14/05/2025: The hotel is nice. The bathroom feels more like a hospital. The rooms facing the highway are extremely noisy. The air conditioning doesn't work. The lighting in the room is very difficult to understand. Breakfast was quite reasonable for the price. The hotel's location is quite nice, if you're away from the highway.

04/05/2025: Excellent hotel. Modern style, spacious. Excellent rooms. I had a room with parking for the car and it is very convenient. The room is clean, cozy, and has a fully stocked refrigerator. Comfortable bed and 4 pillows of different firmness. The hotel has a spa. Two saunas - dry and wet. Relaxation room. Small pool with jacuzzi.You won't be able to swim in the pool, but you can relax.Breakfast is nothing special Thanks to all the staff.

06/05/2025: Super-tasty vegan dishes as an option to the traditional menu. I have hardly found such good and appetizing vegan specialties in a restaurant. The Thai spaghetti with lime alone is worth a trip to Vercelli.

29/04/2025: Locale accogliente con un'atmosfera piacevole e un servizio impeccabile. Piatti deliziosi, freschi e ben presentati, con un'ottima varietà nel menù. Il personale è gentile e attento. Consigliato a chi cerca una serata di qualità. Tornerò sicuramente!

17/05/2025: Gemütlich eingerichtetes, kleines Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich, und spricht gut englisch. Das Essen war hervorragend, sowohl die Antpasti-Platte als auch die Nudelgerichte. Allerdings gibt es warmes Essen erst ab 19 Uhr, auch wenn das Lokal selbst schon früher geöffnet hat. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Abend zu fairen Preisen.

08/06/2025: Situato al secondo piano, sopra l'hotel, gode di una pregevole vista direttamente sul lago, sia pranzando in sala che all'aperto. Ambiente pulito e raffinato come pure i servizi igienici. Il personale di sala (Luca, Adriana) è gentile e premuroso, ma i tempi di attesa sono lunghi: cucina o servizio a tavola? E poi le portate: impiattamento eccellente, qualità pure! E parliamo di degustazione salumi, tagliolini con mazzancolle, casoncelli, tonno scottato. Da non dimenticare i dolci ed il caffè. Prezzo abbastanza in linea, i primi un o' cari.

02/06/2025: Locale molto ampio con una terrazza fantastica ,servizio non all’altezza quando c’è molta gente e sopratutto quando si ha una tavolata di 25 persone che prendono la pizza,per fortuna gli altri tavoli andavano sulla ristorazione se no era panico totale,capisco che non riesci a portare tutte le pizze nellstesso momento,ma neanche due/tre all volta dopo le prime 10 perché fai le pizze da asporto,poi la cottura ,alcune poco cotte altre cotte a metà e altre troppo cotte non consigliato per pizzeria

03/06/2025: We have been in Italy for last 14 days. This is far a best Pakistani halal restaurant we ate dinner at. Really enjoyed the food and staff were friendly.

20/04/2025: Wir haben in Capoterra gewohnt und waren am ersten und am letzten Abend in dem Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Bedienung ist super freundlich. Es wurden alle Sonderwünsche erfüllt und wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

19/05/2025: Very nice and good bar, the staff is kind and joking, which makes the environment welcoming as far as I'm concerned. We had breakfast and there were a lot of people, we struggled to find a table, despite this they were quite fast, good service. They filled empty croissants with pistachio cream and then coffee and cappuccino. The croissants if I'm not mistaken are Italian style, softer and lighter, without the typical flaky crust of the French croissant. I really appreciated it because they are not usually like that. In any case...Recommended!!

29/05/2025: Enttäuschend. Waren hinten im Biergarten. Erster Eindruck war durchaus positiv, aber bei genauem Betrachten doch eher ein wenig ungepflegt. Tische waren dreckig und eingestaubt. Unser Tisch hatte wohl schon länger kein Tuch mehr gesehen. Die Unterlagen klebten am Tisch, Müll vom Vorgänger (ein Flyer, hatten diesen extra ersichtlich an den Tischrand gelegt) wurde auch nicht entsorgt. Meine Essensbestellung wurde erstmal infrage gestellt, weil ich 2 Hauptgänge bestellt habe (Nudeln und Salat). Ob auf einem Teller oder zwei. Resultat: lauwarme Nudeln schon längst auf und immer noch kein Salat. Teller und Besteck wurde abgeräumt, auch von meiner Begleitung und dann wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Haben darauf hingewiesen, dass der Salat fehlt und dieser jetzt aber auch nicht mehr benötigt wird. Daraufhin kam ein zweiter Kellner und fragte, ob ich nun meinen zweiten Gang haben möchte. Dieses habe ich angelehnt. Es kam dann zu einer kurzen Diskussion, dass es ja einen ersten Gang und einen zweiten Gang geben würde. Eine Gabel könnte man mir noch bringen. Auch das wurde meinerseits abgelehnt. Beim Bezahlen tauchte der Salat auch nicht auf, allerdings eine Steuer von 1,90 € pro Person. Für das Essen im Haus! Und das ist kein Trinkgeld, wie es ausdrücklich vom Personal betont wurde. Die Tatsache, dass man 1,90 € für einen dreckigen Tisch und Besteck zahlen muss, welches auf einer Serviette lag, die von der Sonne schon so ausgebleicht war, dass sich die Form vom Besteck eingebrannt hat, war schon bemerkenswert. Um dem Abend dann hinter uns zu bringen, haben wir bezahlt. Aber mit einem sehr bitten Beigeschmack

20/03/2025: I was there for a 40th birthday, welcoming place, friendly staff and very tasty food.

17/03/2025: We decide with a friend to have a bite to eat and this place comes to mind, which many say is worth visiting. So in no time we book a table for lunch. I already know the place (it used to be a German pub) but I hadn't yet had the pleasure of being their guest for lunch. "Their guest" because the owners are affable and kind people who know how to make their customers feel good by making them feel at ease. This preamble is to say that the staff here knows how to work and consequently also how to cook. In fact, food is an expression of the territory, with tasty and quality dishes. We opted for an "aperi-rib" menu consisting of an appetizer of cured meats and cheese, two pasta omelettes, red wine for two and a beautiful one-kg rib-eye, beautifully broiled and cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the meat was tender and really good. I can't give a direct opinion on anything else because our menu didn't include other courses; but I can assure you that the dishes of the neighbors at the table were beautifully plated and looked really tasty. And what was no less important were the portions. Finally a place where even if you get a first course, you will receive a dish of the right proportions and not those "miserable" things that you now see everywhere. Well assorted wine cellar, as well as the selection of meat; matured in a visible cell and from which you can choose your own steak. What can I say? I definitely recommend this place (to which I will return). Thanks to all the staff for delighting us with your cuisine and your hospitality. Ps. Prices more than fair 💯

08/05/2025: I went with friends for a business lunch and we ate well, and at a low cost compared to the abundant dishes. I strongly advise against going to dinner because the food is disgusting, salty, badly defrosted... poor and when we got up without eating and went to the cashier we pointed out our displeasure and the response we got was "very good, it's still 53 euros" Which we paid because we are not homeless, but I repeat I do not recommend it.

26/04/2025: Locale direttamente sul lago, peccato però che dall'interno non tutti i tavoli hanno la possibilità di godersi del panorama..piatti ben cucinato con l'utilizzo di una buona materia prima..servizio super attento al cliente..rapporto qualità prezzo leggermente sbilanciato verso l'alto....consigliato.

23/05/2025: The place itself is nice and the cats, although few compared to any other cat-cafe/bistro I've been to previously, are an absolute added value. Unfortunately the owner, based on my direct experience, is grumpy, lacks etiquette and does not interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner. Nothing to say about the rest of the staff, who are instead kind and easy-going. I will not give this place another chance and in all honesty I do not recommend it.

01/06/2025: ...it is very simple but for this very reason it is pleasant. Simple, tasty and overall well-prepared dishes. Correct portions. Moderate prices. Kind and fast service. Atmosphere: inside the courtyard it is really pleasant because it is quiet...some tables are under the pergola. Also tables indoors.
