16/01/2026: Great dining experience across the board! The atmosphere is remarkable -- elegant but effortlessly comfortable. We split a Burrata as a starter, and it was deeply flavorful. For mains we had a Black Truffle Taglitelli and Ossobucco with a side of their potatoes. Every bite was a treat. We enjoyed a really nice Tuscan blend red wine that the waiter recommended (wish we had noted the name), and it paired very well with both our mains. We were far too full to order a dessert, but it was tempting. We had some terrific dining experiences in Firenza, and this is at the top of our list. Ben fatto!!

16/01/2026: How can any restaurant stand out in the wealth of wonderful dining venues in Florence? Well, Il Barretto can. The restaurant is charming, and the host and staff are wonderful, but then you are served such absolutely delicious food, and you say, "I think that we made a good choice here." It is as though every meal is prepared by someone's mother. Just stunning. Also, the wine paired so well. I cannot speak highly enough of the atmosphere, the service, and the exceptional food. The location of the restaurant is perfect for a pre-cocktail at Uggi or other venues. If I were you, I would go out of my way to dine at Il Barretto.

08/03/2026: Delicious food, from appetizers to dessert, including the chef's specialty. Excellent for vegetarians, vegans, and non-vegans. A welcoming, family atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. One of those recommendations you can't go wrong with. We'll definitely be back!

03/03/2026: The property is very close to the train station, and the center of Rovigo is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. From the moment I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the staff's courtesy and professionalism, which was also pleasantly confirmed during breakfast and checkout. Upon entering my spacious and welcoming room, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the furnishings, the lighting, and especially the bathroom, equipped with every amenity and a recently installed walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a kettle and coffee maker, a minibar, and a state-of-the-art TV. Free and efficient Wi-Fi was available, and luggage storage was available after checkout. If I were to return to Rovigo or the surrounding area, this would definitely be the ideal base. One small flaw, though it didn't ruin my stay, was that the beautiful room I was assigned was adjacent to the elevator, which was a bit noisy when it started up.

18/02/2026: Excellent hotel, don't be fooled by the Google Street View images of the facade. The rooms are excellent and spotlessly clean, the bar is excellent with fair prices, and the reception is impeccable.

10/03/2026: Rifugio Tamai is a popular mountain hut on Monte Zoncolan, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. It is known for its excellent home-cooked cuisine with local specialties and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. In winter, it is a popular stop for skiers, and in summer, it is an ideal destination or stopover for hikers and nature lovers looking for a good meal and rest in the mountains. Worth a visit!👍👏🫶❤️

14/01/2026: A rustic, charming restaurant in a farmhouse with brick vaults. Specializing in grilled meats, we ordered a platter of cured meats, cheeses, and sgonfiotti, all excellent quality. The chestnut jam with the cheeses was spectacular. We asked for a 1400g Black Angus tomahawk for two. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender, an experience we'll repeat. We also had room for dessert, the hazelnut cake and zabaglione were fabulous. The wine list is extensive, featuring Ruché, which I particularly love and which I struggle to find anywhere else but in these areas. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. We'll be back.

24/02/2026: This review is for German tourists who happen to find themselves in Deliceto, where there are wonderful places to visit, such as the old town and the Norman castle, which impressively overlooks the plateau towards Foggia and the sea. But I wanted to tell you about the restaurant "Da Marcello," which has now been taken over by the owner's son, Nicola, after his parents recently passed away. In their honor, he reopened the restaurant after a successful renovation and now offers food and wine that pay homage to Apulian tradition, but with a modern twist. Highly recommended. Especially the house wine, which personally reminds me of my grandfather's wine, so strong that you had to dilute it with sweet sparkling water or a "pesca" (fish drink). This wine is still fermenting in the bottle and must be drunk immediately. It was a real treat for my family and me, and a visit to "Da Marcello" has become a fixed date on our calendar whenever we travel to Deliceto. Just stop by. Typically Italian, the best restaurants are hidden in a long curve, unassuming from the outside, but with an amazing interior.

The staff's kindness is matched by their professionalism. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

08/01/2026: We've been to Mario's several times, and the pizza 🍕 is simply legendary. The small 33cm pizza is more like 40cm, and you'll definitely be full afterward. The price is very good. It's not a restaurant, just a takeaway pizza place. The people are incredibly friendly and speak a little German.

04/12/2025: I visited this pizzeria back in September, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in Italy. The pizza was delicious, the service was incredibly fast, and the staff were genuinely kind. The prices were also surprisingly low for the quality. What impressed me most was that they prepared 14 pizzas for us just two minutes before closing, even though they had already started packing up. They still served everything with a smile, and even let us stay on the chairs outside after closing for as long as we wanted to finish our food. A truly wonderful place — highly recommended!

17/02/2026: Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake. The dining room isn't very large, so reservations are recommended. Excellent cuisine, varied and light. The staff is very courteous, kind, and attentive. Prices are reasonable. Worth a return visit.

05/12/2025: We dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and decided to have the four-course menu. It was a truly unique experience. Everything was delicious. After the four courses, we were greeted by the chef, followed by pre-dessert and post-dessert. The service was impeccable, and everything was beautiful because there was a divider between the tables specifically to ensure a bit of privacy. The location was beautiful. The price was absolutely perfect for everything we ate and drank. The food and the presentation of the dishes were simply incredible!!! We will absolutely be back!!
