08/10/2025: Hmm... My 11th trip... 28 days in Italy... Overall... This was the restaurant I felt the most offended by... Mom, me, and the three of us went... None of us could eat properly and left feeling bloated... It was my child's birthday, so we wanted to enjoy some good food in a nice place, but we went there. But the outdoor seating was only a course meal... We're all girls... Everyone was ordering one pizza per person, so we decided to try it too, so we ordered three, but we only ate one and had to take two to go. We can't eat much... Plus, my child and I don't eat much, but this was our first trip with just Mom... When the three of us ordered, there was always too much leftover... After about three tries, we decided to stop worrying about leaving too much and just order as much as we could. That's why we ordered so well during our 25-day trip to Italy before coming to this restaurant... At first, we were hesitant because we were told that the outdoor seating was limited to course meals... We made a reservation because there was outdoor seating where we could order a la carte. We'd been eating a salad, a pasta, and one of the main dishes, and it was just the right amount for us... but here, we ordered this... This was the first restaurant that ever said anything to us... I didn't reserve a table for a course meal, I chose a la carte... Formality is important, but... we put that aside and focused on not leaving any food behind... In Korea, leaving food behind for a child is bad for the environment. Even if you only leave a little, it's okay if you leave one, but there are many people like you who leave food behind, and that adds up to environmental pollution. Do you know how much effort goes into growing and harvesting these ingredients? You can eat like this, but there are many friends who can't. That's my perspective, so I think ordering in moderation is the right thing to do!!! Oh... I was really thinking about it while eating... We ordered enough for all three of us, but it didn't fit, so we left some food... It's my child's fault... For some reason, two bees kept hovering around our table, and the child screamed... That was a plus too... Anyway... I paid 295,000 won... and came out feeling so uncomfortable and sick... This is the first time in my 11 trips to Europe... But the food wasn't bad.

10/09/2025: *Update * The restaurant manager, Paola, kindly came to our table and asked for more feedback to improve. She was very understanding, kind, and willing to listen to what we had to say about our experience. I am updating my review to 5 stars because I deeply appreciate any establishment that takes reviews and customer experience seriously. Paola made us feel heard and I am confident she will take our feedback to improve in the future. Outside of the wine and the payment the first day we were here for lunch, every other time we have been here has been great, especially for dinner. Our dinner server (Paolo? I believe. He has been living in Rome for 20yrs) was professional and kind as well. The views are beautiful and the food was fresh and tasty, especially the supplì. You are paying high prices for the views and ambience. We are here for our honeymoon and staying at the hotel. We went here for lunch. My husband ordered white wine, I had water to drink. The server who brought out the wine asked if I wanted a taste and I said yes. After the tasting, she poured us both a little bit to share, it was not at all a “full” glass of wine, which is what we asked for because I didn’t want my own. He ordered another wine, this time I did not want any more so they poured a full glass for him. She also offered us some bread. We had lunch and were given the bill. They had charged us for 3 caliches of wine instead of 2. We also were surprised at the additional charge of bread, if we would have known it was not complimentary we would not have gotten it. When we explained this politely to our main server, she got a bit defensive and asked us why we didn’t call her over earlier. How would we have known ahead of time that you would have charged us incorrectly…? Also, there should be better communication between all the servers if multiple people are going to serve us then get confused on what we ordered. If we did order 3 wines, they also should work on consistent pouring of the wine (however that’s not what we ordered, we ordered 1 wine to share and 1 wine for my partner to enjoy, hence why two glasses were barely full the first time, and the second time it was a full glass). Rather than apologizing they seemed argumentative. Another server who was a man came over to assist us again after fixing our bill to remove the additional wine we didn’t order, and asked if we wanted it charged to our room or to a card. My husband said please don’t charge it to our room, charge it to another card. The server takes our card and receipt away. When he returns, he tells us it was already charged to our room. We were a little frustrated because what was the point of asking if you were going to charge our room anyway? Seems a little bit disorganized, they can work on customer service to ensure the guest is happy. After a long day of waking with our luggage through the hot streets we expected a little bit more care and professionalism.

24/08/2025: We spent a wonderful evening at this elegant restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we felt the warm and sincere hospitality: the entire team was extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, the perfect setting to make you feel completely at ease. The food was excellent: lovingly prepared, refined but not overpowering—simply delicious! The fine wines, produced on site, deserve a special mention, perfectly complementing the culinary experience. This is a place we would definitely recommend to others and will gladly return to.

15/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. The interior is charming and appropriate. The service is friendly and efficient, and the dishes are fabulous, tasty, and delicious. The prices are also more than fair.

15/10/2025: A wonderful experience. I won't share the names of the dishes I ordered, but I think the photos are self-explanatory. The final treat: the freshly brewed traditional coffee.

17/08/2025: There's a very positive energy at Piemontesine... a mix of the magical atmosphere of the place and the village and the professionalism of Chatlotte, Jerome, and the other people I met there. The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! 21/08/2025: That we were delighted is an understatement. We are guests in the apartment "above the Posta," and on our first evening, we happily accepted the offer to dine at the restaurant with a special menu for guests. What more can we say? The following evenings, we couldn't help but indulge. Four dinners, and not a single dish we didn't enjoy. The dishes are delicious and never boring, preceded by an entrée that's never the same and always meticulously crafted. Even dessert is preceded by a dessert sampler that perfectly complements the meal. We've left each evening feeling satisfied and fulfilled. We're also enjoying breakfast, and that too is an experience worth savouring. When you come to the Posta, you feel pampered in every way, from the food to the recommended wine. The property is very pleasant and discreet in the right way. Top-notch service in an environment that is elegant but not pretentious, more than pleasant. We'll definitely be back to indulge.

Some family members joined me, and I took them to this "little treasure," letting them taste not only the spaghetti cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib-eye steak... a delicious piece of meat cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the quality of the service and their responsiveness to our requests are second to none. I'll try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle." September 2025 I usually come to eat at this restaurant during the period (late September, early October) when I'm taking my spa treatments. I reiterate my empathy for this place, to Fernando and his staff. This time I had lunch, while the others had dinner, and even though it was almost past 12:15, they gave me the attention a customer notices. They offered me spaghetti cacio e pepe with porcini mushrooms, a Grigglestone cube roll, wine, and a digestif. Price is relative when the dishes are exceptionally flavorful and prepared. I certainly didn't pay cheap, but if you compare the price to the quality of the food, the location, and the service... 03/10/2025: A good hotel with modern amenities. The service is efficient. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and functional. The meals are good, especially breakfast with a wide selection of homemade cakes and pastries.
