15/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. The interior is charming and appropriate. The service is friendly and efficient, and the dishes are fabulous, tasty, and delicious. The prices are also more than fair.

08/11/2025: The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff friendly. We ordered bruschetta and crostini, Chianina beef stew, and chickpea and spinach soup. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: A small and welcoming restaurant serving a variety of traditional dishes from the Umbrian-Tuscan border. The waiters are knowledgeable and always ready with a joke. The dishes are generously portioned, but above all, delicious.

05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order. While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner. Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.

09/11/2025: Amazing location, impeccable service, but the cocktails are completely out of balance. Update After I had the second cocktail, the same as the previous one, after pointing out to the waiter that it was even worse than the first, I was told that they make them that way and I had to drink it! Left whole on the table!!! Conclusion: €72 for 4 cocktails!! Cost Absolutely appropriate for the setting if they had been made correctly. The worst thing was how poorly they placed the cocktail back on the table! Embarrassing

02/11/2025: A wonderful experience; we went there for dinner on a Friday night. The food was good...very good (we had the tasting menu). The atmosphere was very trendy, quite young, and international. A super fun evening!

In every area I tried—the pool, the spa, the gym, the bar—I found the spaces clean and equipped with every comfort, and attention to detail. The staff was professional and courteous, helpful and welcoming, without being intrusive. I highly recommend trying this club.

17/08/2025: There's a very positive energy at Piemontesine... a mix of the magical atmosphere of the place and the village and the professionalism of Chatlotte, Jerome, and the other people I met there. The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! A secluded, almost hidden location, far from the noise of the city, where the sound remains that of good cuisine, reinterpreted in a simple and refined way, where the service is present but almost invisible, quiet and professional, with details elegantly attended to. The kitchen, led by Alessandra, was impeccable. Always!!! The room, supervised by the constant presence of Antonello's staff, was characterized by a highly professional warmth and kindness towards the guests, always present and never intrusive.
