30/09/2025: What a journey... when I reached the hare dish, I literally cried. I gave this experience to a dear friend of mine for his thirtieth birthday, and in the end, I decided to give it to myself as well. We expected it, and we found so much. All the staff in the dining room were extremely kind, and I appreciated the fact that they adjusted to our level: precise, but without the formality that often only creates detachment. At the end of the evening, we even ended up playing table football with them: they were so friendly! There were only two seats, so the dining room was all to ourselves. The experience itself was a revelation for me: there are flavors we are completely unaware of, and discovering them like this, one after the other, was astonishing. My favorite dish, as you may have guessed, was the hare. I can't say exactly what was in it or how it was cooked, but I remember closing my eyes and feeling the weight of the (lead-fired) gun, the wild smell, and the atmosphere of the forest. Eating it catapulted me into that fantasy, as if I myself had hunted that hare. It was metaphysical, and I'm not exaggerating. At that moment, a tear slid down my cheek. The rest of the experience was equally memorable, but that was the highlight. Sincere applause to everyone: you were magnificent, and I truly hope to share an experience with you again.

29/08/2025: I was there over a year ago and didn't find it exceptional. There was a strong emphasis on sophistication (the price has to be justified somehow), which I found a bit excessive. I also found the insistence on offering us the wine tasting menu (we had chosen to share one) unpleasant, despite the fact that it was repeatedly pointed out that one of us was driving: certain things should be taken seriously.

07/10/2025: A special thank you to Etna Palace for allowing us to celebrate our wedding. A fabulous location with a large park that hosts a beautiful buffet/cake cutting area, full of fountains, and a large swimming pool that completes the setting, with majestic Mount Etna as a backdrop. Inside, the venue features a very large, elegant hall. The very welcoming and competent staff were eager to accommodate our needs, ensuring a reception with attention to every detail. The menu was extensive, and the cuisine was excellent and carefully prepared! Our experience was very positive, and we'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: We chose the Etna Palace restaurant on the recommendation of family friends, who have hosted many events there. From the start, we found the atmosphere to be very friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. With the advice of chef and owner Carmelo, we created a delicious and sophisticated menu, and all our guests raved not only about the cuisine offered but also about the decor of the room and the care they took to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return to host our events there. And we will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they make you feel at home and not like an object. 05/10/2025: The food taste sucks and expensive. The tables are small and don’t have enough spaces to path, waiter walks behind and always kick the chairs. The servers are all angry and arrogant faces. The faucet in the toilet has no water.

04/10/2025: Cool young team, fast service, very friendly waiters, especially Constanzo! Prices are a bit higher, as is the case everywhere on Capri, but the quality of the food and cocktails is very good. We were here for breakfast and a cocktail. The background music was also cool!

29/08/2025: I returned here after a few years for an aperitif. I remembered it being much more lavish, with nothing special about the cocktails. Service was too slow; we had a table booked for 8:30 PM, but they started serving us around 9:45 PM.

12/09/2025: If you're passing through Pavia, head straight to Osteria Della Darsena, where the owner, who handles everything from A to Z, will welcome you. Impeccable service, great friendliness, and an excellent chef: his "Tagliolini con Tartufo" are to die for. A true delight. If Pavia is your stopover, don't look elsewhere for a treat. A delight for the taste buds.
