A gorgeous terrace in the center of Rome! The compliment from the restaurant was very delicate and delicious. For an appetizer, I had the pumpkin flower shaped like eggplant lasagna! I recommend it. Very tasty! For the main course, try the lobster pasta! My recommendations!

Amazing fine dining experience! We ordered vegetarian dishes with eggplant, zucchini, and other fresh ingredients, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and felt like true fine dining. They were also so kind to offer us complimentary salmon to try, and we even received chocolate on the house, which was such a lovely touch. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We had a great time Italian hospitality at its best. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent meal, beautiful location of the restaurant, nice view... tasty dishes with surprising ingredients. Several fine wines available by the glass, which makes this an extra nice discovery... Enjoyment. Thanks for the lovely evening!

The food and atmosphere was amazing. Unfortunately the service wasn’t as great. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, menus, etc. only 3 of us and a couple arrived after us and left before us.

I dined at Hi-Res in Rome and the experience was simply extraordinary. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. We started with top-quality raw fish: oysters, scampi, and Mazara prawns, all fresh and of exceptional quality. This was followed by truly amazing fettuccine with cuttlefish and nduja, balanced and rich in flavor. The cod fritters were so light and delicious they didn't even taste fried. The meagre was spectacular: cooked to perfection and enhanced by excellent ingredients. Making the evening even more special was a memorable Philipponnat Clos des Goisses champagne. Impeccable service, great professionalism, and truly incredible attention to detail. A top-notch experience that is definitely worth experiencing.

A great place, but what prompted me to write this review is the exquisite service from both Nicolás and Pablo's wine recommendation; two wonderful, friendly waiters who made my time at Hi Res wonderful.

Antiche Ricette Napoletane

30/07/2026: Aside from the service, which is sometimes a little slow, everything else is excellent. I've been several times and have always been satisfied. The pizza is delicious and easy to digest; it's the only one I can finish. The appetizers are delicious, and the fish-based first courses are excellent. I especially recommend it for the pizza and fried foods.
28/07/2026: It's not just a pizzeria; it's a little corner of Naples in Anzio. We were nine of us at Antiche Ricette Napoletane, and the experience was impeccable in every way. You can immediately sense that it's a truly Neapolitan family-run business: the welcome is warm, the service attentive, and that typical hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The place is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail and exudes a passion for Neapolitan traditions. The artisanal nativity scene and the window display, filled with Pulcinella, lucky horns, and Neapolitan cultural objects, are beautiful: details that tell a story and make the atmosphere even more authentic. We started with fried anchovies, a rich cuoppo, and various artisanal fried foods (supplì, croquettes, montanare, and other specialties): everything was crispy, dry, and expertly prepared. The pizzas were a true testament to Neapolitan tradition: two Margheritas (one with fries), a delicious Amatriciana, and the spectacular Cappello di Totò, with buffalo mozzarella and a ricotta-filled crust. Soft and light dough, a thick crust, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. A pizza you'll enjoy until the last bite. Another aspect worthy of applause is the value for money: for nine of us, we spent just €138, including drinks and coffee. Finding such quality at this price is truly rare these days. When passion, tradition, quality ingredients, and a family-run business run with love combine, the result is simply amazing. If you're looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza and want to spend an evening in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere, this is the place to be. Congratulations to the entire family and staff: we'll definitely be back! 🍕❤️
