11/06/2025: Beautiful place. Very kind staff. Awesome room, with a spectacular view, clean to levels that you can't believe without looking at them. Very fair price (maybe even a little low). Only slightly negative note: the food, at dinner, was good but also improvable. However very good. I will absolutely go back, it has become my favorite place on the planet hands down. It is also "close" to my favorite restaurant!

11/06/2025: We were looking for a new place to have lunch with the family and I chose this inn remembering that my fresh pasta supplier had told me about it. The place is surrounded by greenery, simple but nice, clean, well-kept. I booked the table for four in advance and I was happy because the table on the terrace overlooked a truly enchanting expanse of olive trees. The really kind waiters welcomed us with a smile and made us feel truly at home the whole time. The menu was a surprise for me and it was hard to choose because the dishes offered are truly intriguing and honestly once they arrived on the table they also proved to be inviting and truly delicious. We had the locanda appetizer and the mixed bruschetta, the gnocchi caccio e pere with asparagus, which I personally loved and recommend, the golosotti, the fettuccine with wild boar, the pappardelle with white ragù of lamb and artichokes, the locanda baskets with strawberries and chocolate, I personally had the latter and it was really delicious, the tiramisu, water and two glasses of wine. It was a really good lunch, excellent, abundant. We spent 30 euros per person but they were repaid by taste, abundance, kindness and a beautiful setting. The restaurant has bathrooms comparable to a 4-star hotel, at least the women's one that I personally used, it smelled of spring. For us it was a nice discovery and we will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to try their food. It is really worth it.

29/06/2025: Food was incredible, waiter also gave us great recommendations. Well priced, they also give you free bread. Beautiful atmosphere, there was a man with a guitar going around to all the tables, not sure if he was hired? A must try is the local fish dish!

27/06/2025: Tried La Lanterna and really enjoyed it! The tomato spaghetti was simple but full of flavor, the buffalo mozzarella pizza was super fresh, and the tiramisu hit just the right spot. Cozy place with good vibes, would definitely come back

20/06/2025: Ciao a tutti, a Stintino abbiamo cenato presso la Trattoria OPERA VIVA, sita vicino alla Piazza del Municipio. Locale ampio, con deor esterno coperto e arieggiato, tavoli ben disposti, personale cortese e preparato, pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Ottimo il menu offerto. Noi abbiamo scelto un formaggio alla brace come antipasto, che era o caprino o di latte vaccino cotto alla brace in due strati di pane carasao, veramente eccellente, poi un piatto di spaghetti allo scoglio con il pescato del giorno e un fantastico fritto misto. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima Icnusa non filtrata e acqua. Alla fine un dolce tipico sardo. Se vi trovate a Stintino, telefonate e prenotate un tavolo, ne rimarrete decisamente soddisfatti. 21/06/2025: If you are a person of color, DO NOT come here!! My friend and I came here for dinner and experienced outright discrimination. We asked for a table for 2, and were told there was a 15 minute wait. While we were waiting for the table to get ready, we were told that we would receive a complimentary drink just like the other guests who were also waiting. We never received the drinks, although others who came AFTER us were given drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting, we noticed that other guests that came in much later after us(who were white) were provided a table. This experience was very hurtful and down right unpleasant. I have travelled to this region in the past and have never experienced such disgusting behavior. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT spend your money in this place. The staff is RACIST!! Shame on the owner for allowing their employees to treat people like this in 2025!! Totally unacceptable and unfair treatment!!

19/04/2025: Siamo stati qui grazie ad un passaparola di alcuni amici: che dire TOP!! Locale davvero carino, arredato con uno stile che ti fa sentire a casa. Gianni e Marta (i titolari) ci hanno accolto con semplicità e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, poi la loro professionalità ha fatto sì che passassimo una bellissima serata. Grazie di cuore. Ci siamo affidati a loro e ci hanno letteralmente sorpreso con una selezione di vini di assoluto rispetto, tutto accompagnato dai taglieri preparati sul momento che sono ben lontani dalla banalità…che dire: wow! Non è il solito locale dove fare aperitivo, qui c’è spazio solo per vini buoni e materie prime ricercate. Prezzi giusti per il livello che viene proposto. Ci torneremo più che volentieri.
