His kindness and courtesy captivate you, he makes you feel at home. Excellent delicacies from appetizers to desserts. Recommended, excellent value for money. Beautiful day, even though the weather was rainy.

Abbiamo provato il menu degustazione con l'aggiunta fuori menù di carne di zebra e devo dire questa girella fa uscire fuori di testa! Tutto buonissimo per non parlare della carne di zebra che si scioglieva in bocca complimenti DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

23/03/2025: Characteristic place, very good food and excellent and fast service. Personally, as I love meat, I liked the place and would gladly go back, unfortunately the price is what it is but the quality of the meat still requires a price. For the rest, a good place to eat more particular meats, they have various things and tasting menus that are convenient compared to the à la carte menu and the meat also goes well with the good wine they have.

27/03/2025: On the advice of friends, we decide to book at this restaurant. The owner was waiting for us and with casual kindness accompanies us to the table and immediately offers us a drink. The restaurant is sober, furnished in a modern way, clean and welcoming. Thus we begin to enjoy a rich variety of genuine appetizers, typical of our territory, prepared with authenticity (too often betrayed by Apulian restaurants that offer customizations of local specialties by depersonalizing them). There is a lot of variety, from octopus to salad, to meatballs, dairy products, cold cuts, wines and all kinds of delicacies that you never get tired of tasting. The first courses are original, made memorable by raw materials that the chef transforms into works to be savoured. Authentic second courses, whether meat or fish. The desserts, especially the one prepared with stale bread, are sublime. I really appreciated the variety of oils combined with the various dishes and the recovery of products such as stale bread used for the preparation of superlative dishes. What to add? A simply sincere place that makes you feel at home, where the true flavors of Puglia are served. We are already planning the next lunch. Best regards to the owner

05/03/2025: Wir haben im Schloss Rametz an einer Weinprobe sowie mit inkludierter Führung teilgenommem,erst ging es vom Innenhof des Schloss wenige Meter zu Fuss in den angrenzenden Weinberg,wo uns unser Gästeführer des Weingutes alles wissenswerte über die da angebauten edlen Tröpfchen erzählte.Eine Weinkeller Besichtigung schloss sich danach an und es wurden auch dazu Erläuterungen gegeben,was interessant war,auch wenn wir bereits einige Besichtigungen dieser Art hatten so ist es immer wieder etwas anderes. Selbstverständlich durfte dann die Verkostung nicht fehlen,es wurden 6 verschiedene Weine/Prosecco zur Verkostung gereicht mit einer schönen Speckplatte. Anschliessend konnte im angrenzenden Shop nach Lust und Laune das edle Tröpfchen erworben werden.

29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

13/04/2025: We rediscovered the pleasure of an excellent pizza, nothing short of spectacular or spacey as my daughters defined it. Very welcoming and comfortable environment with impeccable service. I highly recommend it. N.b. we will return to taste the cuisine 😋

21/03/2025: a beautiful restaurant just off the main colosseum road. we sat outside- there was fires to keep us warm and looking at the colosseum in the dark was lovely. our waiter Daniel was very kind, the service was lovely and the food was amazing. considering its location, the price was okay!!
