08/09/2025: Not once, not twice, not three times...but for well over 10 years, Skipper has been a regular stop on our August evenings in Vieste. Never a disappointment, never a mistake, all the dishes are always perfect and served to perfection, as per the book. Excellent, high-quality products, as is the preparation. Credit also goes to Claudio, who isn't the usual entrepreneur/owner who stays behind the scenes, but is always on the front lines, welcoming customers and being present at the tables to serve and convey the quality of his work and commitment to his customers. A must-see if you visit Vieste!

07/09/2025: During our vacation, we always ate dinner at Skipper, they were fantastic. Everything was delicious! I recommend it to everyone 😍 Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful hospitality!

26/07/2025: If the sea is too far away, this is the place to avoid missing it too much. We went for lunch on a breezy summer Saturday. We chose a table outside and enjoyed lunch in the quiet of the neighborhood and the greenery of the outdoor terrace. The dishes were excellent in quality, presentation, and flavor. We ordered appetizers and first courses. The hospitality and kindness were rare. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: A nice surprise: the cocktails were original and delicious; the waiter who prepared the cocktails was attentive and very welcoming; a beautiful place. I highly recommend it.

02/09/2025: Everything was great; they were playing Irish music. The stew was good, and there were plenty of unique beers to choose from.

22/08/2025: We didn't even have time to eat because as soon as we entered the waiter didn't accept that we had decided to sit upstairs instead of downstairs. By the time we ordered water, we were asked what we wanted to order. After asking for another minute, the waiter snorted, and at that second sign of rudeness, we got up to go downstairs to pay for the water, which he said hadn't even been brought to us because he knew that a couple of tourists, very normal young people like so many others, would leave, and so it was.

10/07/2025: Good dough, few ingredients, overall pizza 6/10, the restaurant itself is very nice, but you won't be happy with the look and atmosphere ;)

16/07/2025: Food was good, not great. Good location on the main step but the water mist was so strong that everything on the table, and even our hair, was soaked.

14/07/2025: I had a great time, the staff was friendly, the raw fish was fresh, and the sea bass ravioli were excellent. I'll be back.

05/08/2025: Excellent place even if very crowded (both on Sundays and on weekdays) but it's worth it anyway: excellent desserts, plenty of seating and friendly staff.

The atmosphere is welcoming, meticulously crafted, and perfect for an evening with friends or even as a couple. The service is impeccable: the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to recommend the best flavors. They truly make you feel at home. And the shisha? Without a doubt, the best in Palermo! Dense smoke, intense, long-lasting flavors, and a wide selection of top-quality flavors. I recommend the mojito flavor. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality experience. I'll definitely be back!

30/08/2025: We absolutely loved eating here! Our food was some of our favorite in Rome. Our waiter was nice, funny, and attentive. The prices were incredibly reasonable. We had a bottle of wine, a pizza, and two pastas for 54 euros. HIGHLY recommend.

29/08/2025: Authentic and very good traditional Roman food, spaghetti cacio e pepe is sublime! Il Gallo Nero is a must in all my visits to Rome.

20/08/2025: A good restaurant with outdoor seating. The agnolotti are delicious, and the roast beef is excellent. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The interior is elegant. The prices are average for a good restaurant, and they are clearly displayed at the entrance. Recommended.

13/08/2025: The service and location were very attentive, and the staff was very organized. I expected something more from the traditional dishes, even though the ingredients were good. Otherwise, I had a pleasant evening.

13/08/2025: Amazing restaurant where food is great and service is amazing. If you want to taste local ingredients, depending on season, prepared and cocked at high level this is a place you must visit. The Marro is made with interiors of sheep, amazing: don’t think you can find anywhere else. Cocked this way. Pasta selection is great and fave with cicoria is an appetiser that will set you for dinner. I saw a spectacular dish on tables near me that is the Pignata. Next time I go I will try some. Menu is rich and you do not go wrong any option you pick. Service is friendly and smooth. Waiting time is just perfect. Restrooms are clean and neat. Overall experience is high level and final price per person is amazingly fair! Thumbs up for Stano!
