02/11/2025: We were a group of seven and had reserved a table, which I highly recommend. The view and ambiance were fantastic, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious! The prices are comparable to German restaurants, although the great location certainly plays a role. We were very satisfied and would gladly return!

23/09/2025: A fantastic burger joint in Udine. The atmosphere is great, with a bit of a saloon vibe. You can enjoy a game of pool while waiting for your delicious burger. The music is also pleasant, but not too loud, so you can keep chatting with each other. Another great thing is the variety of beers they have. If you can't decide, you can enjoy a tasting of different beers. And what really matters is the burgers. They come in a variety of flavors, and oh my, what a treat! Baked perfectly, the buns are nice and fresh and cooked along with the burger, and the sauces you can choose from are also truly delicious. Highly recommended, a solid 10.

27/09/2025: My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner, hoping to enjoy a good seafood dish. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. As soon as we sat down, we asked for spaghetti with clams, but were immediately told they weren't available. So, we ordered a mixed appetizer (€30) and two chitarrine allo scoglio (chitarrine with seafood). The appetizer, in our opinion, wasn't particularly rich: among the hot dishes, even the classic sautéed mussels were missing, and, of course, there were no clams. For €30, we certainly expected something more adequate. The biggest disappointment was the first courses: rather than "allo scoglio" (seafood), they seemed to simply have mussels and calamari, tasteless and repetitive compared to the appetizer. My dish also had a couple of shrimp, while my husband's didn't have any. We reported this to the staff, specifying that we didn't like the dishes, and they gave us a €3.50 discount. It's certainly not a matter of discounting: we left craving a delicious fish dinner, and we came home disappointed. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and we're having a hard time understanding the glowing reviews we read before coming. I forgot, we asked for chili pepper, and it arrived already consumed by others who must have handled it. I have more to say and document, but I'll stop here.

21/10/2025: Without a doubt, the best restaurant in the Rivisondoli-Pescocostanzo-Roccaraso area. Excellent food, impeccable service, and attentive, courteous, and fun staff. The price is reasonable for the quality. Reservations are recommended, as seating is limited. We'll be happy to return.

20/10/2025: A bad experience, starting with the wine... we ordered two glasses and were brought an open bottle and a closed one with a different flavor. We pointed this out to the owner, who looked annoyed and replied that she had opened it at noon. We then received an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, which was quite good... the worst was with the first courses: we ordered pappardelle with truffles and they arrived drowned in cream... incredible!!! They were inedible. My other first course was a large bucatini with pecorino cheese, completely flavorless and with tons of oil. At that point, we decided to ask for the bill and leave. It was a shame because the place was very nice... but now we understand why it's called AL GIOCONDO!!!

12/10/2025: I've been a customer for years and I gave it a 5....the food is still very much appreciated, but I have to complain about the treatment I received yesterday. I had spaghetti with clams for lunch. When asked how it went, I reported that I had found 10 closed clams, almost half of those on my plate. The waitress said she'd report it to the kitchen, and in any case, it was obvious because I'd left them on my plate, separating them from the shells of the consumed ones. I expected a word or an apology, but no one showed up. It was toward the end of the lunch hour, so it can't be said they were overwhelmed with service, given the few tables already occupied. I was very disappointed. I didn't expect this from a place I love and have been frequenting regularly for years.

12/10/2025: Because it's in front of the fish section, the whole store has a cold feel. The food is very expensive but the portions are very small. I was surprised that the nearly 20€ platter was only the size of an appetizer. The salad was 12€, but it was worse than the vegetables you can buy for 1€ at the supermarket. The flavor was bland, so I wouldn't recommend it.

26/10/2025: In May, my wife and I spent a few wonderful days in Alghero, and we visited the "Ristorante di Pesce Il Pavone" twice – and for good reason: The family-run restaurant is just a few minutes from the city center, easily accessible either on foot from the harbor or directly by car with parking on site. Upon entry, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and given equally competent advice. What was particularly nice was that he later returned to each table to personally check on each guest's well-being – this hospitality and warm socializing are truly exceptional. His daughter also works in the business, which further underlines the authentic, family-like atmosphere. Their passion for what they do is palpable and permeates the entire experience. The service was always friendly, attentive, and courteous – we never had to wait long. The restaurant impresses with its cozy, clean, and tidy ambiance. The menu is clear and offers a high-quality selection without seeming overly opulent. We particularly enjoyed the grandmother's traditional dish, which has always been on the menu – a beautiful piece of culinary family history! The wine list is wonderfully matched to the fish dishes. We were delighted with every single dish: fresh antipasti, homemade pasta, market-fresh fish, and sophisticated desserts – all a true taste experience and definitely not frozen. Whether inside or outside – there is plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for couples and smaller groups. Reservations are recommended, especially in the evenings. The prices are high, but absolutely reasonable given the quality; the value for money is excellent. For us, "Il Pavone" was one of the highlights of our stay – a wonderful memory that we will certainly look back on fondly. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

11/10/2025: Il Tartufo Trattoria in Bologna is a place with potential, but unfortunately, in my case, it was a bit of a disappointment – ​​the portion was surprisingly small for the €30 price tag. I was expecting a unique truffle experience, and the dish was served without the characteristic cheese-grating ritual seen in many videos of this place. Now, it looks like they're rolling out of the kitchen on the cheese and simply transferring it to the plate. The taste was good, but the overall experience left me a bit unsatisfied, especially considering the price and expectations. Maybe we hit a bad time, but I can't give it a full rating this time – it's a shame, because the potential is great. The dish itself is very good.

11/10/2025: I walked in and found two Japanese tourists in line ahead of me. A blonde waitress was serving them, looking very busy. After a few minutes of waiting, an Italian woman came in behind me. When it was my turn, the waitress completely ignored me and spoke directly to the woman who had arrived after me. This was unacceptable and discriminatory behavior. I was furious, but only refrained from reacting because a friend of mine was waiting for me inside. I will never set foot in this place again.

11/10/2025: Alessandro and Alessandra have always been my go-tos. And not just for the varied raw fish dishes unlike anywhere else in the world. The location is enchanting, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the owners often come to the table to check the opinions of those enjoying their dishes. The wine list is amazing. If there is a God of Taste, then he lives here.

You can also choose from a variety of delicacies, such as a delicious, generously filled fried calzone, or other specialties. Good coffee and creamy coffee. You can also order a brioche with gelato. 14/09/2025: Quality, kindness, and courtesy are three rare traits found in a venue, but at Bar Castrum in Castrignano del Capo, they're a hallmark. We arrived late for aperitivo, which was just closing time, yet the staff greeted us with a sincere smile and great professionalism. They patiently waited for us to finish, never making us feel rushed. An experience worth repeating: we'll definitely be back, and this time on time ;-)

The menu is interesting and inviting, but I've found the execution not always to be up to expectations. The place is beautiful, suitable for medium-large groups, and the outdoor space, nestled in an alley, is pleasant.

15/10/2025: Thanks to Baek Jong-won and Meat Man, this place is already quite famous among Koreans, so it seems like they frequent it often. It's as delicious as the rumors say. It's no exaggeration to say that the stiggiola and pamal-i samgyeopsal are the best in Palermo, and other dishes like the offal burger are definitely of high quality, even if some people may not like the offal itself. It smells and tastes exactly like the offal you'd find at a Korean sundae restaurant. Transportation is a bit tricky, but if you're visiting Palermo, make sure to make time to visit. I went two days in a row and ate a ton.
