18/07/2025: We were there for work, and were welcomed as if we were their grandchildren. The owners, Filippo and Rosaria, are two genuine, hard-working people who do everything they can to make their guests feel welcome and cared for, as do their daughters who help them, who are also tireless. After 15 days, we were sad to leave them; we felt at home. We returned two years later, again for work. The place has been completely renovated, but fortunately the spirit hasn't. I will return as soon as possible, and we will continue to return. Thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do. If you pass through Roseto, you can't miss this place. The cuisine is simple, but very good, and they are always attentive to the customer's needs. A big hug to the whole family. Fabrizio "Loren" 😁

30/09/2025: What a journey... when I reached the hare dish, I literally cried. I gave this experience to a dear friend of mine for his thirtieth birthday, and in the end, I decided to give it to myself as well. We expected it, and we found so much. All the staff in the dining room were extremely kind, and I appreciated the fact that they adjusted to our level: precise, but without the formality that often only creates detachment. At the end of the evening, we even ended up playing table football with them: they were so friendly! There were only two seats, so the dining room was all to ourselves. The experience itself was a revelation for me: there are flavors we are completely unaware of, and discovering them like this, one after the other, was astonishing. My favorite dish, as you may have guessed, was the hare. I can't say exactly what was in it or how it was cooked, but I remember closing my eyes and feeling the weight of the (lead-fired) gun, the wild smell, and the atmosphere of the forest. Eating it catapulted me into that fantasy, as if I myself had hunted that hare. It was metaphysical, and I'm not exaggerating. At that moment, a tear slid down my cheek. The rest of the experience was equally memorable, but that was the highlight. Sincere applause to everyone: you were magnificent, and I truly hope to share an experience with you again.

29/08/2025: I was there over a year ago and didn't find it exceptional. There was a strong emphasis on sophistication (the price has to be justified somehow), which I found a bit excessive. I also found the insistence on offering us the wine tasting menu (we had chosen to share one) unpleasant, despite the fact that it was repeatedly pointed out that one of us was driving: certain things should be taken seriously.

08/11/2025: The restaurant offers tasting courses. This means you choose one of the pre-set courses, which include appetizers, some main courses, a main course, and dessert. For me, it was a unique and special tasting experience. If you're not picky eaters and enjoy trying new things, I recommend visiting. The view from the outdoor seating area is beautiful, especially at sunset. In winter, I recommend sitting inside the restaurant. Don't forget to make a reservation in advance.

03/11/2025: Thanks to the bonus money I got from the website (the one shown in the photo), I treated myself to a nice dinner. I ordered these ravioli — delicate, full of flavor, with a subtle aroma. The evening turned out really cozy and delicious, just what I needed after a busy day. It’s great when a bonus can genuinely lift your mood!

03/12/2025: First and foremost I would like to praise the personnel, all friendly and polite from reception to breakfast. The room was spacious, with ample workspace, the bathroom also spacious with a good shower. Breakfast leaves room for improvement---variety as well as the quality of some item (such as fruit) is the bare minimum expected in a hotel of this category. Complimentary items in the room are a bit stingy. No gym. On the other hand, the price was very reasonable, again considering the category. Thus, "tout se tient".

21/11/2025: I was expecting more from 4 stars hotel… Check the beer before you drink it… don’t let them pour in the glass ( it was expired). The temperature room was very low and no chance to fix it. Definitely I’m not recommending this hotel.

16/11/2025: As someone with a disability, all the hotel staff were very attentive to my comfort. Breakfast was very good. I tried the dinner twice and it was delicious. You should try the homemade tiramisu. The outdoor seating areas were also nice.

The prices are a bit higher than at other establishments, but you really get the quality and comfort you expect from a restaurant like this. Highly recommended. Expect to pay around €80 per person. I find the coperto at €7.00 per person a bit pricey.

04/11/2025: Stayed at the Seeport Hotel and had dinner at their restaurant - Ginevra. One of the finest most delicious meals I have ever enjoyed. The service was perfect and Roberto selected excellent wines to complement our dishes. Loved Ancona and this restaurant experience!

17/10/2025: I ate them on the first night of my hotel stay. The two dishes I ordered, the grilled calamari and the spaghetti with Conero mussels, were almost inedible. The calamari wasn't grilled at all and was stuffed with something indecipherable, with an unpleasant fishy flavor. The spaghetti also had a bad taste, lacking any real mussel flavor. The restaurant is showing off for no reason. Even the small appetizers offered on the house weren't good. The service was extremely long, the music too loud, and the prices were definitely exorbitant.

19/10/2025: I went today for my nephew's birthday. There was an à la carte menu. I chose polenta and stew. I have to say that I have never eaten such a tasty stew. Compliments to the chef, thanks to Alessio Zarini and all the staff for the service and kindness. I give 5 stars. TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT!!!!
