13/04/2025: Good service, prices perhaps a little high but given the target to which they refer it is normal. Not the classic pub, a little more "classy". Not really my style but if you want to spend an evening in a nice and nice place in the end it's ideal.

11/04/2025: Met this guy called filippo and he was absolutely amazing with his service and knowledge with best drinks and food available, absolutely recommend this place

07/06/2025: We sat down and were told we only have an hour to eat, then the waitress didn't take our order for about 30 minutes. There were people who sat down after us and were served and we just sat there being ignored so we got up and left without ordering. Also, prices were quite high.

06/06/2025: I love Elk Bakery for its high quality! The products are fresh, delicious and made with genuine ingredients. The bread is crunchy and tasty, the desserts are unique and irresistible. Hummus, avocado toast and fennel side dish, all delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. I highly recommend trying a substantial lunch/dinner from them. Great for breakfast too! Excellent choice for those looking for healthy and high quality cuisine

29/05/2025: Steve Norman concert was fantastic, exciting, in an intimate atmosphere but with a large audience. Food was ok. Nice venue. A bit shocked by the owner who, faced with our specific complaints about the position of the table booked ages ago, made really unhumorous jokes (to put it mildly...). The staff, on the other hand, were very polite. I would suggest better care of the toilets.

29/05/2025: Quite an iconic place in Bologna for lovers of rock'n'roll and especially jazz music. Central location. I've been there for dinner a few times (I don't think it's open for lunch): I recommend the crescentine as an appetizer, a bit of all the first courses on the menu, and especially the famous cotoletta alla bolognese! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. See you soon!

19/05/2025: We've been wanting to go there for a long time. We had a great time. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Excellent appetizer with cold cuts and fried gnocco. Excellent well-seasoned pizzas. Location surrounded by greenery and very quiet. We will return to try other things. Highly recommended.

16/05/2025: We had lunch at Taverna Napoleone for our baby's Holy Communion. Impeccable service, we couldn't have asked for anything more. All the guests were really happy. From the aperitif to the dessert... everything was delicious. I really recommend it!

11/05/2025: Since we discovered it, La Rucola has quickly risen to the top of the list of our favorite restaurants/trattorias. Genuine and traditional dishes, welcoming atmosphere, you feel like you're at your mother's or grandmother's house (the kind who know how to cook). Special honorable mention for the homemade watermelon jam, to be enjoyed with ricotta or squacquerone. 😍 But it's really worth trying the whole menu at least once.

Organizzazione ottima con le Sig.re Marianna e Valeria (che sanno indirizzarti con molta esperienza su quello che è migliore per l'occasione). Location meravigliosa e cibo super gustoso. Personale qualificato e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

03/06/2025: Not an easy place to reach, but Google Maps was helpful, very welcoming, large, bright, well-kept exterior. Traditional wooden furnishings inside. This restaurant was chosen for a social lunch, polite service, present without being intrusive in line with expectations. Excellent food, from the superlative cold cuts, to the delicious first courses and the tasty second course, even the ice cream with berries, of a high standard.

12/05/2025: I was literally hooked at this restaurant and ate here every 2 days during my 3 weeks stay in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is so authentic. The food is made with love and care and superior quality. The food you see is a lambslow cooked for 9 hours and perfectly tender. Chicken dishes are also excellent. Rice with saffron. For vegetarians/vegans you have a good lentil dish. Red wine super affordable and top quality(dry but balanced), the dough, a salty yogurt drink with fresh herbs is addictive. The baklava is super fresh and the best one I ever eat. Ice cream with rosewater also worth it. Staff very kind and owner is a warm man who greets you in person.

25/05/2025: Yesterday 24.05.25 we celebrated our wedding at Gabbiano. What can I say.. very happy with the choice we made! A special thanks goes to Gianni, who followed us from the beginning with warmth and attention to all our needs. I must say Gianni was the main reason for choosing this place, for the empathy he was able to build with us, his kindness and his professionalism. Compliments on the impeccable food, all of the highest quality, the structure a fairy tale, really nothing to say, everything was perfect, difficult to explain with words the happiness we felt yesterday. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism, always ready to serve customers. A thank you also goes to Marilena, an exquisite person, she was very professional in her work ♥️Thanks also to you Daniela, I sent you endless messages for the organization, but you were always very available What can I say, you are all fantastic We will definitely see each other again for some other event or special evening. ♥️

01/06/2025: Excellent accommodation, a very clean room, and a hearty breakfast for you to prepare yourself. Eleonore was a wonderful host. Dinner at the property (Osteria38) is highly recommended!

31/05/2025: We really enjoyed visiting La Caravella while on holiday in Taormina. Our hotel recommended it to us and arranged for their shuttle to come and collect us. This was great as we later found out that taxis to go down the hill from La Taormina are extremely expensive. We were very warmly greeted and offered a pick of sun loungers. This excellent service continued all day, with the waiters and beach boys quick to offer any help or service you required. The beach is stony with small pebbles so bring water shoes or flip flops. This place is clean and well maintained but does not have the glossy chic ( or cost!) of some fancy beach bars which are perhaps for younger people more interested in a party vibe, but the service and atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. A great team of people supervised by a hands-on, friendly proprietor. The highlight of the day was the food. Julio recommended the daily specials on both of our visits, and both were outstanding. They have a very talented chef for sure. I have never tasted tuna steak so moist and flavoursome. The pasta with fresh anchovies prepared Sicilian style was also delicious. There are also much plainer offerings on the menu. The shuttle bus returned us to our hotel at the end of the day. Thoroughly enjoyable day and I highly recommend.
