09/08/2024: We had the most beautiful wedding we could imagine. Credit goes to all the Etna Palace staff, professional and friendly people, always with a smile. A special hug goes to Maria Rosa, who took care of every little detail, and to chef Carmelo, who prepared the entire requested menu to perfection. We received so many compliments on both the food and the location. We hope to have the opportunity to return to them soon. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart from Vincenzo and Mariarosa ❤️

14/07/2024: I was there not once but 3 evenings in a row with my partner. Welcoming, private and comfortable environment. The boy who served us every evening was as if he had always known us, he made us feel good and always gave us the best advice with his friendliness and genuine spontaneity Do you want to have a drink in peace, serenity and absolute tranquility? This is a place to definitely take into consideration

04/07/2024: Legalized thefts. The worst spritz of my life. Ice-filled and washed out. For €9 you expect more. Also ordered two glasses of prosecco, which arrived hot and all without appetizers. Absurd given the prices and such low quality!!

14/10/2023: Mi sra stato consigliato e noi ci siamo andati per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e devo dire che il posto è di qualità sia come locale che per tutto il resto personale molto attento alla cura del cliente che nel consigliarti nella scelta dei vini. Per quanto riguarda i proprietari sono molto attenti alle opinioni del cliente e altrettanto gentili che ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Giada e Marco

27/08/2024: Nous sommes juste venu profiter du rooftop avec une planche apéro et un spritz. Tout était très bon mais très cher (18€ le spritz). La vue de la terrasse vaut par contre clairement le coup.

24/08/2024: Where should I start... my wife and I went here since we read good reviews and experiences about this spot on social media prior to coming here for our honeymoon. Other reviews on trip advisor say the views are great but service was bad. When we came, this was 100% true (but the service was worse). Aside from the view, the only positive was the host (young man with dark hair) who greeted us and noted our honeymoon and said congratulations. After that, everything went downhill. We sat at our table on the rooftop, didn't get greeted for over 15 minutes, then when we were greeted by our server, he took our drinks and came back 15 minutes later with our drinks. We made the reservation with a set apertivo menu, which was OK as we noted my wife had a tree nut allergy - the host was understanding, the server was not. When the food came from a different female server, she dropped off our food and looked at us like we were stupid for not understanding her speaking in Italian. In English, we asked if there were tree nuts in the dishes and she looked at us, didn't answer our question and continued in Italian explaining what was on the plate- looking at us like we were inconveniencing her. You can see in the photo, the appetizer was "sorry" at best. The best part was the potatoes (literally french fries)- the sushi, eggplant dish (we think?) and the melon wrapped prosciutto was not good. We couldn't get out of there faster- my wife did not eat her food because she didn't know what was in anything and the server didn't come by so we couldn't ask anyone else what was in the food. Also - 45 euros per person for a drink and the set apertivo- 90 euros total. I guess you pay 80 euro for the view and get 10 worth of drinks and free food... because the food was again not good at all. Not a great experience and would never come back, even for the view. If they scratched this set apertivo plate and gave you unlimited bruschetta - maybe it would be worth it. Surely there are better spots with views and good food. Wouldn't recommend or say it's worth it.

04/08/2024: yesterday evening I was with friends for the second time in this wonderful place surrounded by nature. The dinner consisted of excellent fresh food and accompanied by an excellent local wine. Thanks Brigitte, to the daughters, and to all the staff. p.s. 14/07/2024: Very clean and tidy place. Family atmosphere and guaranteed relaxation. Homemade food with garden products A highly recommended farmhouse for any type of event... all very good and genuine

21/08/2024: Unfortunately it was a negative experience, very slow service (almost 1 hour to get the dishes) and confusing (dishes ordered and never arrived). Plus €5 cover charge per person, unjustified.

19/08/2024: The reviews for this restaurant are very very misleading. The food is ready within minutes of ordering (sounds great, until you realise you are in a fast food Italian joint, but still paying standard price). I ordered the lasagne, heat of the dish (and speed), alongside presentation proved it had been cooked in advance and heated in microwave oven, inside was cold. There was literally no ragu in the lasagne, it just tasted of cheese and pasta… lasagne is a dish I would have thought any decent Italian could nail. Never write reviews but this place was disgusting food.

26/08/2024: Eravamo già stati in passato in questo ristorante, pur non avendo un buon ricordo nella precedente esperienza, abbiamo deciso di dare a questo locale una seconda possibilità ma se la sono giocata davvero male. Abbiamo ordinato un risotto alle erbe (scottissimo, impresentabile!), delle penne alla pastora (la pasta era di infima qualità, sicuramente precotta, non degna neanche della mensa aziendale più scacioppata!) , un piattino di verdure a buffet, una bottiglia di acqua minerale (5€!!!) ed un caffè. Alla mia osservazione che il risotto fosse scotto, mi è stato risposto: " Molti lo vogliono così"... Il tutto per la modica cifra di 37,40€, totale che, se il livello fosse stato accettabile, sarebbe stato nella norma. Il primo tentativo è andato male, il secondo anche, tertium non datur!

08/07/2024: Esperienza da dimenticare, dopo aver mangiato alcuni antipasti e pagato eccessivamente, abbiamo avuto una visita dal cuoco alquanto arrogante, che ci ha accusato di esserci seduti a tavolo senza dirlo a nessuno, cosa non vera perche' avevamo chiesto al personale, dopo aver chiesto scusa ce ne siamo andati senza una parola allibiti dal suo comportamento.
