I dined at Chalet del Buongustaio for the first time about six months ago and promised myself I'd return because, thanks to the excellent food, the hospitality, and the kindness of the staff, I had spent a wonderful evening with my wife. I returned yesterday and can confirm everything. A splendid place, top-notch food, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Beautiful venue, very good food, thoughtful presentation and explanation of the dishes, good service, and they paid close attention to my daughter's menu, which needed to be gluten-free and lactose-free. Outdoor seating. I recommend it.

It was a great discovery, we celebrated our baby's baptism there and what can I say... my husband and I fell in love with the location, so meticulously cared for and surrounded by greenery... but the dishes were sublime! There's thought behind every dish, extreme attention to detail! Everything was delicious. And then there's Adele, the mastermind of it all. What more can I say, she's amazing. Go there, I highly recommend it!!

Highly recommended. True gourmet cuisine! Excellent ingredients, prepared with a flawless, unpretentious approach. The cod and pork belly appetizers were a real wow factor, as was the Pallotta cacio e ovo entrée with pear mustard! Everything else was excellent, including the atmosphere and service! A discovery worth the trip. The Chalet del Buongustaio welcomes you with a warm and refined atmosphere surrounded by chestnut trees and pristine nature. But the cuisine is the real star. The roasted artichoke with bagna cauda and grilled meat dusting speaks volumes about the house philosophy: honest ingredients and expert technique. The pork belly is perfectly balanced, the risotto with vanilla and crusco peppers is surprising and convincing, and the candles with Genovese sauce are an elegantly reinterpreted homage to Campanian tradition. Then the dish that I will never forget...the lamb: terrine, artichoke, juniper berry sauce...sublime. The desserts round out the experience. Excellent value, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand is well deserved. I will definitely be back. Congratulations to the entire staff!
