The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and attentive and professional service that makes you feel truly pampered. The cuisine is a perfect balance of Piedmontese tradition and modern creativity. Each dish is presented with exquisite refinement and surprises with the quality of the ingredients and the precision of the flavors. The risotto and veal cheek were exceptional. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with excellent options. A high-end gastronomic experience in an environment where passion and professionalism reign supreme. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion.

26/09/2025: I’m so happy we found this spot! L’Assagio in San Pantaleo was hands down the best meal of my Sardinia trip. The town itself is picture-perfect, and the restaurant has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Service was excellent, and the food… wow. They’re famous for their mussels, and for good reason—we ordered the ravioli and a full kilo of mussels alla matriciana. It was incredible, one of those meals you’ll never forget. If you’re staying anywhere near Olbia, don’t miss it!

10/10/2025: Booking via WhatsApp was easy: they responded immediately and reserved a table for us with no problems. The business lunch was delicious, varied, and excellent value. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. Parking is a bit limited, but the restaurant is well-located, perfect for a stopover on a trip. I highly recommend this restaurant and wish the entire staff all the best for the future!

27/07/2025: Marta welcomed us with warmth, simplicity, and expertise. The outdoor seating is very welcoming, it feels like home. We had dinner, sampling a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses. Everything was prepared with extreme care. It was recommended to us by a friend, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the incredible value for money. We want to return.

07/11/2025: Always a nice place where to eat. Food at high quality. I suggest fish and sea food in general. Maurizio, the owner always around the table. Prices on the upper side, but worth all of it.

16/11/2025: The place is very nice. I wanted to give more, but the staff is very rude, and we waited 20 minutes before anyone deigned to come to our table, after we called them and told them we were waiting.
