I just left this self-service restaurant and no one was pleasantly impressed! I don't have a refined palate but I don't have absurd demands either, having said that I ate a first course with a sauce with ricotta, tomato and Taggiasca olives, I dare say simple, but truly exceptional, the pasta was a shell shape, I think it's called that m, which not even in the recommended taverns, perfect cooking. As a second course which I ate as a first course because I was waiting for the pasta, I took a fillet of scorpion fish, probably frozen, but still good, perhaps the "silent killer" was missing, but overall I appreciated it just as much as I appreciated the stewed Catalonia and sautéed with oil and spicy chilli pepper in a balanced way. If I were to return to Carmagnola I would definitely stay here again. I forgot very honest prices: full menu 11.5 single dish 8.5, (there was a queue of 20 people)

Ottimo ambiente cibo di prima qualità prevalentemente da asporto ma all'interno ci sono molti posti a sedere per consumare consiglio sempre di telefonare prima di andare servizio ottimo e la proprietaria sempre presente fra i tavoli.

Luogo ideale se si è nei dintorni di Carmagnola, servizio veloce e buon cibo!
