24/04/2026: The pizza is okay, but forget about the rest. Avoid the salmon and tuna tartare, which I wouldn't even give to my cat. The ingredients may be premium, but if you don't know how to make the most of them, they're worth very little. The rude and unprofessional head waiter decided to charge for them anyway, even though we'd barely tasted them. Change management, because this place really deserves it.

08/05/2026: Stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon and had a lovely time. It is a beautiful drive through the mountains to reach the hotel and lovely views on clear days. Having a private sauna in your room is always a nice luxury touch and the room itself felt well thought out and the design was beautifully in keeping with the style of the building. The entrance is definitely hard to find as it’s not a big double door like a modern hotel would be but a smaller door on the side of the building which took us a few minutes to find. There were some lovely staff behind the bar that helped us check in and carry our bags to the rooms as there are no elevators. The restaurant food was lovely and beautifully presented although not a huge selection if you don’t eat meat or dairy however the staff made sure to ask for our dietary preferences on arrival and remembered at breakfast and brought things matching our requirements. We came to visit Lago di Braise and the three peaks which are about a 90 minute drive from here which was fine for us as the drive is very picturesque. There are not many other restaurant options nearby so you would likely have to drive down the mountains to find other options but we came during off season which may have impacted what was open. There is a small Spar shop where you can get a few groceries if needed 2 minutes walk from the hotel. A lovely experience overall - Ended with a lovely gift from the manager Elisabeth to send us on our way. Thank you Steinbock staff :)

02/05/2026: The place is very beautiful and elegant, but the lady, who I think is the owner, to whom I paid the drinks was very cold and had no empathy, not even looking me in the face, probably because we didn't consume who knows what!

01/06/2026: We had very high expectations for this restaurant, and visually, it did not disappoint. The interior is absolutely stunning: elegant Liberty-style décor, refined, and truly fancy atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, my friend and I were excited for what we thought would be a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined it. From the very beginning, we did not feel welcomed. The staff gave us unfriendly looks as soon as we arrived, which set an uncomfortable tone. While we were calmly looking through the menu (and the restaurant was nearly empty—only a few tables occupied), one of the waitresses stood nearby in a way that made us feel rushed to order. We were speaking in English, and instead of offering help or recommendations, she made a comment (“Mi dispiace devi tradurre tutto”) that came across as dismissive and rude rather than helpful. The situation with our bags was also frustrating. There was no space provided, and despite asking multiple times (to different staff members, 3 to be exact) for a hanger or even a chair, we were repeatedly brushed off. Eventually, we were told to leave our bags in another room—completely out of sight—which is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant of this level and price range. The overall attitude of the staff was consistently unprofessional. At one point, while I was simply walking around and taking a few photos of the beautiful interior, I was approached in a way that felt more like suspicion than assistance, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. It’s a real shame, because the food was actually very good, and the desserts were excellent. The chef clearly knows what he is doing. But great cuisine cannot compensate for poor service—especially in a place that presents itself as refined and high-end. In summary: a beautiful restaurant with excellent food, but the service was disappointing and at times outright rude. I hope management addresses this, because the potential is truly there and it's a pity if people don't enjoy.

04/12/2025: We're so happy to have chosen Dejavu as the venue for our wedding on June 15, 2025. Luisa and her staff were available, professional, and attentive from the very first meeting. We decided to celebrate the civil ceremony on the beach, and I have nothing else to add other than that it was magnificent. The venue speaks for itself, as does the attention to detail. Exchanging vows at sunset was ethereal. The aperitif by the sea was exceptional, and we received compliments from all our guests, especially for the oyster corner: we were told they were the best oysters we've ever eaten, and to be honest, we can only confirm that! Regarding the wedding dinner in the garden, the setting with the starry sky was magical, and the food was excellent. We started planning the wedding two years in advance, and the menu tasting took place just as long ago, so we couldn't wait to enjoy our chosen menu, which absolutely lived up to expectations. The food was plentiful, high-quality, and delicious! Also not to be overlooked was the seamless organization from start to finish, which is essential for a successful wedding. We received compliments from everyone not only on the food but also on the location, which was extremely beautiful and elegant. As for us: it was the best day of our lives. Everything was wonderful; we wouldn't change a thing because it was perfect just the way it was. We wholeheartedly recommend Dejavu to anyone looking for an enchanting location, serious, competent professionals who are passionate about their craft. Thanks to Luisa and her staff for making our day even more beautiful! ♥️

17/10/2025: From the first meeting to the wedding day, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was available, attentive, and always smiling, ready to satisfy every request, both ours and our guests'. The service was impeccable, the cuisine exceptional, and the location dreamy—everything contributed to making the day truly unforgettable. Even the vendors Luisa recommended, from the pastry shop to the wedding planner to the children's entertainer, were professional, helpful, and offered excellent value for money, fulfilling our every wish. All our guests complimented us, and we can only extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and passion with which they made our wedding special. If you dream of a fairytale day, it can come true with deja vu.

28/05/2026: We celebrated a family event here last week. It was special thanks to Petra, the owner, and her wonderful staff: professionalism, expertise, kindness, and friendliness are what set these people apart. The menu was gluten-free for one person with celiac disease, and gluten-free for the others: top marks for all courses. Even the cake, gluten-free for everyone, was amazing. The portions, from the welcome aperitif with mini pizzas and focaccias, to the appetizers and everything else, were generous, so there was no chance of leaving "still hungry." Congratulations for the attention to celiac disease, thanks to the chefs, Petra, and the wait staff. See you next time!

22/02/2026: Very comfortable and convenient hotel, the food is very good, both kitchen and pizzeria.

15/02/2026: We stayed at the Coira Hotel for just one night. It's a very convenient base for the nearby Avaro ski slopes. Our room was comfortable and clean, with two beds on the ground floor and two beds on the mezzanine. The bathroom was quite large and clean, equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast is generous and tasty, with fresh croissants, sliced ​​bread, jams, yogurt, fruit, and all kinds of hot drinks, including juices. A savory breakfast with cold cuts and cheeses is also available. The owner is very kind, always available, and always smiling. Definitely recommended!
