08/05/2026: A must-visit on every South Tyrol vacation since my childhood. A fantastic atmosphere, both indoors and out, and very friendly owners. The house-cooked trout are superb, and the homemade tiramisu is divine! For little (and big 😉) children, the pond in the garden is a real highlight.

03/05/2026: We ate here on Labor Day (a national holiday in Italy). Because Italians mainly celebrate this day with family and friends around lunchtime, we, along with two other tourist couples, were the only guests in this restaurant. That was a shame for the atmosphere. No Italian family coziness. Anyway, we had a delicious meal! The two waiters were attentive, spoke English, and did their job well (we did have to pour the wine ourselves from the bottle, but that didn't matter). It is a beautiful place with a lovely terrace as well for the warm summer evenings that are sure to come.

19/04/2026: A superb restaurant, which in France would be considered a bistro. It was quiet out of season, the service was very pleasant, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious.

02/05/2026: Surprising room. Almost no two rooms are the same. Spacious shower, bath, and sauna. Truly special. I won't reveal everything; it remains extraordinary.

10/06/2026: We dined at Acquadolce last night. The restaurant is picturesquely situated right on the lake, and the ambiance was tasteful and elegant. We opted for two different tasting menus with accompanying wine pairings. 1. Service The service was attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. The only drawback was that we were served by a total of five different waiters/waitresses, which felt somewhat impersonal and warrants a one-star deduction. 2. Wine The wine pairings for the different menus were very thoughtfully curated, and the sommelier presented the wines informatively. Unfortunately, all the wines were served on ice; both the white and red wines were far too cold and therefore couldn't fully express their aromas and flavors. In this price range, I expect a sommelier to ensure that even the most essential details are properly implemented. 3. Food The amuse-bouches were nice, but unfortunately, they didn't particularly impress us. The menus (Valli and Mare) were technically well-prepared and harmoniously composed. The meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and the plates were attractively presented. In terms of flavor, I would have liked to see a bit more daring from the chef. The jus served with the first and third courses was very subtle, making it difficult to discern the promised aromas. The pasta from the second course was significantly more flavorful. In conclusion, I would like to point out that it is ultimately the details that distinguish good cuisine from mediocrity. There is certainly room for improvement in this area at Restaurant Acquadolce, but that is to be expected given the ambitious pricing.

10/06/2026: I went to the Acqua Dolce restaurant on Lake Como for a friend's wedding, and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The location is stunning, with a direct view of the lake that makes the atmosphere truly special. The food was fantastic, everything was delicious and carefully prepared, and the service was also top-notch. The waiters were friendly, kind, and always available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only small point: finding parking isn't easy. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place, especially for important occasions and special events.

26/04/2026: Everything was excellent, friendly, quality food, but the portions were a bit too small... I would have liked a little more... for example, the hamburger perhaps paired with some fries... also because they are hamburgers that are still quite expensive.

07/05/2026: After a few weeks of attending this club, I have to give it 5 stars. Excellent club! Very well-kept interior space, fantastic exterior, trained and attentive staff in the gym, pool, and other areas. Many activities are available, including for children, both indoors and outdoors. Excellent restaurant area. Comfortable and high-quality meeting rooms. Numerous beautiful tennis courts. State-of-the-art padel courts. Overall, there's a great atmosphere.

16/04/2026: Sunday lunch with friends in the Gorizia Collio. We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, even if the portions were a bit small. The service was attentive and quick, and we also appreciated the excellent wine pairings. The location is very charming: we were in a cozy room with a fireplace. In warmer weather, I imagine eating outside is even more charming. A very positive note: dogs are welcome! Ours was pampered by everyone and even met the owners' dog. A detail we truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

05/04/2026: A delightful Easter lunch. The elegant setting and the staff were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The food was excellent, as were the wines paired with the dishes.

19/05/2026: This restaurant is a must if you are traveling to Firenze! They have a wonderful decor, heritage building and the dishes are succulent. You will find various traditional dishes and their primi are to die for. Especially the poached egg and the carpaccio. The Angus is very well cooked and they have great sides. Their crème brûlée was the best I have ever had in Italy. The atmosphere is pleasant and great for a friendly dinner. I highly recommend Cucina Torcicoda.

04/05/2026: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is exquisite, and the staff is courteous and extremely professional, attentive but not intrusive. The owner, Luca, is a delightful person, and you can see the passion in his eyes for what he does and what he has created. Let's talk about his masterpieces. We chose to have lunch here, and the food they served was so excellent we decided to return that same evening, and they did not disappoint. They use top-quality ingredients: cured meats, cheeses, and meats were excellent. The tagliolini with porcini mushrooms won us over from the first bite, not to mention the desserts, which made us dream. The quality/price ratio is definitely in line with the products offered. Highly recommended. Congratulations on everything. We'll see you again as soon as we return to Livigno.

25/04/2026: We had dinner last night and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. While we waited to order, they served us a mini platter of cheese and ham. The trio of pizzoccheri was spectacular, three different flavors but still delicious. The veal with tuna sauce appetizer was a one-pot meal...the cream was like foam; I've never tasted anything better...a combination of flavors beyond the visual impact. The venison skewered with polenta and mushrooms was a delight, and we savored it down to the last bite. Finally, dessert was a must: a trio of mini desserts, each one better than the last... Through all of this, we saw the skill of the kitchen, the kindness of the staff, and the attention they give to each customer. As our first time at this restaurant, we were extremely satisfied, and it has become our favorite place. We will definitely be back.
