded and there is also an area equipped for on-site consumption. I recommend anyone to try and return to the electric oven!

06/04/2024: Friendly, funny, nice and above all despite not wanting to eat anything with dairy products and cheeses, due to my allergy or in any case found an alternative of cooked side dishes.

28/01/2024: Amando i ristoranti di cucina creativa, ho prenotato questo ristorante un pò prevenuto. Ero alla ricerca di una location con una bella vista sul mare, per sfruttare la bella giornata di gennaio, ma sono partito da Napoli con il timore di una cucina troppo turistica. La location si trova a 10 min di auto da Sorrento con una bella vista sulla costiera sorrentina, le maioliche dello stesso colore del mare. Il ristorante, al piano rialzato di un hotel 4 stelle, ha un'aria un pò anni 80, ma non appena si entra l'accoglienza è molto cortese, il nostro tavolo è di fronte alla vetrata con una bella vista sul mare. Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di Furore bianco di Marisa Cuomo (34€). Dalla cucina: -antipasto misto di verdure alla griglia, semplice ma molto ricco -panzerotti e frittelle offerte dalla proprietà insieme ad un casatiello -calamaretti freschi fritti ottimi (voto 8) -Linguine alla rana pescatrice, saporite ma troppo olio nel piatto (voto 6.5) -Linguine al pomodoro fresco, semplici, gustose e fresche (voto 8) -Zuppa inglese, buonissima, forse un pò troppo zuccherosa (voto 8) -Tiramisu classico ottimo (voto 8) -Servizio (voto 10) professionale, simpatico e competente -Rapporto qualità-prezzo (voto 9) : 111€ spesi ottimamente per locatione e cibo. Non essendo un mangione avrei preferito quantità più contenute e più cura nell'impiattamento. Per concludere : cucina semplicissima , ingredienti ottimi, alcune imperfezioni nella preparazione, ma una vista superba e un rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente.

17/10/2023: Food was excellent, portions large, friendly staff. Had the Zuppa de Pesce, one off my favorites. Atmosphere is quite nice, although I was there in the evening so no view of the water.

30/12/2023: Cozy environment with very pleasant soft music. Excellent service, customer care and attention to their needs and/or intolerances. It was the first time I went there, an absolutely positive experience to be repeated.

16/10/2023: Really comfortable environment, the managers and staff are really polite and kind. The drinks are prepared really well and the prices are great!

18/10/2023: Unfortunately we had a heavier meal earlier, so we ordered a lighter dinner here. This restaurant sits up on the side of the hill almost like a treehouse, in a very serene setting. There are outdoor covered seating areas that look very elegant but also casual in the nighttime. Our food was excellent and the service was top notch. I look forward to coming back here someday.
